this is Officer Lex with the Bayfield Police Department hey how's it going good uh can you just tell me about what happened it was so bizarre I can't I so this guy came and I have two lips in front of my um my business he picked all my tulips on the one side uh his car was parked so he picked all the Tulips on first he was parked on Manny Penney he came over to Manny Penney he pulled his pants all the way down you could see everything and he just peed on the side of the the road and then he got in his car and he started swerving all the way down all the way down Manny Penny yeah and then I I saw I can see his car still uh he was swerving all over I had people like honking trying to get out of his way and then he parked at Manny Penny I can see his car um he's very very intoxicated um so I'm just really worried that he's GNA hurt somebody yeah um so did he pee on your building then no he well he peed on the side it's dried up I tried to take a picture to prove to you but there's a big PE Mark like on the road right now okay but there was like four or five people outside um you know they're like oh my God actually what happened was a person outside came in the building and said hey this guy is being weird he picked he's picking all your flowers right now and then all of a sudden he goes over to his car and pulled his pants all the way down so you could see every part of him and then was peeing for like a good 30 seconds and then got in his car and went and erratically drove down the road and then now is at M he's at the beastro then I see his car but I I'm walk in okay um what's what's the address of where this happened okay um yeah so I'm I'm gonna probably be speaking with this gentleman here shortly um did did you plant those flowers yourself no I mean they're they're annual so they come up you know okay um they're here every year I mean it's a bummer they're all gone now they're all pretty but now they're gone you didn't give him permission to do that okay no I did not no um no they're probably in his car he put them in his car so you probably could see tulips in his car okay uh what color are tulips just so oh I have purple and yellow and orange are my colors okay um what is he wearing he's in all black he's got a black knitted cap on he's got like a long black T-shirt he's a big dude um and he's got like black athletic shorts on okay and dark black hair a little longer probably like chin lengths I would say I couldn't really tell because he had a hat his hat on I see your flowers okay oh are they in the car there he put them in a Stanley Cup classy mom tomorrow or something huh yeah um did he say anything to you or anybody else he was talking to himself um 305 1041 by the time I got out here he was just by the car I did not talk to him the the gentleman that came in my store and said hey this is happening said he tried to confront him to stop and he got really belligerent with him and he said don't don't um confront him because he's kind kind of scary okay so I did not confront him per what that guy said is there anything else you think I need to know about I don't think he's wearing any underwear if that helps you I don't know okay well all right well I'll call you if I have any other questions thank you very much ma'am yeah thank you byebye bye so one of us inside with you yeah apparently he's real big and like scared the heck out of some guy that tried to confront him so which one's coming with do it okay um so so far what I got is he peed in the middle of the street of basically like P Behavior the citation I'd say sortly conduct oh yeah um and then he ripped up her flower bed and he has the flowers in his car in a Stanley Cup so there's no question about him having taken the flowers so is that like that's not chome D's property would it be is it i' I'd stay I'd keep it at disorderly cond I think it technically could be but you know all right Mason I'll be outside all right we'll uh we'll call you if we need you e just don't let him take off apparently he's real drunk in Manny Penny right now so he's wearing all black and he's got black hair okay hopefully this place isn't super busy right now are so um yeah and I'm sorry about anything like that you know yeah I may have to go to the bathroom I can't remember I went to the bathroom here so how much have you had to drink today uh I've had a few a few few drinks yeah gotcha you got a ride coming to get you or I'm going to just walk back to my place from here are you you staying somewhere then in town here request is that we just that you come yeah I didn't realize that anybody would see me grabbing it tulip from there yeah and I wasn't trying to make anything out of it I just love flowers gotcha so I'm sorry about that that's fine um so you you are not driving home then I'm not no did you drive over here I did drive over here earlier um would you like a ride to the seagull Bay no I can just walk up there yeah you sure yeah okay yeah well at this point I'm going to write you a citation for disorderly conduct for what for destroying their flower bed I understand it might seem small to you but it they really didn't care for it and I'm so sorry I thought they were just flowers you know what I see them all over here and I I've been just enjoying my day here I got you I grabbed a flower I probably grabbed six flowers you know if I'm honest with you yeah I saw your whole uh your whole Stanley Cup is full of them so yeah um I love flowers I love tulips I love this time of year of these yeah is the season you know yeah well if you would mind just standing here with him while I uh I'm going to go write your citation okay okay actually take him down so you're not blocking the the storage we just stand on the sidewalk thank
