on December 20th 2023 an officer from the Manaka Police Department responded to a Walmart for a reported shoplifter jail man right I don't know we're going to find out what's going on here what did you do yesterday you didn't push a card out no are you sure yeah we got video no I didn't push a card out yesterday okay don't be lying to me cuz we have video footage I I swear to God I promise well video footage doesn't lie I didn't push a CLE yesterday first I'm sorry don't be mad at us my money comes out of myet I know I'm so sorry am I going to deal today we're just going to go to the office we're going to figure everything out am I going to do let's just keep our cool that definitely affects how things play out here oh God you guys this right before Christmas here keep it cool and we'll it all at home I still have it you know it just at home in yeah cuz what I've got is about $160 yeah I can the dude that was just here I can have him pay it and not bring the stuff back how come you didn't pay it yesterday then I don't know because I'm going through a lot I can barely afford life right now you know I live in a two-bedroom house with my family and my dogs and like life's just hard like I wouldn't you know not discredited and not think like I'm being punished like this as embarrassing as it is getting CAU and you know dealing with consequences right now like already like now I'm going have to go home and tell my mom and or if I don't go to jail you tell my PO and my Po's out till the first so if I do I'm going to be able to go home until the first you know what I mean I took off the last two weeks that was $98 iner that was Christy Eve I pushed a whole card over before Christmas Eve I had no Christmas presents um they got all the merchandise that back that day like it see it gets harder around the H it was the same time it was the same around this time last year you know it just has to be right before the holiday each year cuz it's broke and broke and it's embarrassing saying you're you're not welcomeing here anymore to you know get out so it's it's a very it's a business that's welcoming everybody but once you burn me we done okay so now you got to figure out trigs where you going to get your other stuff you know the convenience I have at Walmart TMI grocery all your pet foods and everything it's all in one shop now you're going to have to go some place house some stores may not be as you know nice trigs may not be as nice they have different rules than I have I've seen in the old days where we used to be able to take the body slam people so so you've lost that trust in me so I don't want you that I really love this store I don't we do we love you as as a paying customer but as a non-paying customer I can't take that chance I can't afford it myself and same you know not every everybody's having a hard time too we got Cashers that are working you know 16- hour shifts just to make Christmas for the kids you know if it's that hard we got openings we have openings There's jobs all over the place you just made a bad choice and that bad choice just turn around [ __ ] you in the ass yeah so I'm going to put it in the system once I get done once you get done with your fun so is this going to be a charge or a citation I'm good Wendy are you I'm going to take her out there and we're going to do a citation okay oh my God thank you so much I'm still waiting to hear from probation but right now I'm just doing a citation okay but you got to stop this you just got out of jail what are you doing I know times are tough times are tough for everybody everybody's struggling but you can't be doing this otherwise you you next time you might go right back to jail this time you're not but you very well could and you don't want to be in jail for Christmas you're talking about not having gifts for the kids and stuff I think they'd much rather have you than the gifts all about the physical okay it's about you okay is that that's paid for everything okay we're going to go out to my car so I can write the citation okay all right she's 95 all right anything on you I got a we can do it like that so people aren't watching nothing on you though no okay okay man that you want it off yeah and they probably make sit for a long time now you know well you never know yeah I do know well in my report it's going to say how you were Cooperative with me the whole time that goes a long way off do you need any medical attention or anything can we call my mom from in the car you don't have a working phone though do you no oh yeah you want to just take a seat for a second I'll try and get her on the you have her phone number though yeah all right I'm putting this in your purse that I took off your wrist anything in your purse that I should know about see you got Narcan in here you got anything you need Narcan for in here no I just somebody I went to the Clin or the weather center whatever they gave it to you okay could have just let me go you know another cop pull up behind you yeah he's going to be transporting you for me I'm just finishing up the citation right now um trans compelled it or she already pregnant she is handcuffed in the front no belt okay uh she's 4 months pregnant so oh what's that her purse is in uh my front seat searched it no Contraband or nothing to worry about no that F more or less worried about weapons is it uh pushed out a month right you can push it out a month you're just doing ordinance yeah yeah you could put it out a month okay that's what I at least a month you could put it out to February if you want to that's actually the next one available according to this we're the end of December yeah February parents required no all right I'll going throw this in the okay she was given a citation for shoplifting and charged $389 in fines
