on June 4th 2023 officers from the Milton Police Department responded to the report of a drunk man passed out in his vehicle 5 43 car still running and the mail is um asleep wait for a second were pulling out a black Campground and this silver car came around us going I swear to God rounded this one no we have a drunk driver I don't have time for that right now sorry I'm sorry you can call 911 though and let them know someone lady just came up to me he's like I saw a truck driver or something I'm like is it this one she like no no black HW can't I'm like I don't have time for that right now I'm going to issue the citation for ow 5th your fifth offense okay um so this is um the court date is July 11th thank you at 10:00 a.m. at the Rock County courthouse and it's a mandatory appearance okay um my name's right there officer wolf Milton Police Department Angelica okay wolf that's my name don't forget any questions with the citation no okay I wasn't really driving but kind of was before I was stuck I don't know what happened to me [ __ ] brain damage okay um this [ __ ] didn't happen to me the next thing here is um intent to revoke you refuse or the test so um you have to what is it your the revocation here for your driver's license oh you have um 10 days from this date June 4th okay yep to file for a request for a hearing about your revocation okay okay any questions put all that stuff with your brought your keys into thanks a good night huh y I was going to leave early today but it's my job it's fine the time of draw was 5:2 p.m. I would assume yeah cuz it's yeah 50:2 52 52 what was 52 when they did the blood draw we have to document that what does that mean what 5:2 minut time that's what time it is you come up come up with what come up with we have to take it to a crime lab so we won't get that back for a month or two and then once we get that back you'll probably get another piece of paperwork sorry if that happened to you I'll you take your TR and felony and a $1,950 fine he was also on felony probation for a previous OWI case and was put on a probation hold he was sentenced to two years in Wisconsin State Prison and three years extended supervision hey Joel how are you you remember me at all okay um so we got your blood results back so I'm going to issue a citation for um operating with the PAC your blood results were a206 um so this is your new court date um you can let your attorney know uh typically what they do is they um they only will um do the they they can convict you of both things but then the points and stuff will only
