on April 24th 2024 officers from the kuani police department received a report from a man stating that his neighbor was being loud and obnoxious when officers arrived the neighbor who was on her porch that statement with you if she could please fill it out when she does have it done um I do need them to issue her the citation um essentially we've been instructed by the district attorney's office that they're not going to prosecute her criminally for anything um because of what her status is which I can't go into um however we can continue to do this with ordinance citations and it's going to Zinger $2.50 every time okay so we were out with her twice yesterday there was a call the day before I realize that you're having to put up with the noise and all the chaos and I apologize for that oh it's not your fault unfortunately our hands are kind of tied unless she's unless she's um suicidal yeah homicide there isn't a whole lot that we can do um and that's sad and I hate to tell you to start looking for a different place to live but Human Services um they've exhausted all of their efforts and it would probably be less anxiety for you if you did find a different residence but yeah and that's that's terrible and I hate to have to tell you that frankly I wish Jim selner would do something and he would evict her but I don't see him doing that because someone's paying the bill every month whether she's here or not so so if you could fill that out that would be great you want do you want this right now or can I uh as long as I do get it back in the next day next day the next day or so would be would be really good yeah I get it to you probably later today okay even if you want to call and you want me to come back for it if you're able to stop up at City Hall and just drop
