Video shows a young predator trying to snatch a drive-through worker, but you won't believe how he justified it and even convinced the judges to let him go. He even tore her shirt as she tried to get away. After she finally saved herself and slammed the window shut, he immediately sped off in his car. Screen captures gave us a clear look at the young predator, a 19-year-old who was tracked down by Lakewood police just a week later in Kent. You can see him here in handcuffs. He keeps repeating he was not in the right state of mind. >> It was just a flash. The moment I I realized what I did, I let go. >> Despite admitting his actions, he still pleaded not guilty and walked out of jail.
