on August 26 2022 deputies from the wallworth county sheriff's office stopped a vehicle for having a temporary license plate that was placed where it was difficult to read they they have a time I can't see it maybe but regardless so if it comes to something where you get up they do but okay if it comes up to something like this they do explain to your windows are so tint and we can't see the [Applause] he you roll that back window down for me too thank you going all right so the reason I'm pulling you over is I can't see you have a temp tag now I can't I couldn't see that at all okay um do you have a I do not have driver but I it's in my mom's car it's in your mom's car okay do you guys have driver's license on you no you do I see yours can you roll down the other window thank you you just forget it in your mom's car because I drive her car to work and stuff cuz I don't always drive this car thank you okay where you guys headed today uh we're headed back to my house we just dropped his car off in booy at the car at the shop okay um what's your name uh Nicholas n i c h o l a s uh L more m o o r e uh my address is um okay what a good phone number for you okay I'm just going to write down back here and then you don't you don't have an idea on you do oh you what's your name Ian how do you spell that and then a good address for you [Music] all right I'll be right back with you guys okay thank you hey Adam see you in the so just so you know I can smell weed can you okay so I'm trying to get trying to get Adams out here sounds good when did you get this car um be straight up with you I would hope so cuz I really don't like to be lied to okay four months ago right three months ago so like it's my it's definitely my fault why I don't have the actual plate cuz I kind of been slacking a little bit okay but it's weird so the honest reason cuz my mom just been on me too the honest reason is cuz I work third shift so I go to sleep and like I don't think about it when I'm about to go to work I mean I know I have a lot of right so you own this car for 4 months right yeah okay so I'm going to be real honest with you I can smell weed and I don't know who it's coming off of um or whether it's the vehicle right now so if you have it you're better off telling me where it is whose it is and hand it over dude don't play games like I'm not dumb right it's mine it's yours where don't reach uhuhuh don't reach don't reach don't reach okay you're good I live in southy okay so it's legal out there it's not legal here right yep I just want you and that's fine thank you for being super honest with me I appreciate that so why don't you pull the key from the ignition go ahead and place it on the roof for a minute okay so as long as you guys stay cool we stay cool right so just a few things that we got to go through um so it's in that backpack back there yeah okay how much is there about two G okay you just bought yeah bought it like three days ago you did or he did who's he you I said I bought it days ago do you have any prior possession charges no nothing with drugs nope okay so if that holds true and you don't um and everything comes back right then it's just a citation and as long as you're cool with us typically I'm not the one in charge of this yeah um my partner back there is going to be in charge of this typically what I will do is if you have like paraphernalia and weed that's two separate charges if you're going to be cool and you're going to be honest you're going to cooperate with the whole situation that we got going on typically you'll only get one citation versus both right so if you would have lie to me regardless I'm a search Star if you would have lie to me and you want to play dumb games then you're probably getting both right that's kind of how I roll I'm just super honest about it man anything else in here guns knives no I don't think there's my bag no bombs no nothing that's going to blow me up outside here nothing that's going to hurt all right I run that fast I'm in slippers then you're not going to get very hard all right Nick you go by Nick Nicholas it doesn't matter okay um do you know your social I do not you don't know you're social okay do you have any form of identification on you not not a card or can't believe I forgot my my mom took her car to work today too okay so that's why I didn't end up taking her car okay address is what's your address again why it come back that I didn't have a license no nothing's coming back for you yet I'm trying to yeah I'm trying to get so I'm trying to get some more information so I can just confirm what's going on I know for a fact I have a license okay and it's out of Wisconsin yep okay well how come the temporary t comes back to a Mercury M Mercury Mountaineer it does yeah there should be no reason for that yeah have the receipt [Music] I can have him rerun it too and see if it comes it'll come back sometimes I already had it ran once and it no this is the the VIN that's the one up there okay okay what's the do no plate or nothing comes back or no no plate okay I'll try and run it again so the bin didn't come back at all it came back to a Mercury mountainer oh okay um I'll have them you're good we'll figure it out I think this is a vape yeah it is uh definitely an interesting one maybe that's why he didn't want to open up his uh I have no idea what that is what that would even be used for what's the end of that this no there like that black thing I don't knowes hey what what do you got this for what's this um that's for like THC dabs for dabs yeah they go on this end you smok out of that end yeah oh all right is that the same thing with this one what same thing with this what yeah but THC whose is it is it yours or his that one's yours okay [Applause] the the Box you just buy it okay door and then underneath I'll go out and catch your back this I'm going guess this is one uh passenger side door angel cake blue purple Angel is there anything else on it oh yeah there's a there's a there's a cannabis label on it what about the breeze that's the one he says is the te or the uh nicotine nicotine all right which I believe it doesn't say doesn't hey this yours no but yeah it's in my car all right I'll take that uh pass driver side door so now you got two different three different charges to 961 [Applause] right dude you're killing me I told you people not to lie to me are these the dabs yeah I just didn't know to put the containers I swear there's still product in them really yeah well I didn't know where to put the container I don't want to just blow it away in some ROM so when I stopped you guys and I said it goes easier if you don't lie to me did you think I was joking well I I didn't even know all that was was not all right driver's side door so one word of advice and I do it on my camera I will point out where I'm finding stuff so the angel and those driver side door right so and I will keep them all separate because you have three separate charges going on yeah m no is this one does this one have THC in it no uh I don't know about that one that one okay so I so okay a lot of people stuff in my car and I pick it up and I don't know where to throw it all well tell people not to leave [ __ ] in your car I do that's why I mean I don't well tell them not to leave stuff in your car no just because of the I'm not sure what gentleman it was one of them had mentioned like uh you came back up and said you couldn't find me in the system or something like that so I was just wondering cuz I know I have a license any no I do not I gave them my credit card or my debit card like my bank card as like a a form so whose bag whose bag's this that's his so why would there be an envelope with your name on it know and a scale in the batpack okay I G I'll be the envelope was my envelope I gave him the envelope okay I know how I know how bad that well I know how bad looks when you lied to me once already that's all right this dude try to take the heat for these kids I think so yeah well either way they're all at this point they're all in possession the other one too the back guy oh three of them I thought you were the good dude gray shirt huh you don't got [Applause] nothing that's THC right I just we are taking the the 9 so whose whose bag is who whose bag is this my body it's in my car so I guess it's mine so it's your budd's so then what is is this THC too oh that's a Delta so this isn't this isn't going uh I'm still going through this bag a bunch of baggies um I just went through that there's nothing else in there besides the both of this is in here that's his name whe probably we yeah Lo or is it packag it's it's [Applause] loose why would your buddy leave your leave the bag in the back of your trunk k out of house thought it was going to be a nice R okay so a bag full of paraphernalia and weed and THC well there was wait yeah is just possessions from home from not getting kicked out of his house huh so your buddy got kicked out of his house right and you said you could he could keep his bag back there why would it be full of paraphernalia weed and THC I mean I didn't just start going through I I guess I should asked so this is a a wake up for you you said yeah low key um what I was telling her like a few months ago my father had passed away so like I'd be straight up I've been going like you know working just trying to live life but now like I've been wanting to stop smoking you want me unzip that are you hot yeah thank you sweating your yeah that's why I kept leaning over and uh I've been want i l people been wanting to stop smoking for like a while I've been telling them all the time I'll make like sling comments about it like suing comments now dude I mean I save money things you can spend more money out you know look at you you're living life and you you're not out here smoking [ __ ] no man use that money for some fun [ __ ] for real I could use all that money on my car here's the deal Nick I think you're still lying to me what about what here's the deal Nick I think you're still lying to me what about what about your name and your date of birth what cuz it's not coming back in the system so I don't believe you one bit knowing that you had contact with us the for a vehicle fire that you're not Narcissa I just said that for a vehicle fire I was talking to him about it I know so what's your real real name and your real date of birth Nicholas Lawrence Moore that's what my name is Right everyone can vult for me that's what my name is Nicholas La m o o r e okay so I'm kind I'm going to respell my whole name okay n i c h o l a s and then my middle initial is L I'm not sure if it's in the system my last name is more m o o r e what's your date of birth are you I'm 18 years old about to be 19 next January what are you going to stop for for tickets my last TI my last ticket was probably a no seat belt ticket from who like in comomo so probably Town Geneva was it us or was it Town Geneva uh it was Town Geneva a while ago though no contact with Delan city um not in a while what would do you mean in a while I mean no tickets I mean I got police contact one time at like the skate park probably like I don't know I don't really I haven't really been in any police contact and that's that's your true legit information you're given to her yeah that's why I'm so confused like if we come back and we find out you're lying to us dude yeah I mean I'll give you're definitely going to jail foru of course no my name is Nicholas Lawrence Moore all right that's why I'm so confused over here how you doing over you good man yeah I'm all right all right should have definitely took this on if it's going to be a couple why wouldn't why is it coming back weird is there any reason why it could be doing that well like why it does it did you ever have anything hyphen it for your last name like more something else or something before more when you when you got your license however you wrote it on the information however you you typed it in for putting your information on there is how we have to look it up in the system okay so that's how we have to look it up Y and if it doesn't come back with that then there's an issue of some wait so what's going to happen if it doesn't come back right now well we'll have to find out a different way because I know for a fact that's my name like I'm just curious you know like what but you had a license through Wisconsin right yes I have a valid license through Wisconsin yeah not through Illinois or anywhere else no never lived anywhere in my whole life know your driver's license number do you I do not by heart no you never took a picture of your license or nothing with your phone no no I nor I mean I most of the time I have it on me all the time I normally have it on that's weird you don't today yeah well it's cuz I drive my mom's car too to work and stuff yeah and she drove the car this morning cuz I I had asked her to use the car okay but I parked behind the car last night so she or I parked behind the truck last night so she had to take the car oh cuz we like uh we share a car and then we have another vehicle each but this one's this one's it's just yours sorry I yelled at you so you only lied about me to me about one thing not two things so we got that gone you want to keep it hooked or you want to put them back in the car now since you got them all back yeah all right I'm going to help you stand up oh actually right behind you yourself can you get up to your feet by yourself or you need some out yep roll ready we're going to have you sit back put that on top your head my hand yeah care take off my I'm going to take his handcuffs his are a lot nicer than mine H those are mine please don't take them oh I'm going to take yours no you're not yep follow suit I want to be I have more respect for you guys I be seeing way too many videos like on Tik Tok and stuff so what you work third shift we what you do i w w so we work at Palmer hamiltonon and we bu L tables elorn yeah he uh he welds them he paints them I build them nice that's a good company they were letting us train at their facility there he's got a phone there right um yeah me he does uh I think on the see can you get it for me he's going to he's got a warrant out of city of Del and they're requesting we take him there um I'll have him give you a call when he can get picked up all right sound good can I wait do you get release today I would think so if they're having us take him down there versus take him to the jail I would think that they're going to release him could I write my number down on this piece of paper cuz I do not believe he has my number if he could just hold on to it yeah appreciate that so much how's your cousin not have your number well don't make any sense he does but his phone's not going to have service and his phone's probably going to die knowing him understood got you and then Deputy ston will explain kind of what's Happening Here he from be no completely thank you I appreciate it all right you can hop back in the car start your air conditioning up cool off do what you need to do I appreciate yep and uh you're not free to go yet though okay I grabbed your phone and a phone number I'm going put it in your pocket though because I don't want to be in charge of a phone window no case yeah it's already got a crack screen I don't want to be accused of I appreciate that uh what about my airpods uh they're in the car do you want them yeah just so we don't forget them sure my shifts are completely different I only have one thank you so for you you're you're going to get a just a possession of paraphernalia citation okay get it in the mail your address is current on there yep so pay attention for that I just have the one that green Vape yeah with the THC in it that's that's the one I have for you that you claim so okay um he's going to be coming with us cuz he has to go to Delan PD to get some stuff worked out with them um but you two you guys are going to be good so okay they good to go he's good to go yeah I got to talk to him quick uh your wallet your phone is in the back seat still didn't move anything didn't all right Nick how's it going sir good so there give you that back I appreciate you I have a question that was like the mishap of my um my license not coming back to what sometimes our system just bugs out or sometimes it won't give us a correct return and to be honest at first when you were telling me your your birth date you couldn't tell me your birth date man I mean that looks really bad I know I know I'll be I'll be totally honest I just tried to look professional and say it all right because I knew how he was going to say it behind me and he was going to show me up and then I was like n I'm just going to say it the way I know so I can give him okay so your address is current right the one that you gave me is correct right okay so you're going to be getting uh just paraphernalia charges okay right um they're going to get mailed to me they'll get mailed to you because kind of right now with the situation we have to take him over to the police department so um and they'll they'll figure out what they're going to do with him what kind of tickets you think on to get um well I mean that bag in the back had quite a bit of paraphernalia so technically we can go with each one of those as a citation I don't think we're going to do that okay I need just so I need to I need to take it back and I need to spread it out and take a look at what I even have cuz there was a lot that we found in the bag and and uh couple other spots especially in your driver's side that that you said was yours okay um well I'm not just going to let other people take blame for stuff that was left in my car in my possession I'm get I didn't think that it was all I'm sorry I'm not just going to let them take the blame for it and let them get [ __ ] over no I understand and and you know what it's you said you need a little bit of Awakening so hopefully this is hey but before the girl Le I'd like to say one thing to her okay yeah because I kind of feel bad I mean I didn't really I feel like I feel like she thinks I meant I was lying but I really didn't know all that was in my car okay I mean or if you just want to say something like I actually didn't mean it like that would it's been straight up okay I mean I can ever come up too if you'd like to do it in person um is it getting hot in there turn the AC on um so you look for it look for that in the mail okay you'll get a letter in there it'll tell you how to do it um citation wise and how to explain and if you need let's say that it's too much for you to pay right away or you want to however you want want to do it um there's a link on there that can help you set up like a payment option if you want to do that okay and that's going to be Sheriff's Department yep it'll be through the Sheriff's Department so you can uh it'll have all the information on there uh the call number everything so if you ever need anything you can call the sheriff department and get any information you need from them okay and then you said my cousin had a warrant Delan you think he's going I'm not sure cuz I don't know what it's what it's for cuz it's through Delan so they don't really all they told us some traffic stuff I don't know what that is I'm pretty sure it's a okay so they they want him to fill out some paperwork and then who knows what'll happen he wants to hey I just want to I really appreciate everything you did and I really I really I would have told you everything was in my car but I kind of didn't realize it didn't think about it yeah yeah I mean be careful about those things right of course I'm probably don't get busted again all three of you like I told them and I was very blun the next charge when you've had a citation is Criminal you go to jail like don't it sounds silly because it's just weed and it's legal here and it's not legal there but we still have to follow our laws right so don't get busted are you just mailing all stuff yeah okay I their addresses they say are confirmed correct so okay any questions of me any questions of him I'll have your buddy call you when uh he gets done down at Delan py all right sounds good thank you all right you guys are good to go so all right boss what are you doing oh don't call don't text anybody okay okay all right so that you can get a a judge sign dat I did that my first time getting in trouble was like that like I stopped in no license yep we do them paper service and fan at once but we just got a new Port date October 5th 20122 3:3 PM okay a copy of that pretty much it sounds like you're going to hang out here for a ride to come get you I was just going to lock this right down the road oh all right that's that's cool too um make sure you show up to this one now cuz now that you've been officially served if you don't show up to this one then comes the warrant where you just go to jail either got to either pay the bond amount or go to jail whatever it's for so all right all right man all right sounds good all right Co don't make us do that cuz paying bond amounts NE or whatever it's called is a pain all right you day you too [Applause] the front passenger had a valid arrest warrant out of Delan Wisconsin he was transported to the Delan police department and released with a new court date all the occupants of the vehicle were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia
