This is one of the craziest sovereign citizens encounters I've seen. As soon as I heard the world ID card number, I knew it was going to be a good one. >> Hello. How are you? >> Pretty good. >> What's going on? >> I was backing up in >> Yeah, we stopped and then I went for >> Hold on. Hold on one second. Okay. >> Um, you were backing out right here. I didn't talk to him first. >> How am I supposed to know who to talk to? He's out out of his vehicle. >> Insurance information. >> I don't know why he's mad at me. I mean, he's out here talking. >> She sees that his lady called the police and you're talking to the person who hit us first. >> Okay. So, in policing, this is very, very common. For a lot of other people, you don't realize it, but what happens is when you arrive to a call and both people get to tell their side of the story, the person who we talk to first feels like they're getting preferential treatment and other people feel slight. It's like when you have two kids and their kids get into a beef. If you talk to one of the kids to get their side of the story first, the other kid is pissed off. This is very common in policing. But you couple it with something else and it makes it even more challenging for the officer. >> Do you have your insurance, sir? Do you have your insurance? >> No, it doesn't make sense. >> It doesn't make sense. >> No, it doesn't. I didn't see who called. It was just said 911 call saying there was an accident and I come to respond. I talked to somebody's out of the vehicle. >> Okay. Well, >> it'd be cool if you guys would be like, >> I we don't take the call as a comment center does. >> Yes, I know. But they tell you who to call, whose car call. >> This is exactly how it happens when you arrive and there are two people and one of the parties is acting immature when it comes to who you talk to first. It's a prototype [music] of people that you encounter that act like this. That's why you have to kind of dance around it a little bit. >> Ma'am, I'm here taking an export for you. It doesn't matter who called. It doesn't it he said he he said he's at >> Okay. I I need your insurance if you'd like to. >> Okay. Uh my wife's on the way out of the insurance car stood right out front. >> Okay. So you were backing out and they were pulling in. >> No, we were in we changed >> coming back and we don't lie. >> We parked. >> Sir, why are you yelling? Please. It's 6:00 in the morning. I'm going to talk to both you guys and get the story. Okay. It's not a big deal. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> I was pulling back. He honked. I stopped. >> You were in this spot right here. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And then I was backing up and he pulled up and off. I stopped and when I went for I put his uh bumper at the point. >> Okay. All right. So, you know you're a bumper accident. >> Yeah. Okay. No problem. >> At this point, this call could be completely handled. The one party has admitted guilt. Private property accident. Simple exchange of information. Clear the call. 10 minutes max. But what happens is completely if you were to check off what not to do to end up in handcuffs. Unbelievable. >> Okay. What What happened? >> Hey, he going to let him go off. It's okay. >> I car I parked in my spot. >> Okay. >> All the way up there. >> Okay. >> He starts to turn and hits me with this thing. Hits the front of my car. >> Okay. He's at fault. He knows that. So, he's going to get his insurance and get you guys all taken care of. >> Mine is the general. >> You guys will just exchange information cuz this is private property. U we don't take accidents on private property anyway. Well, the last time somebody did this to me at Kroger years ago, >> it made me look bad because I didn't report it to you guys. >> What do you mean it made me look bad? >> Because I didn't file a report for my insurance. >> Okay. >> They said they they made it look like, oh, well, there's nothing we can do. And I said, you know, next time somebody does something to my car in any parking lot or anywhere, I need to report it to the police so that they will go through and check. >> Yeah. We'll make documentation of it. We don't take private property auto accidents. So, what we'll do is we'll get his information, his insurance information, and you'll contact his insurance company, and then he's going to do the same thing, and they'll get everything taken care of that way. Okay. >> Are you making a report of this? Yes or no? >> No. >> Why? >> Because it's on private property. >> But like I said, last time I got hit in Kroger coming out of my parking lot wasn't my fault at all. State Farm Insurance, they put a ding on my stuff. Even though I haven't been in accidents for years, I'm an excellent driver. >> Okay. But because of this >> and there's no police report. >> Yeah, we'll make like I said, there's going to be documentation that we were here. You guys are involved. It's all on my body camera. I know you're recording it as well, sir. Um I've recorded everybody here the entire time. He told me what happened. He told me he backed he he clipped you with a snowplow, so he's at fault. He told me he knows that we just don't take private property auto accident reports cuz it's on private property. It's not on the roadway. >> This is really simple. At this point, they have everything that they need to make sure that their insurance company's good to And I've had people in the past who get a little frustrated because they don't get an actual traffic accident report. But this information shared between the department and whomever that the officer showed up, what the person said, and it is more than enough for an insurance company to make sure that she doesn't get any kind of penalty. >> So, where's the report ID that you're taking or not? >> There's going to be um a blott saying we came out here for an accident. >> A bladder. >> Yep. And it's going to have both you guys attached to it. >> Do you have your ID on you, >> sir? Do you want to be included on that? Sir, would you like to be included on that since you're in the vehicle? >> I'm sorry. >> This is her vehicle number one. >> Okay. Well, you're talking to me, so I figured you'd want to be included on it. >> My name is Five. >> What is that? >> My name is Five. >> Your name is Five? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, that doesn't seem like a What's your last name? >> You're not supposed to be asking me my last name. >> Do you want to be on there? Do you want to be on there? You said you would like You said you would like documentation of the police report. Correct. >> You said there's no police report. >> Okay. You said you would like to be included on the documentation. Correct, sir. >> He did not say that to me. >> Well, he did. >> We are asking what it is. >> Okay. He He wants documentation of it. >> So, if he wants to be a part of it, I will make him a part of it. If he doesn't want to, he doesn't have to. >> In policing, we call this felony stupid. They just open the door, particularly the passenger. And often times, it's the passenger that gets everyone else in trouble. If they would just shut up, the situation would flow so much smoother. He's not even driving the car. Just shut up because you're going to cause an issue. I've seen this happen so many times where the passenger causes everyone else felony stupid. >> Okay, I will I'll take that as a you don't want to, sir. Do you have your ID on you, miss? >> I don't understand why you guys are being so hostile towards me. >> Because you came up and went to him first. >> Ma'am, he was out of the vehicle and you had the windows up. Don't argue with him. >> Just because he's out. >> It sounds just like brother and sister. You talk to him first. It's so immature. >> I pulled up and you guys are both in the vehicle. Both of us interrupt. >> Say, just let us be. >> Me? I don't have anything nice to say. >> I said if you don't >> I've not said anything mean to you guys one time. >> I don't understand why you guys are being hostile towards me. >> Does it mean it's not mean to us? >> When we're the ones who called for help, you're saying just because he was outside, you spoke to him first. >> Yes. That's how it works. Miss >> say that guy punched me. You're going to go to him first. You're >> talking about hypothetical. Quit talking to me. What's your phone number, miss? 470. >> All right. And you were completely stopped when he hit you. >> I was all the way up in my spot. >> Okay. >> You were wearing a seat belt and everything. >> You see? >> Yes. >> Why are you upset with me? I have to ask these questions. >> Don't ask him that question, please. >> Okay. Can I see your insurance, please? >> Yeah, you're being felt. >> Okay. Can I see your insurance, please, miss? >> I told you I was looking it up and I have the general. You can just write it down here. >> Okay. I need the insurance policy. You didn't get his? >> I'm waiting on his. >> Okay. You have to wait on mine, too. Don't mind. I'll give it to you. >> I'm sorry. >> I'll bring it to you when I get it. If you don't mind me leaving. >> Okay. >> Well, so I'm going to give you my world citizen number. >> She's got I'm give you my world Oh, this from the United States. I need your name since Okay. Uh uh. Thank you for the info. So, I'm going to give you my world citizen ID number. >> Okay. Let me explain world citizen ID. There's a such thing as a world citizen's ID. It's just not official. He sounds like he's on the phone with someone. People pay money for these cards and they believe that they are legitimate forms of ID. They are as valuable as a coupon from 1975 to a store that has been closed for 30 years. People carry them. They exist, but they mean absolutely nothing. >> I need your badge number at the same time. My name is Mr. Tracy. >> Okay. >> My world citizen ID number. Write this down. >> I don't know what you're going to find out. You're going to find out. >> We don't We don't take those serious. You're just not about to Oh, YOU OH, YOU DON'T TAKE IT? >> YEAH. >> OKAY. You see what this say right here? This says to the government of the United States of America concerning Mr. Tracy William Henderson. You wanted my ID. It's a valid ID. I'm going to give you my ID. >> I asked you if you'd like to be included on the document. >> I'm putting you in on it. I'm putting you in I'm putting myself in on it. So, you have to take my world citizen ID now. >> Well, I don't know what a world citizen ID is. >> You'll find out, sir. You'll find out. Education is a beautiful thing. >> Doesn't recognize. >> Yes, they do. Yes, they do. You think they don't, but you'll find out. >> I don't know why you're being so confrontational with me, sir. >> You are. >> What's your name, sir? Tracy what? Five. So, were you lying to me before? >> Well, Tracy comes to five. >> Okay. Tracy, what? >> And your date of birth, sir? >> 9:25. >> People might be wondering why is he now all of a sudden want to be placed on this incident [clears throat] interaction of the blott so that he's listed as a person. One, he seems like a person very mouthy and likes to be involved in types of things. But if there's some potential financial benefit to pay out, then maybe he wants to make sure that he's listed in the vehicle. I don't know. It's merely speculation, but I was wondering myself why a person would do that. And I have seen people do that in the past. >> And a good phone number for you. >> Uh you got the one for her. >> Okay. Perfect. >> My number is uh you need to write this number down. It's World Service World Service Authority. >> Okay. >> Um the number is 919. >> All righty. He actually probably paid money for that card and believes that it's real and he's a grown adult male. >> I don't know. It says two felony. >> Well, it says no extra outside California. >> Which guy is it too? >> This guy here, he's extremely hostile. >> Let me explain police things going on here. So, every time we get a person's name, date of birth, we run them. One of the systems we run them in is called NCIC. That's a National Crime Information Center, I believe it is, which runs warrants all over the country. But what's important about a warrant is that the state that wants the person has to want to extradite them. And sometimes they do, sometimes [music] they don't. So just cuz the warrant pops up, a lot of times they won't extradite. And that's what the officers are figuring out right now. >> So it's good. >> It says full ext. >> No. You said it's the guy with the head thing on, right? >> Yeah. The >> with the truck. >> With the truck >> that just got in the van. >> The reason the officer showed up also is because the warrant probably popped up. Dispatch calls it across the radio. They hear that there's a felony warrant, so they respond to the scene. >> Hey, come over here, man. >> No, I ain't coming over here. >> Calling over here. Come on. >> Hey. Oh, look. He go trying to snatch me. You got to check my warrant. I ain't got no warrants. Look, he's grabbing on me. Are you holding on me? Are you What about me? What? >> I don't have no felony warrant for our city. Watch them say they don't want >> extraition. phone so we don't break it. They didn't stop me since 1998. They didn't stop me since 199 until we figure out since 1998. >> Okay. >> 1998. You can call them right now. >> And they going to say, "Let me go." >> I I want to see your phone now. >> No. They trying to take my phone, bae. Come get my phone, bae. They trying to take Why are you trying to hide? >> Now you're under resistance. >> I'm not TRYING. I SAID I GOT my hands behind MY BACK. >> BACK UP. JUMP IN MY ARMS. GET BACK. >> MY ar My arms are behind my back. >> My arms are behind my back, sir. >> My arms are behind my back. >> Back up now. >> My arms are behind my back. They're going to tell you they don't want me. >> I've been telling you that. >> You're under arrest, too. >> WE TOLD YOU TO BACK UP THREE TIMES, >> you guys. >> Here, I got this. >> This is not okay. This is not okay. >> We asked you to back up until we figured it out. Okay. Well, now you're under arrest for resisting, so it doesn't matter. >> Resisting. We're arrest. He's trying to tell you what. We were just >> Okay. And we can figure that out once you guys cooperate. That's all it takes. >> I'm not resisting. We >> You are pushing us off the cars. Resist. >> I don't know what you're I've never ever ever ever asked you to back up. >> I was trying to That's not your job to get. >> No one's hurting him. >> Whatever. >> Stop. Stay. This guy hits my car. He does He is not even wanted. We've been in in contact with the attorney general because he was getting his substitute teachers license. >> He's being until they figure it out. >> But it's all you had to do. >> Put my stuff back in my pocket, please. They're going to say that they don't want me. LA is closed right now. >> And you know what? As soon as they told us that, you would have been free to go. But you were being detained. I'm not being >> because there's there is a warrant for your road. >> They say they don't want me. This thing. >> We don't know that. Terrence Tracy, >> have a seat. Please have a seat. >> I'm claustrophobic. I'm right here. Can you just let me sit here? >> No. Have a seat. >> I said I'm going to sit in the car. >> I don't kick your feet in the car. >> Kick your feet in the car. We're done playing. Yeah, I got it. >> Yeah, she can she can be charged, too. She She obstructed the entire time. >> We had to concentrate on you. >> Totally avoidable. And in policing, again, we call this felony stupid because had the passenger just shut his mouth, this would have been an exchange of information and they go. But you see three officers there, you hear them call for backup. That officer has to roll code to get to the scene to place himself in danger. All because of this immature behavior and this belief in this world citizen sovereign council nonsense which has no bearing or authority when it comes to dealing with the police. That ID means absolutely nothing. Then another thing, this guy knows about this warrant and he's probably been stopped by the police before and he thinks that they're not going to confirm the warrant. So he feels like, "Okay, cool. I can interact with the police." But here's the issue. Let's say they don't confirm the warrant. Well, now he's got new fresh charges. And apparently the officer said that his girl has fresh charges as well. If you know someone that can benefit from learning what not to do, send them this video.
