Go back to your car now. We're not doing this [ __ ] >> Go back to your car. >> Call your supervisor. >> I'll call him for you. >> When it comes to a rage, one of my best pieces of advice is don't do it because very often it ends up in a collision, the police showing up, someone in handcuffs, and someone going to jail. This is one of those. >> Get in your vehicle and then get in front of her. >> Thank you. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> I'm officers police department. The reason I'm stopping you is as I'm driving by, she's waving me down saying that you hit her car. [ __ ] >> You can look at my car. It's a white car. >> We'll get it all on the phone the whole time. Ain't nobody Call your supervisor, too. >> Yeah. Call your supervisor. >> All right. What do you need a supervisor for? >> I'm calling your supervisor cuz first of all, if she making a false report, she going to jail first and foremost. You're wasting my time. Not only that, I work for the government my goddamn self. So, you think that I'm going to be out here and hit your car and keep going? Why? >> It aggravated me, sir, because she came through the goddamn thing. She damn near killed me on Ortiz with a ladder. Hey, Nene. Hold on, cuz I'm talking to the officer. >> What is one of the worst ways to start a traffic stop? Look at this lady and what she's doing. The attitude right from the jump when the officer is being incredibly polite, the immediate request for a supervisor, and then on top of that, denying everything and the officer didn't even really accuse her of anything yet. >> So, just like I said, that's what she said. I'm just trying to figure out exactly what's happened. >> That's why I said call your supervisor. pull pull her ass up. If I hit her car, I have a mark on my car and she should have one of her. >> So, I'm going to before I call supervisor, I just want you to explain to you when I asked for him to come, he's going to ask me for what. Okay? So, I need a legitimate reason to ask for the supervisor cuz right now I'm investigating a traffic. >> That was very smooth what he did. He flipped it back on her and said in a very calm manner, "Well, I got to tell him specifically and there is no specific reason because he didn't do anything wrong. So, she's going to have to do some kind of word salad here to get around requesting the supervisor. You ain't investigating a traffic crash because if you are investigating a traffic crash, it'll be damage to her vehicle and mine. I can't hit you if you coming behind me first and foremost. How would I hit you if you coming behind me? She got a whole a ladder in her trunk. So, if I hit you, right, I should know what's hanging out your trunk. >> That's what she said to me. I'm investigating cuz I got to find out if it all [ __ ] and I got something to do. That's why I'm frustrated because you playing with a car in traffic. Two young stupid dumb ass girls could have killed more than just me. I've been here with my damn thing hooked up. It It's aggravating. It's aggravating. >> So, let me go talk to her. See what she's saying. Cuz all she told me was she hit me. That's why I stopped the car. Okay. So, give me one minute to go figure it out. >> Let me go figure it out. >> Hello. Can you tell me what happened? Cuz she's just kind of yelling at me. >> Yeah, of course. Of course she is. So, we literally just got off work. We're on getting off the highway. on um MLK. >> We're turning on towards >> Okay, >> she's in behind us. Obviously, I have a ladder and we're trying to be safe. >> So, I turn left. >> She starts swerving. >> It's a merge. >> The merge, you know, the merge area. >> She literally starts swerving to get around. >> There's a car in front of us. >> There's multiple cars in front of us. She can't make it around me. So, she then she honks at me like crazy. Then she swerves and like cuts me off. literally like I had to stop and break check and everything. Then we took a picture and we were trying to take a video of what she was doing and then when >> Do you have those I can look at? >> Yes. And then when um what's it called? We got to the roundabout. We literally was like slowing down cuz she saw that I was there trying to take video of her and then I went to go around her. She had more than enough space, sir. >> Yes. And she literally rammed my car and was like, "Yeah, I got you." And then she tried to drive away. And then I was like, "Are you serious? So you're going to hit me and then drive away? You can't even talk to me like a human being." >> Where what side of your car does she hit? >> The left side drives away. >> People always ask me, "What should I do if I get involved in one of these types of things?" I always say, "Don't get involved in road rage." But if a person is road raging against you, avoid eye contact. Don't chase them down. Avoid confrontation. And if you have a passenger, have the passenger record the interaction. Cuz if you're driving trying to record it, you're putting yourself and other people in peril as well. But definitely definitely avoid road rage at all costs. >> Sand, >> I was trying to chase her down after she hit me. >> Is there damage? >> Where where did you feel the hit? >> Back there. >> I don't know. Somewhere >> on your side. Like your side. >> Somewhere on this side. >> Can you step out for me and just take a quick look? >> Yes. >> Yep, that's her. So the door right there. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> And it's just ridiculous. You know this the fact that people drive. >> Just stay back there while we're still trying to figure it out. >> I got something to do and but while you playing common sense, you don't know where. >> Ma'am, you're good. Go sit in the car. >> Ain't nobody hit your car. Ain't nobody CAR. >> GO BACK TO YOUR CAR NOW. >> Go back to your car. >> We're not doing this [ __ ] Go back to your car. >> I'll call him for you, but he can't. >> Thank you. because y'all wasting my time. Somebody hit your car with no damage. THAT DON'T MAKE SENSE. >> Go back to your car, please. >> Can you do me a favor? You guys can get both of your licenses and your registration. Um, so I could do the crash at the very minimum story. Okay. >> Looking here at this door, it does look like there's some fresh white paint transfer. If that's what the lady was pointing to earlier, that looks like uh some paint transfer from a white car to me. >> One of our subject is supervisor. >> Okay. >> Give me a few minutes. All right. Thank you. You trying to shoot around me on Veronica Shoemaker and and and got mad because you couldn't run me off the road. THEN YOU WEIGH the police down and TEAR THE POLICE. I'LL HIT your car. I'mma hit your I WORK FOR GOVERNMENT. CALL YOUR county government. >> Ma'am, can I have your license, please? >> No. I want your supervisor. It's no crime committed. My car ain't hit neither. >> So stop and listen to me. Okay. So, so now, so now I'm requesting your driver's license so that I can so that I can do the crash report. If you do not give me your license, I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> You go ahead and please >> She's coming out, ma'am. Step out of the car. >> Oh, yes, that's fine. >> Step out. >> That's fine. >> Go front of my car. >> No problem at all. Okay. >> No problem. >> Go to the front of the car right here. Take a seat. So, I'm going to explain it one more time. You can give me your driver's license so I can do the crash. I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> You first and foremost. Let's be like I'm done because you keep turn around. That's fine. That's fine. Put me in. Please do. Please do. Please do. >> Please do. >> Relax. >> Please do. Please do. >> All right. Please do. I'm relaxed. I'm relaxed. You just illegally pulled me out of my car. They went to [ __ ] >> Let go of your phone. >> Why do you have my phone? Why? Because you're going in the back of my car. >> I'm not under arrest. That's okay. You're being detained. No. Detained for what? >> Because you are. Why? Why are you putting your hands on me as >> I'm glad that you are? Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> In custody justifiably, and the officer taking her phone away is 100% the right move. Who is she talking to? And hopefully that person she's talking to is trying to deescalate her because she is not being reasonable. These officers been extraordinarily respectful, kind, and polite. And it looks like they're just trying to do an accident investigation. I mean, it's almost like she's in her head so much that she wants to go to jail and she's obliging herself. >> Then you try to hurt Mariss. You try to hurt Liss. I'm going to I'm going to sue the out of y'all. >> Give me a couple minutes to figure out what I'm going to do with her. All right. >> Such a big man. I asked you for your supervisor. YOU DENIED ME MY YOUR SUPERVISOR. YOU TOOK my personal property. Baby, I know my rights. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. I WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT MYSELF. I'M GLAD YOU'RE DOING THIS. I'm glad you're doing it. >> I don't think she really knows her rights. >> Youally illegally. This is kidnapp. >> This is whole kidnap. >> I did not illegally detain you. I explained the reason. >> Me. You illegally detained. >> I explained the reason. >> Make up a lie. >> YOU GOING YOU WHY DIDN'T YOU SNATCH HER OUT OF HER CAR? >> BECAUSE YOU >> WHY DID YOU SNATCH HER OUT OF HER CAR? >> I NEED YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE. >> FOR WHAT? WHAT ARE YOU GETTING MY DRIVER'S LICENSE FOR? >> I'M DOING THE crash report. >> YOU'RE DOING A CRASH REPORT TO WHAT? WHERE A CRASH? >> BECAUSE THEY'RE alleging you hit her. There's a scuff mark where they said that you hit her. There's a scuff mark on their Okay. >> All right. Here's a kind of messed up element that a lot of people might not understand if you're not [music] in law enforcement. That accident report is going to have both of their information. So, if you are ever in this type of situation, really think hard about what information gets placed on that document because the other person will have that information. If this is written up as an accident report, which could be your home address, >> you want to roll roll her window down and I'll try to talk to her. >> I asked you for your supervisor, yet you're still supervised. But you telling me some [ __ ] AND YOU KNOW THEY [ __ ] THAT'S THE PART. NO, BECAUSE IT GOT ME HOT. Y'ALL TREATING ME LIKE I AIN'T [ __ ] Y'ALL TREATING ME LIKE I DON'T WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT MYSELF. THAT'S [ __ ] SO OF COURSE I'M GOING TO BE UPSET. THAT'S [ __ ] >> Hold on. Okay. Instead of him treating somebody with respect, look at my friends. I asked for a supervisor. How long we've been here? No supervisor. >> I called a supervisor. >> No supervisor. >> Okay, just listen to me. Okay. >> I can't I can't focus. My my circulation being cut off. >> All right. You want me to >> I can't I can't focus. I I really can't focus. >> I'll fix the car for you. Okay. >> THAT'S WHY WHEN I GOT OUT OF MY CAR, YOU SEE WHAT THEY DID? TURNED THEIR HEAD SIDEWAYS AND ROLLED UP THE WINDOW. THEM WAS ROAD RAGING. NOW PULL Y'ALL CAMERAS AT THE JAIL HOUSE and you'll see what you dealing with life. >> You want to You want to step out real quick so I can fix the >> He knew exactly what the he was doing when he put him this tight. You know it's [ __ ] I hit that car. [ __ ] you ain't hit nothing. Can you put them in front of me? >> I'll I'll put a second pair on for you. How's that? >> I'm I'm DAMN NEAR FIXED. BUT I I'm I'm This is so humiliating. This is why people file reports. This is why lawsuits are made for [ __ ] like this. This is so humiliating. I'm on side of the road in a hand car >> and this what I'm dealing with right now. >> Let's stop right here really quickly. I want to go over this handcuffing thing. This lady says mentions she's almost 6 foot and that's the reason why her handcuffs are cutting off her circulation. These officers are very very nice. One set of cuffs obviously you've seen before. You know about the amount of space that you have. And if you have a really big wide person or muscular person, sometimes officers opt to go with two cuffs. I've even seen people as big that you have to use three. Yes, I've seen that. A person of her size, this is going to give her an extraordinary amount of mobility inside of the back of the car. And with her behavior, it's a little confusing to me as to why she would require two sets of cuffs. >> Can you see the [ __ ] Look at her. You can see the fake in her eyes. You see that? You can see it in the car, >> [ __ ] You see them, though? You see him? You see him? THAT AIN'T SOMEBODY THAT'S INNOCENT. That's a mother that got mad cuz they couldn't beat me for >> I'm being patient with you, okay? But I need you to talk to me. All right. >> I'm aggravated, sir. >> I I I get >> I'm out of my car. >> Real realistically, he's saying a police report >> for me hitting your car. How did I hit your car? >> Let Let me explain. Okay. >> You ain't even investigate my car for two seconds and put me in cover. >> That's what we're trying TO DO. >> WHY? WHY he took my phone and any of that? That's my right. You stripping me of that. I know my rights, bro. I work for the government myself. Okay. All my partner got was she was laid down by them. Okay. >> [ __ ] >> Hold on. That's that's that's I was on the phone with them. I heard >> me here sweating like a no more. This [ __ ] is How long is your supervisor going to be, sir? >> I'll call him again. All right. >> Please see how long your supervisor going to be. Please. >> They'll too. >> I'm sitting here sweating like some type of animal in a car without help pay taxes from the AC. story. >> So, when it comes to these types of situations, all right, we got to get both sides of the story. From what I saw when I got here, okay, I was the second officer on scene. You were already screaming at us and at them, okay, >> we're not trying to be jerks to you. >> He was, not you. You got a little bit more respect for him to take me, slam me against the car for some [ __ ] he know didn't make makes sense. If you and two people are in a car and somebody hit you, your first reaction would be to call 911. These people was behind me since Orz. This dumbass girl came up Ortz, damn near killed two people in the merge. This [ __ ] come through the roundabout, put in front of me. She tried to hit night. I still made it through the roundabout. We come through the roundabout. We come through the roundabout. This [ __ ] come like this, wave my hand to the police. They pull me over and say, "I'll hit the cop." That's [ __ ] >> Okay, so it looks like someone has arrived, which could be the male half of this situation. And it looks like this looks like a Florida state trooper. So, it's another jurisdiction who's on the scene. It looks like I guess he's providing some degree of safety security because the male half arrived. He had him place his bag down on the ground by the front quarter panel of the vehicle. >> There should be pieces of the car and everything in the road. The speed limit 45. Make it make sense. >> It don't make sense. They full of [ __ ] >> This is why we don't want people on the phone and why it's 100% understandable why officers ask people to get off the phone or put the phone down cuz now she gave her a location. The male knows where she is and he's there. So just something that people have to think about when they say, "Oh, why are you not letting him talk on the phone?" Well, this is one of the reasons. >> Do you know who this gentleman here is? >> That's your husband. Okay. >> So, this is my girlfriend. She's on her way to come get me. >> Okay. and going whatever happened. Like I said, I don't know what happened, but I guess this car claiming they hit she hit him and kept going. >> Yep. >> So, my understanding is she pulled over. Correct. >> No, I did a traffic stop on her to stop her. >> Oh, okay. >> Uh there's So, I'll stop you right there. Okay. There's damage consistent with the crash. All right. She's not going to jail for the crash. She's going to jail for the obstruction cuz I asked her for ID so I can complete the crash report and we're going to leave it at that because she they don't want to press charges. They just wanted a crash report >> and it's everything she did after that. That's why she's going. >> Okay. >> It looks like he's being completely calm and reasonable. I've seen the attitudes change but this is interesting that she acts this way and he seems like he's being a responsible respectful adult. >> So when we come from down to this roundabout that's what you think? Then I should be good. >> Yes. Yeah. She's on this side right next to that officer. >> Wolver. That's fine. >> Yeah. All right. >> Here's your husband. Okay. >> Don't make so >> I didn't show up anything. I got a supervisor. >> Call 911 and tell them to send a supervisor here cuz I'm being >> call 911. >> I'm being kidnapped. It's an abuse of 911. No. Go to jail. >> I'm being kidnapped. >> I'm being kidnapped. >> Go to jail if you call 911. I'm not playing today. >> Look, he said he ain't playing. He don't want his supervisor here cuz he know he violating my rights. >> You can call Sergeant Ma. >> He He violating my rights. >> Four police department. >> That's what he's doing. He's violating my rights. I have rights because you telling me you accused me of something never took place. You didn't investigate. You can't investigate a crash in 20 seconds. >> Look at the mobility and where the female's arms are almost to where her kneecaps are. That degree of mobility almost seems like she would be able to put the cuffs in front of her. And I don't know if she's capable of that, but again, a smaller person like that, I've never seen the practice to be to put the two sets of cuffs on. And you know, sometimes people have medical challenges, but this is something that you would definitely want to watch because of her behavior and her ability to move around like that. >> What happened to her arms? >> I called him twice. >> I know, but this I'm being kidnapped at you. I'm being kidnapped >> because of what? I asked for a supervisor, which is my right. I know. >> Okay. All of this above because I was waiting on it. Y'all can fly. >> All right. Uh my partner actually just said uh hang out for a few minutes cuz he's finishing up the crash report now for you guys. >> Okay. >> Give me a second. I'm roll. >> All right. >> Just get in the phones. >> No, just grab it. Hurry. edge, but it's running in the water behind this location. Just a big pocket. >> I don't know if you heard that, but it sounds like she was saying, "Get my purse." But saying it in kind of a kind of secretive manner because she sent she wants him to get her purse out of the car, and that hasn't been checked yet. So, this is interesting here. And there's no one watching him. That looks super suspicious to just take it out and drop it like that. I This is some This is something's up. >> Put it in your bay. >> May bae, put it in your bull bag. >> All right, you guys are good. Excuse me. You guys are good to go. Thank you for >> flagging me down and getting me some work. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. Drive safe. Now he's concealing it in her book bag at her direction. What's inside the purse that she doesn't want the police to see or know about. This is the kind of stuff where I'm saying when you hear me and see me harp on not turning your back and officer safety and I constantly talk about I don't want to see officers get hurt. This is super suspicious to me and I'm just praying that nothing bad happens to either of the people involved. >> Put my purse. >> I can't close the >> Okay, relax. That's what I'm just I got it. He's not going to take nothing from you. I got it. Relax. We trying to get you out tonight. We want to see what's going on in the car. We ain't >> this. You see what I mean by energy? This the energy that got projected. This is what this what I be talking about, man. Every time. >> Now you see the guy who was super nice to the officers. Very, very compliant. Now has this other kind of diabolical sounding like we're going to get you out of this. Don't worry about policing. Believe half of what you see, none of what you hear. Now we're seeing where his mindset really is because I don't know what's in that bag. But that's not a way that a person who's not trying to hide something acts. This is super suspicious. >> We can walk up here. I got to take a picture of this. >> Carmen. Yep. What's the number? >> Um, you'll be able to bond her out here in a couple hours. All right. >> Uh, it's a misdemeanor. It's going to be a couple hundred bucks. >> All right. >> All right. >> Thank you for being reasonable with me, sir. >> Well, how long before they deal with you? >> Uh, they have to be here within 30 minutes per um policy. >> Alligator? >> Yeah. Alligator towing. >> Hey, just call my mama. Have them to come toward cuz I got tow on my insurance. If they can't, you still going to >> Yeah, do that. Cuz ain't no need in them to they just doing that being nasty. >> Damn, you're a dick. >> Sounds like he's rolling code to jail. I don't know why that would be unless she's being really aggressive or something like that. But then you got the double cuffs and I don't see a seat belt and I'm not sure if in this department there's a policy where they don't have to have the seat belt. In fact, I've asked this question before in one of my videos. Is your department or do you know if a person has to be seat belted in your jurisdiction and mine they had to be seat belted? All I'm going to do is I ask for your supervisor, my god-given right, you rat him. >> I'm a disorderly female. >> Dumb ass [ __ ] >> She sideswiped another car in a roundabout at a low speed and then she she's acting like this supervisor like grab her, take her to the jail and she's going to continue cuz she's going to try to put her in cuffs and she started shoving against us again and she just wouldn't listen. >> We saw the resisting without violence charge. The officer mentioned it. This could have been a lady getting an exchange of information for two parties, saying two different things at the scene, and she walked and talked herself into jail. And what's really interesting about this is the psychology of what happened with the purse. I guess we'll never know what was inside that purse. Maybe it was nothing, but it seemed incredibly suspicious in the manner that she told the male and the male put it inside of his bag. From an officer safety perspective, we don't want people coming to the scene for that very reason. The mystery of what was inside that purse still exists.
