Hello. What's What's going on today? Same thing. Spray painting windows. So, we can't have security cameras. Spray paint like apartment windows. What? Yeah. This is my shop. Okay. Okay. The other I'm sorry. I don't know. I wasn't here the other day. So, can you explain to me what's going on? She's got those cameras there. Okay. She don't like to be videotaped. I don't like to be videotaped. This is our building. We own the building. You both together. Yeah. Okay. And she has those video those cameras right there. In the window. You're talking in the window. Okay. Yeah. So, I just put a little spray paint on her to cover them up. She She likes the nose. Okay. She's a big ass nose. Okay. And she's drunk right now. She's wasted. Okay. So, do you guys live together? No, I live in this apartment. She lives in the front apartment. Okay. There's two apartments on the second floor. Okay. Do you Do you guys So, somebody else owns the building then? No, me and her both own the whole building. Whole building. Okay. So, the officers were out here 2 days ago. Okay. Same thing. And they said there's nothing we can do cuz you both own the building. So, were you guys like business partners or something at one time or? No, we're brother and sister. Oh, okay. I see. This is my dad's place. and he passed like 3 years ago. Okay. Okay. I see. We own the whole building. Okay. So, I'm telling you, she's Okay. Okay. And that's fine. She's not driving, so she has every right to be car. Remember that plate? See that plate? Mhm. You see that on the road? I guarantee she's Okay. Okay. You're going to have case. So, she's upset because you spray paint a window cuz you were out here working and you didn't want her watching you. Yeah. Okay. You know, and she doesn't like to be videotaped. You know, I'm like this to her. She's trying to swipe my phone off. Phone out of my hand. Okay. Sit tight for a second. Chris, I'm going to look up the prior call from the other day and see what happened here. So, yeah, this is an exact repeat of what happened the other day. Yeah, I didn't I didn't see a video. It just basically said the same exact thing that she's got these two cameras here. He doesn't like the back. He doesn't like being recorded. They both own the building, so he spray painted it. He that was it. So, there's nothing civil. I mean, they both own the building. slap the phone out of her hand. So, I don't know the validity of that. Somebody says that he said she tried to that he tried to He says that she tried to slap the phone out of his hand. Yeah, she said that that he slapped the phone out of her. She had video of it then. You would think. So, do you have the video of her like slapping the phone out of your hand? Do you have video of her slapping the phone out of your hand? I I I want to see what's going on here. I don't think I do. You were recording her the whole time though. When did you start recording her? When you guys pulled up. All right. So, who was the caller? You or her? She calls it every time. Okay. You know, I'm like, you guys came see you guys came out here the other day. Same thing. Do you guys have any uh plans to like um divide up the building or anything like that in the future here or I love I would love to sell it. She don't want to sell. She don't want to buy me out. So Okay. Okay. All right. So she said he snapped the phone in her hand while she was calling. The call disconnected. Dispatch called her back. Okay. So, did you slap her phone out at her hand? No. She's saying that you did. No. So, you never had any kind of contact with her? Well, I had contact with her talking to her. Okay. But you didn't try to slap the phone out of her hand. Oh, wait. Here it is. Is this from today or? Where is it? There it is. Knock it off. Why do you keep doing turn it up? Do you? No. That's why I spray. It's the parking lot. Never touch me. What' you do with my phone? So, what happened right there? It's She slapped my phone, but I I hang on to it. Okay. So, that was her slapping your your phone. Okay. When she said, "What happened to her phone?" What? She dropped it. She's Okay. Okay. So, he's showing me video of you slapping his phone. What's up with that? He slapped my phone out of my hand and I was reaching for his phone because he slapped my phone out. Well, here's what's going to start happening here. I'm going to start citing both of you with sortly conduct every time we come here. All right. Thanks. Did he show you the video of himself in my phone? Then this is absolute stupidity. What's going on here? I think so, too. And I'm going to start issuing citations. Can Did he say he would stop spray painting the window? No, he didn't. It's It's It's both your buildings. Deal with it. Go to court over it. This is my shop. She's I understand that. But you both own the building. You're I've rented this part of the building. That's fine. But you're both owners of the building. Okay. Just like you were told the other day that you're both owners of the building. I mean, it's pretty childish that you both are sitting in each other's faces with your video with your phones in each other's faces recording each other. I don't have any recording. Then what were you doing with your phone in his face? If you weren't recording 911, I just Oh, you weren't. You were like recording them. I didn't record them. I can. Did you ask him how do you like being recorded when you were doing that? I might have said that. Yeah. Okay. So, you lied to him and you made him believe that you were being recorded. Do you see how childish this is? I do. You're both sticking a phone in each other's face recording each other over stupidity. But he actually slapped me. Okay. Well, I I can't tell from the video cuz it looks like you slapped his phone. My phone landed on the ground. Okay. So, I can cite you both right now and you can go to court and you can both fight over it. That's where we're at. And what about the window? That's where I told you you both own the building. All right. Can we get a police report on that? Yeah. And it's going to say you both own the building. You can request it. I'm not That's fine because I paid to have it cleaned up. That's fine. That's what he's telling you. It's a civil issue. You guys want to handle it, you go to court and handle But what I'm telling you is if we get called here for this nonsense of you two slapping each other's phones and videotaping each other, I'm going to cite you both with disorderly conduct. Are you catching this too? We're done playing these little What's that? I don't know. If you're both are going to cause disturbances with each other, then you're both are going to be cited for disorderly conduct and you can sort it out in court with a judge. I'm not the one calling you guys. Okay, you're involved. You You both can't seem to get along here. I'm not calling you. It doesn't matter who's calling, who's doing what. You're both involved. Well, she's the one that's drunk right now, not me. Okay. There's no there's no law against her being drunk. Okay. Well, she's not breaking the law for being drunk. What you got to do and her in her own residence? You want to both? So, what I'm tell I don't want to cite you. That's what I'm trying to tell you. I'm trying to tell you both to act like adults and work the situation out, whatever that may be. cuz it's childish for you to be spray painting the windows. It's childish for her to be coming out here and holding a phone in your your face while you're holding one in her face and you're acting like sixy olds. I know. I agree. I totally agree. So, what's the big deal if she is recording out here? Are you doing something that you shouldn't? She doesn't need to know what's going on back here. This is my area, not hers. Okay. Well, and I'll tell you, you both own the building, right? So she can she can put cameras in her window. Okay. Well, I can still spray paint them. So, it's my building, too. Yeah, it is. So, and and like I said, it's going to start costing you both cuz I'll start coming back and I'll start citing you both. Okay. And then you can go to court and then you both can try to explain I would love to go why you're acting like six-year-olds. Can I press charges on her for slapping my phone? I don't know who slapped whose phone. She slapped. You slapped. I got the video. Video is no lie. And we have a disconnected 911 call. When she tried to call 911, the phone disconnected and she called back. So if we want to go around and around, that's what he's getting at. You can be adult and realize that she's got a business and she wants to protect the back side of her business from somebody coming to do something. If her back door gets booted in, she wants to be able to have some sort of recognition for what might have happened. That's all she's asking for. A lot of there. Okay. If somebody bust into your back door and you want to set up a camera, that's something that you would be wanting to do, right? I'll take care of it myself. Yeah, I'm sure you will. It seems like she wants to be able to have that peace of mind, which she's able to, but you guys need to be adults. Come together and figure something out instead of being childish about it. That's what he's saying. He doesn't want to sight you, but if you keep it up, he's going to start issuing citations. It all comes down to who called you guys. No, it doesn't. It does not. It does not matter who called. It could have been the neighbor walking down the street calling and hearing you guys argue. I'm done. All right. It doesn't matter. Done. Okay. So, the next thing is, are you going to let her back in the building? The garage door is open. I She's saying that you have locked her out of getting upstairs. I don't know the loud or the thing. She's saying that she is being prevented from going into her apartment. It's right there. Every door is open. Can you check the door, ma'am, to see if you can get where you need to go? Watch. Come here. I'll show you what. So what? She has to go in through this way. I I don't know. She said that she that he locked her out from getting into the common area. Oh my god. I don't know what the problem is. Okay. So, did you have that door locked earlier? So, why is she saying it's locked? Cuz she's drunk. Yeah. She's drunk. How? Oh, yeah. We're going to be standing right there, Terry. That's good. All right. You guys need to get this. Right. You're right. You don't have to like her. You don't have to agree with her. You just got to be But that's fine. Hate her with a passion. But let's still be adults about it. She's got to be able to have access to her stuff just like you can have access to. I didn't lock the door. All right. Okay. I did not lock the door. We're just saying act like adults. You have all your information. [Music] Yeah. You get the incident number and then you can request. What? She would even tell her Some of the other officers were named. Okay. Well, you know what? We weren't here. She's cooperating with with us tonight. Good. Good. Yes. Because you're acting like children. Go in the house and calm down and maybe some point you two can reconcile and be adults. Do you understand that concept of reconciling and becoming adults so that you both can work it out? You guys can leave. We will when we're done with our business. Well, then I'll stay right here. Then go ahead your business. You know what? Give me your ID. I don't have any ID. Okay. Well, you're being cited now. I'm done with it. You can go to court and you can fight it. Would you like it now or would you like it in the mail? It's the mail. So be it. Do you want to make sure that you have access to where you need to go before we leave? Yeah, she went with me and I have So, how is this laid out? You both have to use this common area back here to get to your apartments or something. No, there's the front door which is locked and then there's a door that goes to the upstairs and he's got the back, I've got the front. And when I came down here to call you guys, he locked it in. So that's why I came up. Which door do you lock? The one down here or the one upstairs? Downstairs. Okay. So, what's your guys's long-term plan here? Cuz obviously this isn't working out. Okay. My long-term plan and I don't know what his is, but I would like to get along with him. I would like him to not spray paint the windows. I'm just monitoring the parking lot, which he has marked as private, which is fine because that's what it is. Is there more than one apartment or two apartments up here or like do other people live up here, too? Well, over there there is, but they don't have access to over here. Okay. And um yeah, that's it. And all he's got to do is just he's just started spray painting. It's disappeared. Okay. Well, he's going to get cited tonight. So, okay. So, that's the incident number, but you'll have to contact the Jialter Police Department to get the information. Okay. This is Jialter, not Bill. Well, it's we're in You're in Jialter right now. So, it's So, it's his call, but that has all the sheriff, but the incident number is the same. So, we when you want to contact his office, you just give him that number, and then he'll be able he'll know what you're talking about. It's a different incident number than the last one. a different number than the last one. What's your brother's name? Uh, James. Yeah, it's not. Okay. Okay. And And did he say anything about it? No, I'm guessing he's not going to. I mean, he's [Music] saying you're seeing what he's doing. He doesn't It's you don't need to be knowing what he's doing out here. the generalities of it, but it's something you guys got to figure out. I mean, look at that pointing out there. It doesn't even look. So, where's your apartment? And is this like right here? Okay. And it looks like my right there. And you both have access to the garage door. Is it just him? So, you got one Y pointing down here, one like right here. I'm going to be a point facing that way facing that's a security camera. I mean you can't go in the loan room without seeing the security. So okay that's you got all their information. All right. Thank you. You guys have come out. Oh um are you signing up? I'm going to send them ordinance DC. You don't have to call service. You don't have to do I'll uh meet you at the church park. Come on for a second. James was found guilty for disorderly conduct and ordered to pay a $100 fine.
