Heat. Heat. Russia 1080 [Music] sport bike northbound on M speed are 96 approaching Ember is wearing a helmet that's like a white sports bike again. monitoring traffic. just will be passing over here shortly. away from me. The only violation still running away 544. Can you watch for this motorcycle? We have 10 219. I have reduced to normal speeds. No emergency equipment is operating. I'm continuing northbound. The motorcycle just ran the stop sign at M and has gone westbound over the interstate. [Music] By [Music] [Music] the way, I got down here. [Music] [Music] Due to the high speeds and dangerous driving, the pursuit was terminated. Deputies believe that they may have known who the driver was and went to his residence to question him. Hey, Andrea. Do you remember me by chance? I do. Okay. Is Dominic around today? Yeah. Is he okay? Is he up here on his motorcycle by chance? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Do you know why I'm here then? He said he was he thought he was speeding, then he didn't think he was speeding, and then he got scared and Yeah. Okay. Where's the motorcycle at? Okay. Couldn't Can I come in? 219. This is going to be our suspect. Oh [ __ ] I just don't want my dog getting out. No, that's okay. Hey man. So, can you tell me about what happened today? Like where were you coming from? I was coming from uh Twin Lakes. Twin Lakes. And where were you going from or going to? You were coming up here. Yeah. Simo. Okay. So, when did you first see a squad behind you? I didn't see a squad behind me, so I got off the Montello exit. Mhm. Um, before you try starting to fabricate something, keep in mind that we have cameras. Yeah. And we have you on camera looking back at us. We have you on camera motioning us to basically come and get you. Oh, no, no, no. Oh, 100%. Where's your bike at? Back there. Can we go take a look? Well, you got to show me where it's at, boss. I don't Okay, I'm just going to use my right. Okay. Well, ultimately, just as the supervisor who's here to explain things to you because you're not trying to fight and be anything with us and we have you on video and everything, as long as you're cool, we're not going to seize all your stuff cuz you understand we can do that, right? Yeah. All right. So, that's that's where we're at. We're not trying to make life harder for you unless you're going to try to make it hard for us. You know, I'm in shorts. No, I'm just I just want to make sure you that we stay at a cordial cordial level, you know. All good. I get it. My apologies. [Music] That would be the one that uh Yeah, that would be the one that ran from me. I mean, you saw me on M because you gooed it to over 113 on County M. Still warm. I was right behind you. And then when you went up eighth off of Edgewood, the dirt road, the Westfield officer, you were motioning them to to basically follow you. And again, after my fifth, I'm not talking. Okay, that's fine. You're under arrest for felony eluding times two. Two. Yeah, because you we terminated my pursuit and then you got in one with the old officer. Yeah. So that's two felonies plus a probation hold more than a life. 219. I'm 1095. Oh my god. For what it's worth, man, you probably would have you probably would have gotten a warning for not having a plate on the bike and maybe a ticket for not having a class M endorsement. Oh, yeah. No, I got my permit. Okay. Then you wouldn't have even gotten that warning for not having a plate on the bike instead of walking away with two felonies. Anyways, how how are y'all doing today? Well, I mean, I've been better. I mean, I don't considering considering the fact that we almost chasing you, but it's a little bit past your side of my car. Yeah. You have I'm just going to safety lock these so they don't tighten up on your butt. Okay. Awesome. Are you taking any uh medications that need to come with you? Nope. Okay. Um here check and have a seat in there. It's going to be a little bit of a tight fit. I'll see if Andrea can grab you some uh some shoes done. Can you just tell me what he was wearing when he got here? Or where his helmet at? I think it's in the house. Ma'am, can we just uh do you mind if we open your camper door? Just take a picture of the helmet. He threw the helmet in the camper and looks like he tried to just toss it quick to hide it. So, we'll do that quick. Unless Colin you want it at least as a We don't need it forever. We can just photograph it either. I was just going to leave it up to What else was he wearing? I think jeans. Pair of black jeans. Okay. What about as far as a top? I just What he has his jacket? What color is the jacket? Blue. Blue. Okay. Now, do you have your Do you have your phone? Yeah. Can we just Do you want to pull up those images? I would love to. Let me just uh maybe a black or burgundy backpack kind of deal. Yeah. That's him. Mhm. Yeah. He was he was taunting the whole way trying to doing one of these come after me the whole time. And no, I think he was trying to stop making him stop cuz he thought he was going to get ran over and then he was thought he was going to get pulled over because he had no plates and then he thought he was speeding and he didn't know whatever. like well unlike I told him if he would have if he would have just stopped it would have been a written warning for not having the plate on the bike because the plate the bike's registered and he even reported he even told the Twin Lakes cops that he lost his plates and they were like okay we'll put it in the paper so so should not even right so if he would have just stopped I turned around on him I saw him at the on the interstate the 106 which is the Oxford exit he the exit went towards Montel and then turned left on Amlet going towards Brabush which is where I initially tried to stop him. He accelerated to over 113 mph going past break bush. We terminated that pursuit at He was at 119 at one point. So we terminated cuz that's just stupid for us to even be going that fast. He went over the inter. Yep. He went over the interstate through behind Valley Acres Golf Course on the roads. Our Westfield officer who was out looking for him picked him up at M and Edgewood. He went over the edgewood down a dirt road which is where the Westfield it was a dead end. He came back towards the Westfield officer and we ended up losing him in Harrisville somewhere. So we took multiple reports of his reckless driving. Yeah. He Well, when we lost him, he drove past me where I was parked at the intersection and he almost stopped and was just like, "Come on, like come get me." And so then after he did that, we had Deputy Gore right behind him and he saw that and then he 100 plus gone. So we just said, "No, if you want to crash and kill yourself, that's fine cuz we're not going to keep chasing you." Mhm. So, um, so you said he had that blue blue jacket on when he got here, too. Okay. You got pictures of the helmet. Okay. So, like I said, it'll be um two felony counts of flea elude and possibly some um recklessly endangering safety charges. Um and then uh more than likely a probation hold. Who's this probation agent? Do you know? All right, sounds good. Um yeah, sounds good. Yeah, I mean ultimately yours is his mother, right? Mhm. At some point, he'll probably when you talk with him, it'll probably mean more coming from you if you were to I'm I'm honestly surprised he didn't wreck it with how fast he was going. I mean, and we didn't even really chase him all that much and I called it off a couple. So dangerous. So those tires are bald. Yeah, he's lucky. He's very He's lucky he's alive, honestly. Um All right. um he'll get up at the jail, so we don't need to worry about that. Um and then he'll see the judge tomorrow afternoon, more than likely. Okay. All right. Thank you, Andrea. Sorry again. We had to meet under these circumstances. Thank you for keeping the floor What's that? Thank you for keeping the floor warm. What do you mean the floor warm? I don't know. Floor's all warm back there. That's weird. Feet are freezing. This [ __ ] is making it nice. Say that again. It's freezing. My feet are freezing, but the floor is warmer. Oh, okay. Thank you. You've talked to me before. Do you remember me or No, no. No, sir. You remember would have been Oh, you were still in high school. I talked to you about a threats complaint. That was a long time ago. Yeah, that's the last time I uh I had contact with you. Damn. Yo, upgraded these vehicles. Is this a special car or normal? Or can you just stand on there? I guess. What do you think is upgraded about it? I mean, the seats are definitely not hard anymore. These So, we haven't had our our Crown Vicks were the last cars that we had that had the composite hard seats in them. Ah. And this plastic glass stuff here usually is straight metal. Yeah, we've always had plexiglass in ours. Um, this is a brand new car. This only has 2,000 miles on it. Oh, nice. How many idles are how many idle miles? Idle hours. Hours. Yeah, it's a good question. There can't be that many idle hours on it. I've only had it for two weeks. Topped it out today, though. It's a lot faster than my Tahoe was. Yeah. How fast you top it out at? Uh, I guess I didn't top it out. Um, I think I saw 119 at one point on County M. Do they take off the governors on these cars or y'all still governed? I believe they're still governed to an extent, right? Our Taho, my I had a 23 Tahoe before this and it wouldn't go any faster than 124, I think. And it would give me a message on my screen up here that says I've reached uh the vehicle's maximum speed. I mean, that's nice to have so you don't blow your engine on the way, right? So, y'all take me to Adams or am I sitting in Marquette? Yeah, it's going to be Marquette cuz you were in Marquette the whole time. Really? Yeah. From County M? Yeah. All the way through. You were in Marquette County by probably 10 miles or so. update. So, do do I get like a comb or some makeup? Make myself look better or a comb and some makeup? Yeah. You know, pretty me up. I mean, you'll you'll get a, you know, like a hygiene kit if you want one. I'm pretty sure. Some shoes. Come on, man. You got to line up. It wasn't Wasn't that funny? I mean, it kind of was. I was going to ask you why. Maybe I I was going to ask you if you frequently wear makeup, but I figured that would be a No, that'd be a little much. So, you clearly don't remember me. Usually, I'm the biggest smartass there is. Yeah, I don't. All right, I'm going to reach over and unbuckle you real quick. Swing your legs on out. We're going to go this way. Slide in here. See you there. I was like, you don't have any shoes on. Where you have any shoes? All right. If you want to stand in the center for me, please. I'm okay. Yes. Thanks. Yep. No problem. You're not. No, I am. All right. I'm going to go ahead and do a quick pat down on you. Do you have anything on you that will poke me, stab me, hurt me? Anything that you shouldn't have? Fantastic. Jeez, man. Oh my god. It is. It is. Made support. We're going to get through this and just call good. All right. Smile and embarrass. Yep. All right. Surpris. All right. What? Nope. Come on over here. I'm going to take this handcuff off. When I take this off, just go ahead and take put your hand on top of your head like this. Palm facing up. Okay. And then Huh? Well, of course we do. Put that on top of your head. Give me one second. All right. All right. Some burritos. All right. Can you take off your chain for me? Go ahead and just take it off for me. Oh, sorry. Really emotional with these two, huh? Really emotional with these two. Well, we'll take good care of them. Okay. Please do. We'll put it in. All right. He's on his way. You got any chains? Your chain or should say accessory wear? I do. Yeah. I wear it on the outside when I'm not here. Otherwise, I'm not going to wear it due to the fact that safety and everything. All right. Can you take out your hair for me, please? I'll let you put it up back in that. I just needed this where I need the comb, man, man. My picture. There you go. Go ahead and just fluff it out for me. Oh, come on. Oh, I guess I heard a story. All right. Good. All right. You put that all night, so you ain't got to worry about it. So, you can go ahead and put that back into the whatever position you want with the hair. All right. What size uh shirt do you wear? Um, yeah, that's a good question. Should I have a shot for myself in a minute? Large possibly. I don't know. Do I look that big? Medium. If you want to just step into there then at that point and then we'll go ahead and get the sizes and everything and then I am a medium. And shirt. All right. Cool. And then go step in there and then you just check the size in there. I'm 32. 32. So, we'll go ahead and do medium. Medium. [Music] All right. Okay. You're good. Now, go and put those on. I don't need a call for this. So, you want to take a seat for me, please? How do you say your last name? Okay. All right. Used to be 27 letters. I'm sorry. They shortened it. Your last name used to be 27 letters. What was it? The alphabet. No. Cuz like Yeah. I don't know. But I got a buddy that still has this full last name. I can't pronounce it. Mm. I start sting. Damn. You're better than everybody else. At least he was sensing you over. Come on now. Oh, I got to do business. I'm on the job. I don't even I know a few cops off duty. Y'all really cool off duty. Yeah, I don't care. I don't care. But but when I'm behind my desk or in these car, got to do what I got to do. Got to do what I got to do. I didn't go through all that traders, right? I got to do my job and that's how it is at the end of the day. I mean, I'll go ahead and as long as you give me respect, I give respect back. You know, you know, you're a human being. You messed up. That is what it is. That's between you and the judge. I'm just here to make sure you go past it. So my job I'm here. Uh all right. What is your date of birth? 05. So you are 18 or big almost 19. Almost 19. Yeah. Yeah. You can skip the big words with me. No, I skipped that part of class. Fair. I tried to then I came here and I was like, "Ah crap, now I got to learn it all again." Dang. Sign right there just stating that you answered those questions portion. I I just like to make sure, man. My lawyer always told me thorough. Hey, I don't blame you. That's why I was explaining it to you. All it is is for the body scanner so that way I can scan you. Can I ask my full name? Signature. Whatever your signature is. Oh, I switch it so many times. I want to make that my main though. A big BZ. There you go. Do that one and that'll work. All right. Just make sure that it's consistent throughout. Go ahead and I got to write all this out real quick. Just make sure that's consistent through all your signatures while you're here. Okay. So that way it just it makes it easier. Not trying to get in trouble, but do my full name eight letters or five just sucks. So, how'd you market county? Always been here. Got lost during life. Just got lost along the way and ended up here. Damn. I said, "All right, sounds good." This is a nice peaceful town. It is. All right, I'm going to go over here. Let's go right over here. Just go and stand outside the scanner. Don't go don't get in it yet. So, what does this thing do? That just scans. Basically, it's checking to see if you have anything inside of you. This is not supposed to be. Thank God. That's the first thing I was thinking when you said jump. I was like, "Oh, hell do that to me." Yeah, I know. So, we want to charge completely. Um, I I it's cool with me. Okay. I It's going to be documented that you're cool with me and Oh, of course. So, I appreciate that. Let's make some better choices, though, man. I mean, a written warning versus a felony. You know what I mean? So, all right. Well, good luck to you, man. All right. Again, I appreciate you being cool. Of course. Of course. Have Have a good night. Hope you don't get another. If you want to step out for just a second, I got to take one photo. If you want to stare at the target for me. Yes, sir. It'll have to be a full book. Okay, sounds good. Got to let uh Leo know. All right. Yep. Bye. What's a full book? All right. Go ahead and step in. It just basically means that we're going to have to do the full booking portion instead of him putting all the information in. Uh some more work. Yeah. All right. Go ahead and stand still for me. It's going to make some noise. [Music] All right, go ahead and hop out. Yep, you're all good. Oh, I already closed it out. Think about me. I'm trying to get stuff done. All right. You almost on shift? No. No. I got like eight more hours. I work 12 hour shifts. It's not bad at all. All right, we'll head on in. I'll uh you'll be you can put your hands to your side if you want to. You're good. Dispatch 221B then A. And then uh Deputy Frank is going to be the one who's going to be booking you in. as cool as you or do I got to be like No, he's he's pretty cool. He's pretty cool. He's my partner. He does well. All right. So, I'm in good hands, man. Yeah, you're you're in good hands. So, we're going to be the main two jailers tonight that you'll be dealing with. You'll be We'll be the two main jailers that you're dealing with tonight. So, two. Cool. Cool. Oh, the sheriff's here. He's going to be the mad one, right? H be the mad one. No, he's cool. Oh, that the deputy Frank over here is going to be the one who's going to be booking in. All right, go a and take a seat over here on this bench for me, please, sir. I appreciate you being really cooperative and cool with me. Um, he's really cool. He's really cooperative. Um, just those two are close, so just kind of good care of him. Yeah. All right, cool. Sounds good. All right. Thank you for bringing everything. All right. Would you like an iPod while you're here? An iPod? iPod? Yeah. So, um, you have to pay. I It's like, uh, let me see. Yeah. $4 a month. 9 cents a text. Yeah. You make phone calls and stuff like that. There's music on there now. It's pretty crazy. So, what these people know? Would you want an iPod though? I You want it? I could probably get it to you later tonight. Uh you can't use it after lockdown. That's the only kicker, though. No, not yet. Okay. Well, you don't have to pay for it right away. It's free to set up. I think it's just $4 a month. Okay. Okay. Yes. There's one outside. Uh, if you have your own debit cards and stuff, I can enter money here. So, this should be Oh, shoot. Uh, do you have concerns regarding your personal safety while being in jail? Too damn sexy. Said yes. No. Okay. Uh, do you identify under the LGBTI community? That's really your question here. Yes, sir. Do I need special treat if I say yes? I don't know. I don't think so. Say no. Okay. This is our Pria housing. So, it's like where you can end up in John Pop. That's crazy. We'll do a breathalyzer on you real quick. I just got to do one everybody that comes in. Yeah. They got to find out. You ruined it. ADHD. You're good. I'm a bad reader. Bad reader. Reader. Reader. Can't read that. I'm a bad listener. Can you take a deep breath in for me? Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Good. What's that? Zeros. You're good. I knew that mouthwash. Huh? I knew that mouthwash helps. Sh. I don't want to know. Can you just take a seat, please? I know. So long, didn't you? Yeah. All right. Well, you get to stand up. You just stand up and stay in the blocks for me. Yep. Big pose or little pose. No cute face or no. Just hands down by your side. Nothing special. I can do some glamour shots when we're done. Just kidding. Do I get the donkey flipped on it, too? No. Was this 2018 saying Snapchat? Can you actually take a step straight back? Your legs are getting cut off. Keep going. Keep going. That's fine. Perfect. And then you can just stand in that black box again. And then I'll actually turn and face that door. Yeah. You what? I look beefier in this shot. My shoulders up. Yeah. No, dude. Your arms are huge. I'm just kidding. side head shot. Need you to keep looking straight. Sorry, the camera is super slow. All right, new 180 for me. Seriously? Oh, that was pretty funny. I actually haven't had someone to do that before. You're good. Take a seat. All righty. Yeah, I'll have you wash your hands over there. It's totally fine. Not a big deal. Oh, shoot. Oh, that's going to be tough to get out, huh? All right. You know that hurts, right? Just watch your hands right there. So, might actually help. I should burn my fingertips off. Should I what? should have burned my fingertips off. What the That sounds painful, dude. Right. I know. I heard some like some You got something to hide or what? I'm just kidding. I don't want to know. Dude burned off his fingerprints so he couldn't be trapped. Yeah, that's uh Dillinger. Oh, I think that's John Dillinger is what his name was. I don't know. 1900s. Early 1900s. That's crazy. He actually I think he got shot up in north of Manqua somewhere. He's like a huge gang mafia dude. All right, so put your hands out like this for me. Just going to get a bunch of water on there. And you can rub your hands together just to help saturate the prints a little bit. All right. So, I'm going to start with your right four fingers. Actually, those red things like the most important part of the fingerprint. I think it's when it's oversaturated. So there's too much when I press too hard or something. You probably just pick up your finger. I think it's getting dirty. What? Sorry, man. You like to do stuff, man. Yeah, you should be sorry for working on your bike. No, it's honestly fine. I've I've had people with broken fingers and Oh, it hurt like Yeah. people that probably haven't washed their hands in a while. So, it's like dirt and mud caked onto their hands. So, this is nothing. Got gloves on. I'm still using hand sanitizer. What's that? Like, I got gloves on. I'm still using hand sanitizer. Oh, go too far. No. Uh, I went too fast though. Which one? Pinky again. I think I'm going to have to do one more on your other hand as well. Otherwise, we're pretty close. You just have to do like this, this, and the sun on each chain, and then we're done. But our right four fingers, I want to redo again cuz for some reason it kept going. That was dry. Get some water. Let's get into it. Oh, that looks beautiful right there. Yeah. Third time's charm, huh? Right. All right. Okay. So, I'm just going to get water on your whole hand. You rub them together for me. So, these ones are pretty easy. Just like that. So close. This will be the last one. I can override it cuz these look fine. It's normally ideal if it lets me, but might be as good as it's going to get. All nice and toned. You mean sore? Look down. Be like, damn. Still the same size. All that hard work for nothing. You got to get some more protein, right? Protein. Creatine. What else? Oh, no. No. No. Creatine. I think that's cheating. That's not cheating. It's natural. Muscle. That's not it. It builds up your muscle mass and then it did some there. Builds up your muscle mass and then it you can fill into that. Does that make sense? Yeah. So, it's like building your muscle. It's just It is water weight at first. I'll be honest. I like to see growth in myself. Like protein. Well, it is. You know, like creatine's natural. Really? Yeah. Your body produces creatine. So it sucks inhaler. You can pry it over there in the back. You just just It's a powder. So you just put it in your protein shake. It's like 5 g a day or something. It's all you need. So at that point, your your body is producing the creatine. All you're doing is supplementing it. So it's just like taking a protein shake. It's no different. Yeah. I think we're all done. Um, I'm probably going to have to have you sign your property paperwork once I get that all logged. It's just going to take a little bit. Um, otherwise I think we're good. Do you want like a cup of water? Yeah. When you're working out, you're probably want that. What's that? iPod fountains in there. What? You guys got iPods and No, you got you got a um fountain in there. Okay. Um, the iPod I'll have to set up so you don't already have that in there. But if you want that, just ask dayshift tomorrow or if you catch us during a walk or something, right? Just head on over there. You just got to get one last look. Actually, you're right. Right here. Um, I'll go grab your blanket and bed roll and everything like that. All right. Thank you. Uh, it's actually past lockdown, so I'm going to leave your light off. All right. Awesome. Have a good night, man. Thank you. Okay. Dominic was found guilty for vehicle operator fleeing or eluding an officer. He was sentenced to 36 months of probation. His license got revoked for 6 months and he was ordered to pay $538 in fines.
