on November 8th 2023 an officer from the Lancaster Police Department responded to a hotel to the report of a disorderly couple hey what's going on so come around here yeah we have a guess uh at least three times that I can account that uh has been arguing with their partner okay one time they she locked herself in the restroom okay uh staff has thought of let know that uh tonight they were uh in the hallway arguing to the point where we had another guest call and say that they're swearing going around uh what are their names Brandon and I don't know her name but this is multiple occasions uh I spoke with my manager and we just wanted him to be gone okay we will contact blatner in the morning he works for blatner yeah I appreciate it you guys have been out here a couple times this week I really appreciate this um I'm sorry did you guys know their name uh Brandon is the gentleman that uh is the one in the video okay he's also the one on that the room is under okay there are like two other people standing in that room um and we don't have their names but they do work for blatner I don't know if his girlfriend works for bner or not okay has he been doing the majority of the yelling and stuff or okay which one of you guys was the one that I saw I was it the other night so okay so one time tonight and how many times how many other times in what days I mean one time during my shift and then I had during my shift as well they were yelling out here yeah and I had them in the back so kitchen area so we're up to four to four oh better documentated yeah over how many days probably a week two weeks two week period period okay could you guys come up with a list with my little tiny piece of paper of what days they were and approximately what what times okay um what room number are they in 318 318 and you want them out yes please just him or him and his girlfriend or are we kicking the whole room out right now uh as far as the whole room I am unsure of let me make a phone call in which one of you guys called it in I did I'm front office manager what's your first name Troy last name so he comes back hey a question for you I'm here with like Police Department uh do you want the whole hey can you have someone float over this way 10:40 it's going to be at 10:16 um this happened multiple days he's like cornering her against the wall and yelling at her and stuff so I'm just having a little discussion but it's nothing like serious it was just that we were talking in the hallway and this customer the from 318 313 came out and he started saying that about NS complaint and we just thought him like okay we'll like go back to the room or whatever what talking out somewhere else but like you can please be more respectful and that's all I told him and and that's when he started telling me Oh okay I don't know what so I was just like like hey I'm not telling you anything I'm just telling you like you can be more respectful like we'll literally get out your way like I'm sorry but like we'll get out your way and that's all we did like we we came out like you can even call my girlfriend out here and you can tell her like it really isn't anything any big deal like what were you guys fighting about uh we were fighting about something that she told me about and his sister about the password changes stuff like that that's what we were fighting about what were you fighting about a couple days ago a couple days ago you guys have had multiple fights when you're here and then we not really like a couple days ago the fights that we had we F we had them in here and it wasn't a noise complain or anything like that well there's been some fights down in the lobby down the Halls there's been like four documented fights within the past two weeks documented fights where I've been outside waiting for her to come out the restroom just I can see you guys on that's the only time that we've been down there um in the lobby where I've been waiting for her in the restroom okay you can even ask her like she's literally right here right now no I know I'll I'll be talking to her okay why are you not pushing her up against the wall but trapping her against the wall and yelling at her trapping her against the wall why I wasn't really being any aggressive and but you were your body language you were well B language mhm well yeah but I would never like do anything to HT her or anything like that you might not lay your hands on her but you're TR her against the wall to make it seem like she's not allowed to go anywhere no right she she is free to go anywhere she right but you doing that makes it seem like she's not okay well if you want you can speak to her and no I'm going to don't worry but is there any reason why you guys keep fighting or causing disturbances well it's just like a little disagreements here and but it's not nothing like really major where I'm going to do anything to her or anything like that well if they're not very major then why are you backing her up up against the wall like that or having people worried about her safety cuz you're yelling at her so loud I'm sorry it's cuz my voice automatically is loud no it's not you're like whispering to me right now well I'm whispering right now I'm trying to keep it loud but when I'm like agitated or something I like my voice when I speak like when I'm like outside and work or something like my voice is originally loud so right now I'm trying to keep it low but what do you do for work huh what do you do for work okay for blatner yeah what's your birthday didn't think about the camera so I said down um 51630 1022 I don't know like it was just I don't know like I started crying cuz like he I didn't like the way he was on me or whatever like I don't know but he's a really nice guy but it's like you know when a couple aru or whatever it's right but he was I mean he was with his body language he was pushing you up against the wall did you feel like you had anywhere you could go or oh yeah no he wasn't touching me like no he wasn't touching you but no he was touching me but he wasn't you know agressive or anything but you know it was just I I said I I didn't even think about that honestly okay um but I was crying cuz my feeding and stuff has he ever hit you huh has he ever hit you oh no never never I promise you that he's never um yeah okay um there's been four documented arguments on camera over the past two weeks two weeks so this has been going on for a long time and we literally been here for Less like well not last TW but yeah like okay well that's a lot of arguing and I'm not I don't I don't care how much you guys argue I know that the the guy downstairs was like oh that I hide myself in the restroom or whatever is that we've been leaving L and you know so I don't like being here like with him and stuff so I go downstairs but that's the only reason yeah that's it there's a lot of people here that are concerned for your safety um well we have friends here and right but I mean just other people staying in rooms the front desk because they have your guys's arguments on camera oh oh we're sorry about that but there's nothing like aggressive or anything you we just talk about like our feelings and stuff and I know it may seem like oh damn but like he's never hit me he's never you know but yeah I know like the hotel manager doesn't want him to stay here anymore so we have to leave tonight or yeah they don't want him to be here I don't know they don't really care where you go or your friends go but they don't want him here tonight okay because he's causing a disturbance oh okay no I totally understand okay cuz yeah any can go a different [Music] Hotel does you have a friend he could stay here within town or I've got to stay with you until you do cuz I've got to make sure you leave but you have to be in here to to we pick stuff up or you can just wait outside no I have to stay with you guys how long you worked for blatner for huh I've been working for like what four months months 3 months four months yeah about that I'll stand by the door I'll hold it [Music] open I already when are you going back to Texas or back to your actual house well actually we live in like in two weeks so that's cuz the work is about to finish here so yeah so friend money I could be referring criminal charges for you okay I'm not going to do that I'm just going to write you a ticket instead a ticket okay like a citation it's only going to be it's going to be like a couple hundred dollar instead of criminal charges it'll be on your record for forever why would it like so I'm cutting you a huge break I want you to know that okay okay I'm cutting you a huge break I could I'm not really from around here so no no I know but I want you to know cuz I could arrest you or I could send charges over to the district attorney and that could be on your record for forever or I could write you a ticket so that's what I'm going to do that's the least the least detrimental thing that I could do for you today okay you're being cooperative so I'm just going to have you leave and write you a ticket so finish getting your stuff I'll meet you downstairs okay I'm going to go write your ticket and then we should be good okay thank you all right how long do you think it'll be downstairs how many do you think it's going to be for the ticket is cuz um I think it's like $250 I'm pretty sure don't quote me on that I can tell you once I once I write it I don't want to tell you something that I end up lying to you or something okay okay how long do you think you're going to be well not not really that long we're just going to get whatever we have it here and then just dip cuz it should be like like 10 minutes at
