on September 7th 2023 an officer from The monoman Falls Police Department observed a suspect charging his vehicle at International Autos at 2:30 a.m. back in July while charging his car late at night this same suspect was arrested for a drug and warrant offenses the officer noting this prior incident contacted the suspect who was found to have a valid arrest warrant he knows it now mm hey Brent how's it going today not too bad you not bad just charging your car again yeah you skipped Court I did mhm yeah you can come on out for me [ __ ] man so [ __ ] man I mean I I wouldn't say that you just got to make sure you make it to your court dates I really am man I mean you missed one yesterday and you missed one like a couple weeks ago my car won't even make it out there what do you mean your car won't make it out there like dude you don't have enough like juice for [Music] it all right well we're going to have to have you step out of the car okay Brent [ __ ] man falls 315 can you confirm the 99 all right we'll just step back here you got anything on you no no weapons anything that what about lighters or pocket knives no no you I just patch you down real quick all right go ahead face that way ID phone what' you do with your keys they're still in the car okay so it's kind of like the same thing as last time we just got to wait for them to confirm the warrant and then we'll do what we need to do all right so you said your car won't make it out there why is that does it not pull the charge anymore or anything it's like 40 miles but as soon as I go on the freeway it goes like every quarter drops mile you still living at the same place no I'm living in my car right now so you're not not on on Main Street and now they're going to to my car again $600 to get it out last time so BR we're just going to put you in handcuffs and T you for for now all right you said the keys are inside of it yeah all right grab those you got a wallet in there an ID or anything it's in his pocket okay how's that good that's good how old is this car 2016 and you only get 40 mil per charge yeah that's kind of that's not that good is that like a defect with it or how much there a battery don't know have you talked to the people here check it out or not there's nothing they can really do you still working yeah same place or three cops here for this yeah well the two of us he's the boss he usually shows up when we got something going down so you just make sure we do what we're supposed to do that's all so BR right now you're just detained um I realized that starting to rain if you want I'll let you sit in in the back of my car we'll keep the door open so you're not under rest right now but if you want to get out of the rain you know what's going to happen I mean we have we have a good chance of knowing what's going to happen but until we get to the goahead we're just waiting so how long does it take to charge the battery 6 hours and you get 40 miles out of it jeez let me bring BR let's go over to my partner's car we have you at least sit down for now there's no point just standing here waiting if things change we obviously change it up for you but something [Applause] yeah so keep the door open do you want pants you want anything else all Brent so the warrant was confirmed so now you're officially under arrest so you want sweatpants from your car do you want your ID where where are the sweatpants so we know what we're grabbing in the back seat somewhere in the back seat you know what color they are you got a bunch of pants in there just or do any swap pants work just said Adidas Adidas are black yeah okay yeah he's got a bunch of H he's got a bunch of uh tin botom driver's seat so substanti Nars related okay he's got a bunch of we got him last time I think he had a pipe get some a bunch of stuff [Applause] yeah this [Applause] all for [Music] go oh okay yeah it's nasty [Applause] really so I mean it's clearly got all the burnt pieces of foil um looks like he's got a con swab that he uses filter is that something here that they would use the charge or no dep of it test or not oh yeah I'll show you sure that's cotton swab see that looks like a rock some sort okay last time he had um in the center Cil was like folded up lot tickets or something I checked I didn't I didn't see any of those yeah yeah there's no other papers so and then then if we can test these clearly that's what he's using to thing is I me you can take whatever you want for evidentiary purposes but what he's doing is he's using that uh the lighten the foil and yeah so whether you get anything off those straws or not I don't know if there's any residue or anything or if it's just smoke um okay that's up to you okay I'm going to leave the straws in take the The Rock Brent can you hear me so I got your passport cuz I don't want to leave that in the car your ID and your your pants all right is it plugged in where it be plugged in into the center console yeah more chares uh it looks like you do have one substance so if it tests then possibly most likely buttin foil it's there's more than just tin foil on it some more there 31512 can you start Ros for a [Music] toe the seat he's got climb in just in case M he when he got out he chucked the key in the back somewhere so it's in there but oh it's dead yeah he knew you didn't see it laying on the floor or nothing need a flap bed then okay they to Wich it up on them I'll give it one more look just to well this now effect the nothing there a black charger right where'd you put your uh keys you threw the keys in the back seat no no where'd they go then I dropped from in the center console I okay I'll double check and maybe they fell between the seat okay the lot tick in the cup holder in the cup holder looks like just a torn off piece is that no there's nothing nothing in there no it is super wet found the key it yep it was wedged in between you wait for us coner yeah I'll hang out here Bing oh you got push B that [Music] [Applause] Dy let's get it up yep yes we did thank you it it did fall down into the crack the suspect was arrested after which the officer observed suspected
