On February 16th, 2024, a deputy from the Clark County Sheriff's Department observed a vehicle traveling 80 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. Deputies got into a pursuit that reached speeds over 130 mph before losing sight of the suspect. Third offense. He was sentenced to 65 days in jail, 5 years of probation, and ordered to pay over $2,300 in fines. Joshua's license also got revoked for 24 months and is required to get an ignition interlock device for another 24 months once he gets his license back. The female passenger was released without any charges.
