I'm supreme sovereign. You're my servant. >> No, no, no. >> Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. That is how that works. So, sir, could you put him under arrest for violating penal code 45.05? >> Last chance to give us your license and registration. >> I'm not resisting. >> I am not resisting. >> Give us a hand. >> Get the FBI. Call the 911. Welcome back to the Vanalian channel, guys. Today we head to New York for another right to travel fail and arrest courtesy of this infamous soft car, who we last saw on this channel turning a simple traffic violation into a circus where he demanded SWAT, called 911, but ultimately got arrested by the supervisor he demanded. Well, today he's back with a repeat performance, but this time he demands the FBI, and it goes about as well as you would expect. Right, let's get into the video. >> Hey, good evening, Officer Mesa, University Police. Reason I stopped you, when you made it right on red over there, there's two signs that said do not make a right on red. I didn't see him. >> But regardless, uh just letting you know I have first amendment immunity from state as well as federal prosecution. I'm also in court in regards to this and I have escalations constitutional challenge all the way up to the attorney general. >> Now, why would someone who claims to have blanket first amendment immunity from state and federal prosecution, whatever that means, need to constitutionally challenge anyone for anything? Yeah, as usual, it doesn't make any sense. Also, for the record, he used the same excuse of not seeing the road signs last time. >> Didn't see the stop sign. So, if I did, it's because I didn't see it. >> So, is this clown purposely getting pulled over just so he can rattle off this nonsense to the police because nobody else in his life will listen to him? Or does he just need a trip to the optitians for an eye test? >> Everything else, you're technically in violation of penal code 55.10. 10.00 135.00 which is unlawfully tension 135.05 uh 135.60 Corion third degree 135.065 coion first degree 13 95.0 official misconduct grounds for impeachment which even the governor can't pardon because again I have supreme sovereignty that's article 2 section two of the United uh New York State Civil Rights Code. >> Okay. Translation: Penal Codes and Civil Rights Codes only apply to me when I think they might be beneficial to me. Yeah, sorry mate. You don't get to pick and choose when laws apply to you. That defense didn't work for you the last time you tried it, and it's not going to work this time because as this officer is about to point out to you, none of what you're claiming is relevant. >> The police power under article 15 section 290. Do you want me to continue or >> No, I don't want you to continue because it's not relevant right now. Right now I have probable cause to stop you because you violated a vehicle and traffic law. >> No, that that's title 18 section 241 conspiracy. >> That's doesn't make a difference. >> Yep. And I have supreme sovereignty. Like I said, I'm recording this. So I'm going to carry on because again, I'm already in court and I already win my court battles. >> Again, how is someone who claims to have immunity from state and federal prosecution still fighting his cases in court? Also, just to clarify, getting a few cases dismissed on a technicality, like the officer failing to attend court isn't a win. Changes nothing about the law and doesn't give you the right to commit further traffic offenses. And it certainly doesn't give you the right to what you call carry on, but what the law defines as unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third degree. >> To get your driver's license, >> no, you don't have that. Again, I'm assert I'm going to assert this principle. I'm going to assert all the laws because obviously you don't know the law. >> Okay. >> So you got title 18 section 241 conspiracy against rights which applies to you too. >> Okay. >> 242 deprivation of rights under the color of law. Right. So you're acting under color of law. >> Right. >> Right. >> 249 >> 249 hate crimes. All three of which are domestic terrorism handled by the FBI. >> Terrorist. >> Yes. >> Oh, really? Okay. >> Yeah. A sovereign citizen threatening to call the FBI on the cops is wild considering the FBI have officially recognized the ideology and rhetoric this guy is spewing as actual domestic terrorism. So with that in mind and because he tied up an emergency line to demand SWAT in this next clip, I'm officially recognizing this guy as the final boss of Karens. >> Next step is I call 911 and I get SWAT here. >> We are SWAT. We are SWAT. So good. >> Unfortunately, right now you're tying up an emergency line for somebody that could be in cardiac arrest or having trouble breathing or having >> Well, they did try to say that I have to step out of the vehicle and they're trying to demand things out of me where they're acting like they have the authority. >> Yep. And I I already have, like I said, I have this filed up all the way to the attorney general. >> Okay. >> So then you have 1201 kidnapping. I mean, unless you say that >> here right now. >> Well, right now you're unlawfully detaining me, right? lawfully detain because this is a traffic stop. >> No, you did you don't probable cause >> you don't have reasonable articulable suspicion is violating a traffic. >> So when it comes to 249 241 >> I'm going to need your driver's license. >> So again sir I am advising you clearly that way I can put this into the court system and everything else. >> I already do that. Trust me I'm already posting online and everything too. >> Yeah. bragging about entering videos into evidence that show you committing crimes is [clears throat] not really the flex you think it is. >> So that said, like I said, because this is going to be recorded and everything, >> okay, >> you're violating my religious freedom. >> Religious freedom. >> Yes. As a Messianic Jew, aka Orthodox Christian, which predates Catholicism. >> Okay. Lesson, but this isn't relevant to this. >> Yeah, it is relevant because you're violating my rights. My rights are relevant. So, you have the right to drive a car on New York State roads without insurance, without registration. >> Well, technically this uh >> Well, actually, I do have a Brady motion to where I'm going to disqualify having to have a license. >> I do have a driver's license, but I'm advising you clearly that way. >> State. >> It's New York State. >> Oh, okay. All right. So he thinks the results of a Brady emotion, which is a legal request made by a defendant in a criminal case to compel the prosecution to turn over exculpatory evidence. I.e. he thinks the government has secret evidence that will result in the abolishment of the licensing scheme, which is hilarious because it tells me he's running out of ideas and pseudo legal theories. He's basically telling on himself. >> Yep. Nope. Cuz right now I'm informing you clearly of all the laws that you're in violation of. >> You're on a traffic stop. >> So I'm already informing you that I have supreme sovereignty under No, no, no, no, no, no. I'm the No, no, no. I'm I'm supreme sovereign. You're my servant. >> No, no, no, >> yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. That is how that works. >> So you're on a traffic stop. >> So you are my servant. You are violating the law and I am informing you of all the laws that you're in violation of. >> Okay? >> Because you are my servant and you will listen. >> Okay. All right. >> Don't interrupt my investigation. You're obstructing justice under 1512. >> Right. That's obstruction of justice under title 18 section 1512. >> Okay. Great. >> Yeah. Right. Says the guy who is actually obstructing governmental operations in the second degree by refusing to hand over his license, registration, and insurance. Next up, the obligatory accusation of treason because that worked out so well the last time a sit tried it. >> YOU KIDDING? >> [screaming] >> OH MY GOD. >> Then you have 2381 treason. 2382 miss prison of treason. 2383 rebellion or insurrection. 2384 sedicious conspiracy. >> Okay. >> Also likewise 485.05 hate crimes because you're attacking me based on my religious principles. My religious principles. >> Actually stopped you because I'm >> no any law. D doesn't make a difference because when it comes to 242 and 241 as well as 249, it says any law. Do you understand English? >> Any law? >> No, it's just any law that he disagrees with or he feels is a burden to him financially. And as we all know and he's about to find out, that's not how it works. Next up, proof that he doesn't understand Marberry versus Madison. So any law that violates the rights of people is automatically null and void of law. That's Marberry vers Madison. I'm asserting my rights. Any single law that violates the rights of the people is automatically null and void of law. That's also that's Marberry vers Madison. Maybe don't understand Supreme Court case law precedence. >> No, I guess I didn't go to >> So you have to have a compelling state interest for me to violate my rights. That's uh American juristprudence unconstitutional acts. I have no obligation to obey an unconstitutional act. This is unconstitutional. >> So, when were traffic laws, specifically the one you're alleged to have committed and the enforcement of them deemed unconstitutional because they conflict with the Constitution? I'll wait because surely you're not stupid enough to think you get to universally declare a law unconstitutional just because you don't agree with it. Or maybe you are. >> We have Article 1, Section One of the New York State Constitution states quite clearly, I can't be deprived of any of my rights. I am asserting my rights. So, if you're going to attack me, I'm going to >> I'm ultimately okay cuz I've already been pulled out of my vehicle and falsely arrested and everything else and I would want >> Why would that have happened? >> Because they didn't want to listen in the same context that you don't want to listen. Yeah, I think this glorious arrest had more to do with the fact that it's you who didn't want to and still to this day refused to listen, which resulted in you spouting the same gubish you're spouting today, refusing to identify and tying up an emergency line over a simple traffic violation. I want face down in the asphalt. >> And I guess what? >> So I think you're the one. >> No, I'm telling you what the my rights are. You're trying to violate the law. And that again, that's void abio. >> Okay. So, anything court order, you can't sign have a judge sign anything. >> 24 come down. >> You can have him come down here. I'm going to give you my license ultimately. I'm going to You're putting me under duress and I'll do that. >> Okay. >> But at the same time, I'm asserting the very principle. >> How about you give me >> No, I I will do that as soon as nope. I didn't D >> you're trying to overt talk me. You're controlling the stop, right? Is that what you're trying to do? >> This is hilarious coming from the guy who has done nothing but try to control the stop by talking over everyone. Every accusation is an admission of guilt with this guy. Anyway, his next tactic is to try to get the officers to arrest each other, which of course goes about as well as you would expect. >> I'm the one that initiated. So sir, could you put him under arrest for violating penal code 45.05? >> You're just prolonging this. >> So making it more difficult. >> You're making it more difficult because you don't want to listen. I have supreme sovereignty. That's article 2, section two of the New York State Civil Rights Code. Supreme sovereignty in the people. No authority under any pretense whatsoever can be exercised over the citizens of the state without paraphrasing last part consent of the people. So without my consent and you don't have any implied consent, you don't have the authority. You're coercing me. That's penal code 135.60 and then 135.65 to give out my rights under the pretense that you have the authority. >> I'm not subject to any of your laws, but here's a list of your laws that provide protection for me. Yeah, sorry mate. That's not how it works. >> You're in violation of the Fourth Amendment as well, right? I'm not securing my persons and my property. Article 1, section one of the New York State Constitution states quite clearly I can't be deprived of any of my rights without a jury. my peers. Right? Then you have article 1, section three of the New York State Constitution. When it comes to religious freedom that can't be discriminated against, you're discriminating against me. >> Why is that? >> Because you're attacking me on my religious principles. >> I didn't know who. >> Well, it doesn't make a difference. I'm telling you right now, and you're trying to make unlawful commands against me, trying to force me to do things against my will, which is again, that's unlawful detention. But well, you're not enforcing law if you're busy breaking the law. Do you understand that concept? That's I >> Are you familiar with the amendment that gives each state the right to enact and enforce traffic laws? Clearly not. >> Are you familiar with the >> Are you Are you familiar with the constitutions of the United States of America? Are you >> Yeah, but again, you're in violation of a multitude of laws. Again, I'm documenting it. Or do you just want to keep reiterating because you're making it more difficult? give you a chance to give you >> So, I'm giving you a chance to do your job. >> You're going to have to come out no matter what. Whe >> I'm not going to do at the moment. I'm not going to get out of the car because I'm filming this and I'm not done telling you everything. I'm going to tell you >> so that we can get on with this. Okay. >> All right. So, let me finish what I'm saying. I got to >> need that water. >> All right. So then you have article 15 section 290 of the executive code written by the legislature that says it's police power to protect the rights of the people for the public health, safety, welfare and order. >> You have no victim. And again, I have a Brady list Brady motion. I can show you videos if you wanted me to to where I'm going to win the court case and I'm going to fire the judge. I'm having him recused for the exact same principle. So you can't hide behind the judge cuz I can fire them. >> Okay. So, how many judges have you, the guy who should never need to attend court again because he's immune from the law, recused or had fired? Because I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess not one judge is being recused or fired as a result of your actions because you're living in Cloud Cuckoo Land. >> Right. >> That's uh David O' Conor out of village of Corwe, New York, >> right? because that's a motion to recuse because if you put bias on the record, which he did, that's grounds for his fire me >> fire me. >> So that again, that's 195.00 your >> official misconduct grounds for impeachment. That's you're depriving me of my benefits for your own benefit. >> That applies to the judge, too. >> Last chance to give us your license and registration. >> So I don't have a registration because again, it's a rental vehicle. But again, I'm asserting all of the principles. I'm It might be in the glove box, but give me a moment because again, if you keep interrupting me, it's only going to prolong it >> cuz you're putting me under duress, which is >> I'm going to arrest you for obstruction. >> You're obstructing Justin. You're That's 195.00, right? You're unlawfully You're obstructing your own justice. Okay. >> But nevertheless, I'll come out of the vehicle and I'll give you the my license. >> Okay. >> And what have you. I guess this image of the supervisor he demanded launching himself across the passenger seat to arrest him is still a bit raw. Hence why this time he volunteers to step out of the vehicle. That's not to say this arrest goes well for him. Of course. >> Why don't you stay in the vehicle? Give me your license. >> You wanted to do a fair stop and you want to force me out. >> I give you my license. >> All right. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Face the vehicle, man. Face the vehicle, man. the vehicle. >> Face the vehicle. >> I'm giving you my license. >> You're not giving anything right now. You're going to cuss right now. Okay. >> You're going on the ground. Hold on. >> I am not resisting. I'm giving you my license, >> dude. Seriously. >> You should have done this from the start. >> I am [ __ ] moving. >> I'm not resisting. >> Stop fighting now. >> I'm not fighting. I'm not >> resisting. >> I am not resisting. >> Give us a hand. Oh my god. Seriously? >> Yeah. Seriously? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I told you you're obstructing justice 195.05 yourself. This is kidnapping right now, which is title 18 section 1201. >> Sorry, mate. The law and reality disagrees with everything you've just said, but please don't let that stop you. >> Get the FBI. Call the 911. >> I am not obstructing because I told you directly I was going to get out of the car. >> No, I did not. I did not violate my religious principle. My on the ground. Someone pick him up. All right. Someone has his wallet. >> Okay. >> You can you can probably seize the phone rather. He's been recording you. >> We'll take the phone, too. >> So, there we are, guys. is another source with delusions of grandeur turns what could have been a simple warning into obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and resisting arrest.
