on September 18th 2023 an officer from the sock Prairie Police Department stopped a vehicle for [Music] speeding that's how you get out of your car on traffic stock you don't just get out of your car step back in hi there offic m sock PR PD hi reason for the Stop was originally your speed on Washington a you also have no registration lights registration lights license plate lamp lights see when your car is running and then drive you have a license plate in the back and has to have two lights on it okay and they're both out but it also appeared you doing well in excess of the speed limit on Washington a um it's 25 and you probably doing 35 or 40 did you clock me I did not so it was just like a guesstimation correct but I can tell you were doing well over 25 and you knew that too because you also hit your brakes so yeah driver's license proof insurance registration I don't have well there's two of you isn't there there's two of you here isn't there I live here that's fair okay cool I then it would be a refusal I mean you're already revoked but it would be a refusal I know but so when I if I refuse what does that mean well it would be a refusal which would be an ow or if I get over 02 it's an a second OWI okay I me asking you want me to be honest with you R now absolutely you're pretty much underr for o either way you are underr for ow because being on an O2 restriction the clues I do have would suggest you're over an O2 okay being an O2 is very little and I had four out of six Clues on the first test one out of eight on the second but the first test alone tells me that you're over more than likely over an o02 the OD of intoxicant isn't helping you so if I refuse and it's a refusal then what so if you refuse everything it's a refusal you will be revoked again and it's a refusal o so then you would be revoked automatically again do you take me to the hospital do you draw me blood what it' be a blood draw y depending on how Cooperative you are I've been nothing
