on January 16th 2023 an officer from the Shorewood Police Department attempted to contact a vehicle's owner for being illegally parked in the road when the driver came back to his vehicle he quickly hopped in his vehicle and evaded the officer [Applause] 928 dispatch I have a car taken off from me it just went West found on to Providence and now went southbound to Bartlett where you at 3400 black
