on February 3rd 2023 officers from the kakana police department responded to the report of a Man attacking patrons at a local bar in trouble what's going on nothing at all nothing at all no I'm having a person come and grab me and that's it so here at hi there hi it's been pretty rough he's pushing girls down he's you did push Lori down I watched you do it I will pull my cameras right now okay so what I think he just needs a ride I think we can end it with that you're not giving him our R I was going to say he what's your wishes I want him out of here that's my main thing I don't want him here anymore there's too much drama going on I am leaving I think the fair thing is he can't drive that's so who's pick uh I am walking to the end of that road over there way see hey how's it going 911 of him police car express my experience because she is totally lying because uh I was totally good and she left or until and then all of a sudden I I couldn't leave until she was here after they with you over by the slot machines you were trying to encourage him to leave as the bartender asked him when he pushed you so there was no other argument between you guys and him you were just trying to assist him out just assist him out and he said who the [ __ ] are you [ __ ] you I'm like bartender asked you to leave and he kind of shoved me okay was he saying anything else to you Lori during that time or so you were just trying to help get him to leave okay um so you said definitely caused you you're fearful for your safety but you weren't necessar caused any pain you didn't feel pleasant but you wer necessarily scared okay um I'm want to bring back two statements um and if you guys just want to kind of we don't have to go into immense detail but just basic that a guy in the bar that you pointed out to police um you know was causing issues cing people to and leave you guys encouraged them and then what happened to you you want to mention if you saw her get pushed to and vice versa somebody stepped in between him and I but after you know and it it just it just he wouldn't go he kept going and and they kept working him closer and closer to the door but he would not leave he ended up falling down the steps at one point or whatever but he's and then did you see him push ping cam yes okay um if I could just get a statement for you kind of just a brief you don't need to go into all the details but that you know he was causing arguments with people in the bar and then and that you had seen him push two different females um during that time and he just wouldn't leave even
