on March 18th 2024 a deputy from the chipa county sheriff's department responded to a report from a woman at a bar she stated that an unknown individual shoved her to the ground and rubbed her face in the gravel as she was leaving right there okay uh uh sue sue I'm Jason I'm with the Sheriff's Office you able to kind of tell me what happened I walked out of the liner stopped in there see some friends I had a drink or two M walked out and somebody got me from behind I don't I was par way over on this side and okay I don't know okay they shove you or yes yeah they pushed me and then they rubbed my head in the thing and they were gone by the time I got up okay could you tell what they were wearing no I didn't even see them okay all right you you don't know if they were in the bar previously or no I don't know nothing okay all right um and looks like obviously you got the injuries to your nose anywhere else are you hurt your hands my chin my lip my nose she went upstairs and changed yeah because it was all blood and I I I went up and I took my jacket off and I took my and I try to clean up as best I could before I come in here sure okay all right um and it was it you said it was more towards like I know I think Shay's got like campers towards uh that okay East West I don't know that side okay right by the road coming in yeah yeah well to the West no I was way over yeah because then I always take off out of there and then I get right on the highway and come okay all right you have any problems inside the bar when you were there no not inside that no okay no we were all having a good time and like I said I stopped in for one or two and left and I was walking out and somebody got me from behind and I didn't see him coming I was almost to my truck and okay all right who was with you in the bar or who were you visiting Mike and but they were still in the bar when okay have you talked to them since this no no I haven't talked to anybody until I went up and come back here okay all right are you looking to pursue criminal charges well if I know who it was right it's silly question but we got to ask um did H did the EMS staff say if your nose is broke them or they didn't say not and they they told me I should go to hospital there was no injury in the back of my head all in front okay all right so what time did this happen about 4:15 okay okay all right yeah you we got a second sh coming up okay you didn't take photos did you I didn't do anything okay all right I'm going to get some photos of you quick and then I'm going to I'll talk with Shay see if and Dusty and Al um Jeremy janky was here but he left after her was there any problems at the none n absolutely none did she say was it a man she doesn't even know who she doesn't know if it was a guy or a girl no said she wasted or what no she had two drinks the entire time no three the entire time and she was here for a couple hours okay um she came she comes from Walmart every day or every Monday she goes shopping for her bar and they stop here and have a couple drinks and then she goes home okay oh my God no super weird yeah that's why I was wondering I like well wasn't sure on the cameras I'm like well if there are outside cameras thought it that'd be great cuz she had no clue um so shoved her down and rubbed her face in the dirt yep and I don't see any blood but did you know where she parked no you talked to her physically in person and she scuffed up oh yeah really yeah oh she wouldn't lie she's not that kind of person super so Mike parked right here Mike and Brenda I don't know where she parked and she made it sound like she was parked over here yeah because they she picks up groceries for them and gives them to that's why they meet here cuz she does shopping for them as well okay um no I didn't know anything no why wouldn't she come back in and tell me well that's what I'm saying like why wouldn't she come back in and say something to me CU I would have right it's a little weird I'm not no but she's not she's not one of those people she wasn't shitfaced or drunk even so that's weird that she would say that broken beer bottle yeah it looks like it uh what's stayed longer so no I don't I I have no idea and then I had um Cedric and his wife and the three women and his brother inla she don't even know what the person looks like like never even know nothing they came right behind her and just shoved her down and did they rob her did they just shoved her down and rubbed her right no sense it doesn't make any sense I don't I know so and yeah I I have no idea she's at Twilight when I talked to her so oh my god well I hope she's all right but yeah I think she'll be fine nothing that I even knew about there was no noise there was no nothing and I'm believe me I'm glad it's clits if you pull in here I'm watching where you're parking right um but no I didn't know anything of of it and there was nobody that was different that was out of the ordinary here and you know how I am I call you over everything that would be something that would happen at like 2:00 in the morning with people that I don't know right exactly so yeah I have no idea and even then it's bizarre like there would be something leading up to it like people don't just right and she yeah she even told me there was no issues at the bar none none everybody was having a good time there was no one here that would do that right there was wasn't even anyone knew you know it was all regulars okay I'm sorry I wish I could no no you're fine it's definitely weird I mean I think me and the Stanley offic are a little bit skeptical to say at least but we got to be skeptical with our job for everything no you have to be but I mean she's not the type that would lie right she she just isn't um but at the same time I nothing was out of the ordinary okay is this some that's mine oh so you've been here for a while I've been here since uh like 1 115 okay yeah I don't see blood and kind of given how banged up her nose was I mean there definitely be Blood on the ground so whether or not she's just feeling me full of smoke she called you she called Stanley PD and then they wouldn't I I don't know exactly how it all went down sounds to me like she got thumped at home and needed to blame it on somebody at the end of it changed her mind about getting somebody in trouble and then said that it happened here it very well could so like I said this is I mean why wouldn't she come back in though Brenda and Mike stayed a good time after she left and I mean why wouldn't you come if someone just did that why wouldn't you come back in the bar and say something whatever happened her cuz I would have ran out and I would have made sure the police were called I got a license plate or something right um and but and her friends were here so why wouldn't you come back in as I would unless it didn't happen here and that's what I'm saying that's shady I well I'll let you guys be I'm just going to walk a little bit further down just make sure there's no blood but like I'm not seeing anything no and do you know if their cameras cover all the way over here I do get a yeah I'll give you than you bet so if you hear anything Trey just give me a sh so in the meantime I could check with that I'm pretty sure that that DVR box is disconnected if it ain't then I'll call you and get I don't even know how to extract [ __ ] off it but you guys if it's possible you'd be able to do it yeah we should be able to we mess around with enough of them figure it out yeah yeah so just one of those things I bought a refurbished one and I didn't know how to had a bunch of passwords and [ __ ] and it didn't work right away so I said [ __ ] it and then I put a bunch of different cameras on the inside that do work okay but that one's never actually I don't tell people that but that one right yeah and I thought that the outside wasn't operation the last time I was here for something but like I'll double check CU that time if I don't then every once in a while it's happened like two three times I got frustrated I plug it in try for about 15 minutes to see if I can make it work and it's the same end result everything lights up but uh I don't even I don't know how to extract the images or the video off of it but and I don't if it is plugged in you know and like lit up and [ __ ] then I'll give a I get a hold of you perfect and then you can have that and then that would pretty much solve the case yeah it mean they'd be right there so all right thanks Shay yeah so okay I got it on camera um I will send you I'm not give you the whole thing but I can send you what I have and you can see it and I do have her truck pulling in it's a gray it's a brown Dodge theota it's got a flag sticking all this one she got out of went into the bar so I can send you all that stuff but yeah if you could or um would one second sorry got a super excited puppy to start his day so I know all themin oh okay um yeah yeah um would it be easier if I just had someone meet you and just take a video of it or are you able like to text it whichever works out for you either way um yeah I guess if you want to try texting it to me um see if it'll go that way um I should just need her tripping over um she just she has that uh and you could you could plainly see she just totally missed the thing and then right I'll send you everything you can see if it'll work and then uh I'm assuming once you talk to her again yeah and uh just tell her you know I was I felt terrible cuz I know who the girl is I'm like well she got jumped I'm definitely going to look and find this and then I'll s on that like two hours wasted of my time oh exactly exactly so cuz yeah actually she got there at 38 okay um and left at 525 okay she fell at 5 almost 26 and then got to her vehicle so she wasn't down on the ground long she got to her vehicle at 8 so well that's kind of what I was thinking cuz I talked with Shay and then um the bartender um and they're like were they were shocked to hear of what happened and the blood that was located on the ground wasn't really consistent with getting her face rubbed in the dirt and stuff like that so so she clearly was lying about it so yeah I will uh I will send you that right away and then let me know if that works and fell okay so um as of right now you're going to be getting a citation for resisting obstructing it'll be an ordinance citation that'll come in the mail okay okay so all right thank you that I
