care of the payment by Sunday I I I don't want any of the items here I'm guessing they're going to trespass you as well that'd be my guess they're going to make sure you can't enter this Walmart property or any other one and if you are seeing there then you will be cided or arrested okay um and then also like I said depending on the amount will depend on whether you're getting a ticket or whether you're going to jail that's what I will say it's entirely up on the amount we have certain amounts where they The District Attorneys Office likes us to make arrest and there's other amounts that they prefer us to issue citations I'm not going to tell you which way that will go because I I need to see the total amount first or a very near uh number to the total amount and then I will be able to to give you a disposition okay I I understand that you're maybe in a tough time in your life um a lot of things going on but that also doesn't excuse people to break the law okay and I and I I'm not making light of your situation at all I just want you to understand that regardless um we still can't have things like this happen okay I understand that I I I know it doesn't excuse it m so like I said we'll we'll wait for him to get an amount here and then um we'll I'll advise you what the disposition will be [Music] okay you want to open this door really quick uh Harmony come with that yeah Tres paperwork whenever trespass paperwork whenever you're ready 488 you go with the sub total right before so this is a notice of trespass Lory um stting that after after you signed today that you would no longer be permitted on any Walmart property and the whole United United States they do share a pretty um significant system with other Walmart so they do a pretty good job of keeping track who's who and when they shouldn't be there so I wouldn't recommend you know trying to sneak over to Platville or to be like I said they have a pretty good system of who shouldn't be in the store so if you're found then um that law enforcement agency will either deal with it via arrest or citation okay and that's not something they normally do warnings on that's a it's it's a done deal thank you that's I um the stuff that being the paper we're just going to hang on to and then chance to F stuff so then that's all P that's all I got all right so as far as my disposition um with the previous theft I am inclined to want to take you to jail because I guess something I guess didn't click between the first offense and the second offense however um I'm choosing to be very generous and issue you a citation okay now that also means you're going to get citation so you're going to have the cost of the citation okay you're also going to be responsible or wait no I guess you can leave the store so there's no institution right she paid for the item she's keeping yeah so we covered everything all right so it's just the cost of the the ticket then okay so that's going to be mailed to you so do you understand I guess everything that's transpiring today and where we're going forward so you understand you're no longer allowed at any Walmart store in the United States correct okay and you understand what will happen if you show up and you also understand that if you continue to steal you'll more than likely be arrested and that's any sort not just Walmart I guess I I want that to be known okay um your family is here outside okay you are free to leave to go back with them um after today's date again you're no longer welcome on Walmart property okay your ticket will be in the mail and then you'll have your there'll be a court date on there if you wish to contest the ticket okay um instructions on the bottom the ticket will explain how to do so or if you wish to pay it
