hand that's my sister I don't know what she live at like that that's why I went that way I came back came this way I said bro that's why youed to cut on the GPS that's exactly what it what happened so I'm going to cut your brakes where I can but your license suspended to you you know that no I'm dealing with a lot I got therapy a baby I'm I'm I'm running everywhere my mind is everywhere that's why I don't even I just come from therapy and go home I haven't put my dealer my dealer PL been on there for a while I haven't got stopped nothing it's connected to my plat I never got pulled over at all this is my first second time out here I told her I don't come what caught my attention is you guys pulled off initially and then I saw the same lights in my rear I seen you when you were sitting right there with your lights off I said they go to police right there yeah and then I saw you guys behind me pull off into some driveway but you said you were lost the wrong turn yeah because we don't got the GPS so I'm telling you the truth we don't got the GPS on okay I'm not lying to you I you smoke marijuana in the car no he don't smoke he can't smoke oh why can't he smoke he just can't smoke he's on papers he can't smoke you think that black and nobody ever smoke I'm telling the truth that's my little brother I'm making sure he out of trou you guys are brothers yeah that's my little brother I'm making sure he out of trouble okay I'm dropping him off I'm going where where I got to go I don't even want to leave I'm going Park here now and stay here for the rest of the night and T got therapy at 8:00 in the morning and drive all the way on South p on Bay View okay and you said you bought the car in Don Jacobs Don Jacobs 27 how long ago I had my I had this truck for since March okay March about April cuz I got into a car accident March 17th so around April I bought this truck okay I had a 2019 camera that's what probably coming up in y'all system no so when I ran you I don't see like all your past cars and stuff I just saw you were arrested for the firearm stuff a little while ago yeah I beat all that cuz I didn't I didn't do that I'm I'm not it's just that when people are reaching around and stuff I just don't like that plus no then I seen it I seen it it was that water bottle stuck by when I P it back up like your windows are tinted you know so and it's dark I can't I can't see that I just don't want to see something bad happen to you or me no I ain't cuz I've been shot at on traffic stops before and I just don't want that to unfold all right I ain't trying to get shot at on traffic I don't want that to happen to any of us so that's why we're doing it this way I'm being TR no no I'm put the plates on when I find I think the placeat either in my car or is they at home cuz I got all my physical therapy all my paperwork and everything I was just sitting on my bed and he told me cuz you drop me off I'm like yeah I can drop you off I just came all from the southide okay so where are you guys coming from right now the South Side what were you guys doing over there that's when my we coming from my mama house first cuz she needed a jump and I got the battery pack and I gave her a jump and then we came went to my house chill for a minute then we came over here okay nothing else nothing extra my mama car went bad I gave it a junk drop him off and I going to go home okay I was going to get my baby I'm not even going get my baby it's too much for me yeah I got you so there's nothing illegal in the car nothing okay does anybody else drive the car but you but me nobody else drive my car okay and how long is your is your brother ridden in the car in the past or just tonight just tonight being Tru for you I know it's just I got to sort some things out you know like I said man I'll cut your brakes where I can but at the end of the day I still got to kind a job I got to do you know so just hang on over here you keep saying you going to cut me a break then you saying you going to I know but right now you're detained I'm detained yeah for what so like I said man I can smell marijuana and I saw a top of a digital you not crazy bro I did you just said that you just you never said I was detain you never didn't say that no for what like I said man for marij marijana and the digital you never said I'm telling you right now s so so who going to take my car like I said listen you understand what it means to be detained that means right now you're not free to go I'm going to handle my investigation and how that depending on how that goes then we'll handle that okay it doesn't mean you're under arrest okay as long as you're Cooperative while you're detained I won't put you in handcuffs okay but if you aren't Cooperative I'll put you in handcuffs all right does that make sense what you keep saying L listen a lot of people think once the handcuffs are on they're under arrest it means you're detained you're not free to go all right so I'm going to right now we're freezing this we're going to handle the investigation and then depending on that goes and it'll be good to go is there anything in the car no okay and I once I confirm that then you'll I'm not giving you permission to search I don't need your permission how cuz I just told you I can spell marijuana on your person you don't l could you smell marijuana on me and it's not no [ __ ] marijuana on me at all I was smoking a Black and mouth it's nothing on me that that got to do with marijuana scale okay I saw the top of a digital scale you saying now you saying digital scale now you saying man I told you that before it's no no no I told you he remember he said he said he said when I first pulled up on me he said he seen a digital skill then he said he see he smell marijuana on me how is no marijuana we smoking a Black and mouth how and then he saying I'm not being detained he's saying cuz I'm not letting him search my car that's what's going to make him detain listen that's not why you're detained well if you don't spell marijuana he don't have the right to search your he's saying it's marijuana on me but it's n on me it's nothing on me at all I he just po me up to the car and be all type of [ __ ] man that [ __ ] I'm not going to argue the law with you right now are you an attorney are you an attorney attorning for what exactly okay we can handle the logistics of this in court if you want I'm not I'm not going to argue with you about it right now crazy I'm not even doing nothing at all I didn't I made a wrong turn and now you saying I did something I sto you because you don't have plates on the car I'm trying to give you my plates you said you said something else doesn't change the validity of the stop you don't have license plates on your vehicle right now I never had they never switched it over like the placeat could be at home place could be some else stop you and investigate that and you have a headlight on how it's no head you can see perfectly where the hell did you please something going to head like that I will when we're done I will when we're done just just just stay right back here there listen man I will show you when we're done I saw your car in my rear view of twice you don't have you have a headlight on where what I will show you when we're done all right no [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] huh I should never even came H granny grave I should never on my sister bro I knew [ __ ] my right out the gate I knew that sh was going to be some [ __ ] bro when you pull me over I knew it was some [ __ ] right off that you trying to make me do I don't even smoke weed at all in my car and you trying to tell me that I'm smoking you smell weed on me but here check me you you check me plenty times that [ __ ] don't even make sense boss that [ __ ] that sound like some [ __ ] all the way around if you want to argue the logistics of it court is the place to do that okay I'm just I'm just telling you what what I have right now all right so if you want to argue that where's the time to do that all right but it's not though any this should is TR well we'll sort it out and then we'll move on all right if if it's just plates in there that's it's not the end of the world all right I'm not I'm me personally huh me personally I ain't do nothing wrong I don't did the passenger do something wrong no what did he do well I'm just asking cuz you said I didn't do anything wrong personally do not even that's why I'm asking you watch okay that's why I'm asking you all right what's happen ma'am can you just stay back there please I'm staying with so can know so back well I think you know what's happening based on your phone call huh I think you know what's happening based on your phone call I'm saying like you I car tonight your headlights out and your license plate AR on so if you want to contest it you can contest it in court I'm not going to argue with it about it anymore tonight okay I'm going to sort this out we'll get this done but I have two valid reasons to stop your car so stop arguing about it it's getting old are we done with it yeah we do okay done all right hang on with him do you are you
