man was sentenced on Monday December 23rd to 6 years in prison for tax evasion and forcibly retaking a house and land that had been seized under court order to pay his outstanding tax debt cromar formerly of Cedar Hills Utah owned a home in Cedar Hills and operated Blue Moon Productions LLC a Freel film and media production company from 1999 through 2005 cromar did not file any federal income tax returns or pay any tax in 2005 the IRS conducted an audit and assessed him with more than $700,000 in taxes interest and penalties for more than a decade thereafter cromar did not make any payments towards his outstanding debt and took steps to obstruct the irs's ability to collect his delinquent taxes in 2019 a federal judge ordered that cromar home be sold at auction to satisfy his tax obligations which by then had ballooned to over $1 million owed cromar then attempted to stop the sale by filing false documents on the property's title and with the IRS including a false promisory note he also attempted to intimidate potential purchasers of the home and harassed IRS Personnel by filing frivolous lawsuits against them personally shortly before the sale closed cromar broke into the home and attempted to reclaim it with the help of others he occupied the home unlawfully for 5 months fortifying it with Firearms sandbags and wooden boards tactically placed throughout the house according to the Utah County Sheriff's Office Paul Kenneth and Barbara Anne cromar were evicted from the home they formerly owned and arrested on felony charges a third person Tyson Neil Holio was arrested for trying to illegally enter the same home ultimately the FBI assisted in locating and apprehending cromar who had been a fugitive from Justice in a related Utah State Court you can go upstairs and stuff right yeah like he turned off on the back for on again you want to pass that up to them they think the building's empty the back CM just 1014 that back porch light on the deck keeps going on and off just 1014 I can't we can't tell from here we just want to give you the heads up so it is a motion light I think so he thinks the flag keeps heading off that works CPM you just can't tell from me CP from we just cannot tell from here [Applause] your columns working you got no colums no colums so we got your R go ahead how about now hey put the one on the deck down put it down in the Rocks okay just put them both on the door yeah just down low on the door just one of them you can shut the other one off all right is that better hey uh I'm not sure we're get about the front porch what do the Sierra units want the light on there's a lot of trees I just can't get through they're yapping constantly yeah yeah yeah I guess you can kill those lights for now kill those lights for now hey kill the lights all of them the spotlights kill them for I for e some m i Am Z team mem you guys tring yeah light it up light the house back up messages to come help someone walked up on her stick my foot yeah so just so someone just guy walked upon Alpha in the dark said he got a text that they sent out to come help so all right okay keep those low though so they don't get in the way of the Sierra those lights what's that just just keep those spots lights low okay but just kind of keep them roaming over there but just keep them low all right got it that way it's not in Sierra's way see a vehicle approaching you have anybody in the backyard over here there is leave on the Hey Joe yeah can you take a spotlight to the right side just low scan around to your side just scan around and make sure we got nobody wandering up and you just keep your head on a swivel through here okay it's [Applause] [Music] I there's a vehicle down there getting out they have lights so they sent kind of an SOS out and they just have no idea who they got you might actually show up these guys like Sovereign citizen yeah kind of constitutionalist so what happened yeah so the story did you get the brief uh uh no I heard about one of the training had they kind of talked about it they got the bag robots got the bag okay just keep your ey eyes on hey leave that light there Joe all right that way it keeps those guys from the south kind of a heads up people coming up yeah no there's a car and somebody got out of the car and they they had flashlights but they just could not identify who they were that's coming from the Bearcat so Bearcat was calling that out but Alpha had somebody walked into there Al was on the North so somebody walked into them that they told to leave already but he said no I'm coming back cuz I got a a help from them like a message of we need help so it's kind of where we're at so I guess these guys were evicted and kicked out of here and um they ow a bunch of tax money I I don't remember I didn't get the briefing on it but what I got was pretty much hey this is what we got they got evicted they broke back in and theyve just taking the residence saying this is their place that was bright it was bright I would see if you can get so just squat radio from him for now and use it as 4J okay like your 4J and give radal your radio so he can get it programmed with the SWAT like he just did on so just got saniz radios into swap got it for [Music] going up the stairs right up stairs up door's wide open somebody got out of that second vehicle where there's supposed to be a team coming down two elev it look for e for e what robot there's big big e supposedly there's a roope block down the interception should not be getting for roock officers yeah so you want day shift or I was just barely getting getting out of Department message work out pretty good I know I had to run from L football practice I yell at H up call me that kids are going on I5 what do you me uh supposedly the person you would can't be with over the weekend tested positive for Co oh good so I said call War right now let me [Music] know e they send the robot and they think it's clearer than they send us in second no so what's going to happen is they're going to send the robot in first oh he's grabbing another bag so they're going to send the robot and then what they're going to do is the the team will go right behind the robot robot will clear then the team will kind of the secondaries and go with the robot the robot to e for for [Applause] f for [Applause] why e e so there's a r that element so they're out on foot from the sou just check in area yeah for Hey Hey Joe yeah that trailer that trailer go to that trailer oh is that our guys you got a light mik that one yeah there's a guy behind that trailer in the light I just want to make sure that's our guys was a light on this side too get that light down I just want to see if that's our guys just put the light down put the light down yeah go straight down you see those lights behind it um yeah I'm just making sure that's our guys is it our guys I think it is our guys all right do you see those guys I saw the lights so to confirm the trailer has our guys huh to confirm that trailer to the right behind us has our guys I haven't confirmed but they put it out that they were letting them out at the south end and they're going to be on foot okay so I'm assuming that's them I don't want to spot by them yeah I know yeah because the way they're working North or South away from this I'm pretty sure that's them all right for for f okay they should be in a vehicle running around the interior of the perimeter I got a vehicle rolling slowly through the intersection right there yeah they're supposed to be roaming they're now in a vehicle that's our guys for for e look do you guys need some Waters I'm good thanks hey you have a Gatorade back there there's Waters there's a Gatorade in with them too on the that side which side right there okay here you go thank you yep did you find your handgun I did where was it it was right here on the door well don't be a minute it's going to be a minute I had to cut some tape off my gun there's a person in the Second Story window right outside my door I'm thinking Sierra is that Sierra I believe that's Sierra all right yeah that's been that way for quite some time I'm I'm pretty sure I'm guessing that's a Sierra unit if not just a homeowner does it look like somebody typing cuz I know I know Sierra 3 is off this three four quarter uh where he can see this 3 four quar just is that south of us yeah it looks like somebody typing or something like that yeah but you see them right yeah I could see them there was a little light like they were recording also well if you look it looks like they're either watching something or hyping yeah now they're turned towards us but I think there's also someone right up on the window if you look at the left lower left corner yeah somebody yeah there's somebody there in the corner I think there's two people in the room looks like the recording or something I want to say it's like hey look at our blog I'm okay with them as long as they don't do anything stupid Hey so this one don't always remember to have that that pair of eyes cuz this one it could have been a lot of pepper balls oh um so just remember to always have those with you y just in case always have those eyes Okay and then this set up here so I can hear you through it and it's my coms it's like those noise counseling that's cool so very nice in your day so you're niichel nich got another bag so did they talk to you about your hours no whoever it is is sitting in the window spotlighting themselves down yeah they're on the phone or something hey can you light up that window for a second what's that light up that window for a second her window yeah that person light them up okay okay they got a couple cameras okay okay so there's one person right next to the window and so you've got two cameras there yeah I keep it on okay I just want to make sure what it was all right now they're peeking their head barely up I'm scared to grab that one I just wanted to see what that red dot was yeah that's what it was yeah and then it looks like they got like a nest camera or something it's not of the hours work huh training training we're supposed to flex right years past it's been 80 hours and that's it you got two weeks off oh you talking about for hell week uhhuh but I took I took my 80 and I well my issue is by the time I found out about it i' already I've already been back to work it's not done though is it the p period it's done Saturday no you've got more hours on this go right you got three days on this pay period yeah yeah um so it ain't over cuz it was in the mid oh so I get screwed up because we swap when we change team we swap how so I don't know but you're aware of what's going on they give them 21 hours a day is that what it was that's a Jeremy Jeremy called me upset saying that some of the other people let's just say that may have asked anybody else from going so yeah so I I just with all the issues it may be always SWAT guys now what's your thoughts on it the 80 hours no your hours um I get it I don't know like like I get both sides of the fight but I know that the department can't just give you well I I think they're going to give them but you're going to comp them or Flex them or Flex them I I just want to you know and if anybody wants to go through this not SWAT you're just going to need to know this is the criteria so you can decide now before we put you through because you got to understand we pay $500 you wi your $500 for ammo plus $ 250 to get gear you need so we're already 1,250 bucks into it just for you to be set up to go just for you to go so how many hours did they give them I don't know I think that's what it's been trying they're doing this 21 hour day but you guys weren't 21 hours but I think the first why why are they making such a big deal out I guess that's part that I don't get I have no idea because the first night you go and do the scout you're back by what 12:30 1 and you started at 8 o' right so 8 to 8 that's 14 hours you get another four there's 18 plus another one you're 19 hours that first day right the second day where you go do this squat hit right what time did you get back cuz that was when is the first night that we do the Scout we do the Scout that's on the first night I won't lie the first day felt like two days two different days yeah the Scout's the first night then the hits the second night then the active Shooters the third night then all your handgun stuffs Monday night fourth night and then you're in scenarios last day so I don't know I'm not I don't think but one day you were 21 hours what we tell you you're going to be goad see we'll go ahead and light it up so we can see you seeing anything not see anything what they I'm not seeing utilities from our vantage point we're not seeing utilities bring back that way okay there is a large on the four Side East Side lower half past um okay throw that AC back on please are you guys Frozen no are you we are sweating our balls off all right I'll turn it back on I turn it off when you need to broadcast okay thanks brother um I I don't care either way I just I don't want it to be ruined for the rest of the people that want to go like uh you know the Samson Curtis BB you know all those other guys that want to go right I don't want it to be ruined but we don't know do you think been different if it would have fallen in one pay period and they would just had a whole pay period off no think they would have looked at it differently or they still would have looked at the same I don't know is D still light duty she was out the stops today I didn't know she was like uni she was making stops was she in uniform yeah she she work came out at 6:00 to work till 1 mom 6:00 a.m. she came out 6: a.m. probably didn't make a stop till about 8:00 or 8:30 home like 1 just traffic go she want oh that's right so yeah Leonard Leonard called me on Monday me know just so you know it's fair but I had already worked Sunday it have been nice to not have to work Sunday yeah I don't know I really wasn't that worried about it in the first place I agree I I just so what was your feedback from the other two about yeah um I haven't talked to die much about it I know that uh Parker's glad that he's done I think he enjoyed it for the most part I think it's fun to look back at it to say you're done well not to say done but to like experience Brader to see how you grow a change you look at your trailer tears and you're like holy crap that was like like that that first day for me felt like forever like that was like like a long just a long ass day in April you'll see the other aspect of it how much work he needs to do it put all together we keep all exhausted I think I was alone just being there if I would go to PT in the morning I think I'd be up to 20 hours with me yeah but I wasn't at PT because I don't need to be there with those 5 hours even can help huh with the five hours help yeah I would say you me had class I would take like half of it well yeah that's the whole purpose you know I try and give to before you have that class you just do like this in the class but the whole purpose of you know the beginning is to yeah but overall what do you think about this that was awesome think about the amount of like even though you're like physically medically exhausted you still talk at time like you learn time like they took all the video the one video down it's there's a lot of work you'll see how was your Congress who was your Congress we LED out we had awesome got Haron uh Hickman uh say put last name huh whatever his name is with Theo um and then Trevor my camera is Last Ship ship sh something shepher sheer always Jack yeah I was always C Bravo then so you start teaching C is probably pretty fun if I could see you see how guys change and grow teams come together yeah watch you see them start gring together it's it takes a good couple days it's always funny on that trail tears when everybody's for themselves and if you guys leave that can I will throw the metal C grab it hug it so many I think three or four times on that road I don't know if I did your team cuz you guys were way ahead right no we didn't we started out that though did you win it we won yeah A's like your team don't lose all right I figured they'd make you team lead for that Scout CU you know you're pretty much setting up but we made another Wilson is a team League were you guys on the same thing no yeah he was one of them but I I thought they were going to save it because usually I would coordinate guys on the team for that that be team leag that if you're team leag for the night of it you'll have you go you'll be one of the scouts and go in and Scout oh so that you can come back and have like an assistant and you yeah to make a yeah I think I I left Tuesday night oray Saturday night yeah Saturday night was I I got back to 2:30 from so taking in the hospital and I think you guys are already back done so you guys have done at least one I think yeah I think that night we were done earlier well Sunday night you're done relatively early because Monday the night you guys got dirly CL Monday was probably one of my latest nights longest nights because you you got to do all that night falls and all those but it just takes forever to get back down from the C yeah that's your longest how was that stay on all night no uh I did feel it again when they made us PT we have PT a little later put our mask back on F burn the ring so T kill you guys that night Sunday night oh I don't know how long it was but huh what what time did you guys get done I don't remember but it was late it was probably like two one or two I would gu two cuz it started out like a normal PT like get on the ground that wasn't fast enough get back up push-up position down butter kicks you do all the typical stuff then making me duck walk and air squat then all need's like all right pick somebody up if you're not picked up find somebody to pick up you know you go all around the other side you filled up that I don't know you drop off your shipments and stuff and the trucks fill that full of water each team took their turn going in there and you're like sandwich there's no room like you're like all right push up position you're like got one leg one arm between this guy's legs one over this guy everybody trying to do push-ups in the water you're soaking wet throw one one team's in there the other team's out and they're holding their feet six in off the ground and going push-ups so after each team did that and then he made us run back around and we lined up we bear craw through the water team pushups then we went back we do push-ups in the water flutter kits in the water sweet I got out I just got out my pants were ballooned out full of water like water like shoot out of the seams of my pants you don't remember it no oh yeah build me a house actually I want a mansion all the teams line up this didn't Army crawling through everybody and then we and then after that we had to pass the log say choo chew long goes by chw chw chew then we did a few more things [Applause] I think there was couple [Music] guys pile sandbags to the right and they got this thing bar don't they yeah they do having a hard time getting yeah well as the robot going into the right there's a it's full of sandbags they can't get through with the robot and they're not able to open any of those other doors because of the price and so they fortified this place sh for this no [Music] sh e e e for it's just the robot people yapping who runs those EOD EOD yeah they're trying to get the robots up some stairs and it's fight with the carpet on the top step for e for e e [Music] oh e for for I'm wored these guys are set this up where we've only apprehended four or five of them wife and picked off the husband right off get he was taking wife two guys out in front and another guy that was walking in five so far they reped to have more that 4 so that's why we got to take it so just slow no rush so let's wait and get where's the guy that have the K with longf hand I did you get her for me how that happened I was looking for you when I got here how long are you here before I got on here the First on oh big baby bab well that's start sh was behind had that come up got I got off that shot straight up all always first iug have that TPS then I'll put it I'll tuck it right here D like this you see that thing just throw it in here you got di right what's that the one that letter gave me got my guns so yeah just th there and then where your I always do it of the middle the bottom you see where out was so do you do you run your siren until you get close just lights I try coule mil and then just R ball my radio yesterday have this Tov yeah I'm just use this yeah I got it to tomorrow up I've got his swap his control radio yeah might give you your control radio so you might know I have a head so before I leave head one okay right uhuh has swap one on it just up so before we get stuff uhoh up with your Rec still recording off see still recording yeah it's battery's low for for is that their Dr is that ours we have what is that a drone what is that is that a helicopter there hey we got both Cutters in here no no okay well let me see cuz they just put all this gear in here right damn it she got cuffs okay yeah all right damn it what do they need to cut so they said as they make entry to the left there's two glass doors with a cable lock right that they've got to use bolt cutters to get through but these these robots are dying like battery wise right so they're going to start going deliberate through this house is what I'm getting at that's what I GA too yeah so they're running they're running uh some bolt cutters down I just want to see if we had some no I don't see any I think if you leave that one right where it's at that'll a little bit CU birs is about dead and and uh Doug is already dead yeah his sh bed right right behind so that 40 mic is it right there yeah okay right underneath that cooler okay I'm just going to put this sting B grenade back in here here's this one too all right there we that one low a bunch of rubber balls low that's the one I handed to you right yeah okay I didn't he was already gone so we couldn't get it to Austin it's all good it's all good I just hope to hell they're not going to Ambush I know Joe is that hatch working no they they sealed it okay it used to work but now it's done yeah all we had up there before was plywood it's like cement board cover I don't know understand they're fixing this and getting it ready I didn't know they seal [Music] it if you com the try right now all right shut down all robots are down problem I got be working the first cover just C for don't you get the stick Ollie Oliver is that who that was yeah bring the bolt CS down so let's go got so who's inside no know big hous especially for it's take I bet you're at least wish rip the roof off and just kind of look down watch it watching those when you own is that us no oh it's all over the head we for go ahead make entry into the house from Austin we're starting our approach to the backyard now she say if you a be guy in there with you you can pull off just guard your rear coverage on this the driveway everybody off you guys Power and Gas our initial approach that will be firsts oner while they're clearing if they need those lights cut just make sure we get them pretty quick all right as they're going through those rooms don't want that side light or shut them all down let's wait till they start going through but if we can shut these side ones down okay that way we don't light them up got it cuz they're going to cut the power once that power is cut it's going to be blocked out let's get that light off too he hit with that light looks like power is off power's off power's off taking pictur power still G hey kill all light making entry now light so you'll seees open spot his light is on but once you go and there's somebody lights on yeah you do not want to light up that so you'll start to see the work these lights to the houses but if we have lights going through the house now we're lighting them up we're lighting them up too they're going to think somebody's in that room right so once why kill our lights then we'll slowly watch them work that house so this has three levels up okay I think hold hold on show see what window
