On March 3rd, 2024, an officer from the St. Francis Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a pickup truck. The suspect vehicle accelerated and entered an off-ramp to exit the highway. The driver ran a red light at the intersection, t-boning a vehicle less than 30 seconds into the pursuit. So I got >> the driver. Francisco was later confirmed to be 17 years old and was found guilty for firstderee recklessly endangering safety. Francisco was sentenced to 30 months in jail and 5 years of probation. He was also ordered to pay over $3,500 in restitution and $738 in court costs. It is unknown if the passengers were charged with anything as they were juveniles at the time of the incident.
