on December 31st 2023 an officer from the kuani police department responded to the report of a fight at a bar yellow emblem on his back he's running which way did he go just right there went left around the building he doesn't have anything to do with this I have a video and they have videos on the cameras we just got called that there was a fight anything we just came to investigate see what was going on being a dip [ __ ] can I uh hang up on this or yeah it wasn't related to the incident that incident that he called for but he did throw a punch earlier that okay I'm I'm not complain do you know who he is he's a I I think Ryan but I'm not name what's his first name then no that's his last name so what happened to what happened then I don't know what led up to it I so like there was a punch thrown multiple I don't know if you saw it before if you want to take whatever he has to say you go ahead because I'll tell you everything that happened so yeah what happened tonight why why was I called here oh stupid [ __ ] was was there a fight where there punches thrown there wasn't a fight there was punches thrown on one side there wasn't a punch thrown that lady that he called for him punching I was standing in front of her like this and she was like she actually got me once and and we left I was like just trying to be like hey please no please no and she actually got him like in the corner of the bar and was hitting him yeah I'm in the I have a video of me in the corner of the bar where she was hitting me that's really weird what happens if what and we left the bar and she followed us outside and continued to hit me in the alleyway and okay so yeah person that took off Ryan you believe and he was the one that the punches not ran he's the boyfriend of the girl that hopped on the car and it's not ran it doesn't matter who it is listen listen I don't care what the name is but I'm saying the person that threw punches ran that's what I okay she was in uh the black the black car that I called you're saying she and you're calling Ryan 304 headquarters the suspect left on foot well there are multiple people multiple okay well one person I know ran multiple people well I do it's really weird what happens to catch a video after and the other guy I don't know the other guy there was another guy oh that's a really good start yeah it's really weird okay I'm not here to argue and I'm not here to listen to you argue I'm just I just want to know what happened okay I I Tred to just stay neutral I look at what's going on if I if my friend is being an [ __ ] I'm going to tell him he's being an [ __ ] but right I'm just saying I'm not going to listen to you you guys argue about what happened or not okay it basically just started it basically started over this is where it after the second punch was thrown I started the video okay because I was trying not to there is one punch and I I left you can yeah somebody comes after you and you start a video cuz you feel threatened Jake I Jake I have nothing with you need evidence yeah sorry TR I'm in the corner I'll I'll go in the corner she's throwing punches right after I throw a punch I'm going to start I had the first punch the first punch was right at the start so what caused her to come after you so I was playing pool with my friend JJ and we were playing pool against Sasha and somebody I don't know they beat us and Sasha started talking [ __ ] to me so I told Sasha I will play you for $1,000 a ball and she left so then probably not Ryan whatever his first name is then approached my pool partner and says I'll play you to go outside and he said no he's like come on I'll play you for a game and then I'll play you go outside and then he said no so then me and my friend that had the conversation played a game of pool one-on-one mhm and I don't know traina's first name but he continued to to come at us um we finished that game I was heading out the back door and he talk [ __ ] I felt I I actually fell down the stairs and then we left and um Mr Ren Wier went back to go in the process and then we we walked back down here um to see like because I wanted to talk to Josh I really like I like the bucket I didn't want like any bad blood right so I wanted to come back and talk to the owner so I went back in and I was like I want to talk to Josh and I I tried to talk to Josh and then Ryan started coming Mr whatever his first name is started coming at me again it's like Josh Josh please keep him away please keep him away like just like please like it was I claimed back at 2:30 like right at bar Clos he was CL like I just came back to talk to you Josh because I don't want any bad blood and then and then they started getting aggressive I was like like I I like I'll go to the bathroom I'll go to the bathroom mhm um was just like can you please keep them away and I I started trying to go to the bathroom and then that's when I started the video where she took a swing so I went from by the pool table I went around the bar to the back corner and I said like stop stop like I'll leave like stop throwing punches and I went to the corner because I didn't want to throw punch right and I sat in the corner while she took swings at me and then we and then after that after she backed out we walked outside and she followed us to the right of the building here so wait how was she involved initially she must be dating [ __ ] she's okay so she's with the other guy and so he had gotten angry at me at you because of the pool game or he wouldn't you didn't want to go out in the beginning I D I have it on video but seemed we left we came out we walked to the right of the building and she was still She chased us she came like she was throwing punches inside I said please like I'm in the corner stop stop mhm we left we walked outside we went to the right of the building and she followed us and started throwing punches again said please stop or I'm going to call the cops she said you won't call the cops you so I called the cops and what was her name do you know I don't I don't know her name he I don't know her name what would you like for me um so I know the female party is the one that left what was she wearing he has a going to pull up the video of what she looks like I I I recognize her I don't remember her name red sweatshirt so what was the whole issue about a pool game that's what it sounds like okay so the male throw any punches or was it just her so the guy in the orange shirt what's he got to do with this he's saying nothing he just he's a friend of the other party did he did is he in the video too uh he's he's he's completely fine like by mean is he in the video though um he might be but I'm straight proba probably not what's that wait so I don't know if you answered my question before but did the male party throw any punches or was it just the fale part so he's the one that origin he threw a punch at me in the bar okay and that's why we came back because I wanted to talk to Josh like hey like sure you mean Ryan though not not him um the bar owner the bar owner Josh yeah the bar owner okay so we came back and they were in their car and they followed us back inside okay um but like that was like like an hour and a half ago right um so the initial punch was an hour and a half ago yeah but but that was that was like over and done and we left I came back to talk to Josh and they followed me back inside and that's when this lady just started unleashing the punches okay and I did you can like check all the cameras before that I cornered in a corner because she was taking swings at me and I didn't want to like I didn't want to throw any punches or anything she even got me just a little bit like trying to be like this like please no yeah and you could see that like the two second second of the video like if you so you if you got the cameras of inside you would see have cameras in there did you see any or anything possibly I hope so I don't know if they do she put me in a corner she yeah I mean so she she was just upset that her boyfriend was upset okay and then I said stop stop or I'm going to call the cops and she that was at like she put me in a corner M and we let and we walked out the front door we were walking down the side she came out after us to go and he was just still there like so where was where was the boyfriend at that point then on the other side of and he didn't like come at you again no he did he didn't do anything and that's the one that just ran yeah okay did do you know if they came together or does he have a vehicle here as well they were in the same vehicle when we got back because like I said we we got back right at 2:30 so that's I was hoping to talk to Josh he like Josh I'm sorry like I'm sorry that happened like everything is good so we like we came back right at bar clo for that reason okay and then they were in their car and they followed us back inside okay um could I just get I think I think I don't know if it was like cuz it was bar cloes and they thought you were coming back at bar cloes which was what she was kind of yelling yeah but I mean yeah we just want I I mentioned like try to be clear like we just want to talk right and it just continued further from there and went on to punches in like probably six or seven punches inside while I was in the corner just like okay and what was your name Zach you're the one that called right yes okay I called once I got outside and we we walked on the sidewalk and we turned right around the building right here like trying to leave and she was following us I was like if you like if you throw if you punch me one more time I'm calling cops she said you won't and punch me was like and I typed 911 I was like I'm calling him right like can you please back up I'm calling him okay and then she ran into her car and sped off she went left here and then right at the intersection which is what I said on my call okay and then what was your name every D High School hey hey down what's going on he's getting really really angry at us I'm getting okay okay everyone just shut up right he wants to talk him I get that I get that but you don't go land yourself I miss [Music] your boyfriend girl anything no no I I know of her not who she is what her last name is I know nothing okay that mother yeah I get the he was here earlier um basically was talking [ __ ] over some pool game mhm and then he said he left I don't know if he got kicked out or if he left on his own went to roosters came back and just started at it again um at some point he claims that uh Zach took a swing at uh this Cassie okay but doesn't know if the swing connected yeah but then she went after him and then he was backing up and grabbed a camera and started recording yeah so I saw the very end of it I was just like Cassie coming after him and then he's like stop stop so yeah I think it definitely sounds like it was that Zach guy that kind well and it's one of those things they're both that fault right he's just as much at fault so I guess if he wants to press charges then she can do them you know so and then that would be just something that would be referred then or like you could yeah you could refer it I mean I don't know what kind of condition they in as long as they get home safely and I don't know if we're going to make contact with Cass Cassie tonight we can try okay you know can always get her story later find her number and stuff and find out what her side of the story is okay um do are you going to like statements or you going to wait yeah I'll probably get statements from at least for sure these three and then if he wants to even in the bar owner here all right so I'll grab those if you want to take care of those guys I can try get the stat from these to okay sounds good not liking the cold anymore well we we were going to walk home we live right by like the goo oh okay so it's like the perfect
