State versus Gledhill is case ending 2513. Ms. Paul is here for the state, Mr. Diaz for the defendant. And Ms. Whiteway as well, Your Honor. And Ms. Whiteway as well. Thank you. Good morning, Ms. Gledhill. Good morning. So, we are scheduled for trial uh in June. And is the state ready to proceed on that? Well, I think we're in the difficult position that the number one case is ready to go and that Ms. Whiteway is also on that case as well. It'd be difficult for her to be prepared in both cases and I think the parties had a chance to discuss this. We were aware that the number one was ready to go and we were looking at trial dates. So, I think I think it's a joint motion to um continue the trial and we were looking at Your Honor's December trial settings based on um the parties' calendar issues. I think that's the earliest date that we'd be able to set this. If you are The only issue is we currently are set for 7 days of evidence and an additional day for jury selection. I don't know if you have availability the following week on December So, the trial would start with the 7th. Let me check one thing. >> [snorts] >> It looks like I could accommodate the 7-day trial going into that following week. Um how does that look for defense? That's fine. >> [clears throat] >> Okay, so that means we'll reschedule jury selection for December 7th, 9:30 a.m. We'll schedule the remaining four days of that week as trial days. And then I will also schedule the 14th, 15th, and 16th of December as trial days. The two final pre-trial conference dates will be November 5th and December 3rd. Both at 9:00 a.m. So November 5th and December 3rd, both 9:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. Um I think we were also going to talk today about kind of some of the pending motions and where we were at. So the the state and I were going to get together and talk. We had something scheduled. The problem was the day that we had it scheduled, I ended up getting sick and had to cancel it. So we'll be rescheduling that and we'll um notice a couple of things up with the court. Okay, so if I need something prior to November 5th, you'll give me plenty of notice. >> Okay. Um Ms. Policy, you looked like you were about to say something. I was. Um wondering if the parties be able to approach. Yes. >> Okay. Um anything else that we need to discuss on the record today? No, Your Honor. No, Your Honor. All right. So, um we'll have that uh trial rescheduled. I'll also strike our second final pre-trial that would have been on June 4th. And if anything else is needed before uh November 5th, then the counsel can let the court know. Yes. >> All right. Very good. Thank you all. Thank you, Your Honor. Thank you, Your Honor. That's all I have today. Okay, thank you. Jeremy, we'll email you. Okay. Mr. Hurst, good morning. Good morning. Uh can we call the Pete matter?
