We just filed charges on Payton again. She's not getting out. I mean, we told her when we talked to her at headquarters after she initially got arrested, like she's have absolutely no contact with you at all or she would go back. We file these charges and they're not going to let her out. I mean, they're going to hold her. Um, you know, and obviously cuz what she just demonstrated, but I'm going to have to write up some summaries so I have a clear understanding of exactly what happened tonight. Um, so I just need you. I know you've probably already told it 100 times. ask you again. So, has first of all, has she contacted you or do you think she's tried to contact you prior to >> today? Yeah. So, I kept getting like random like numbers and stuff like that that were calling, but I they would just say hello and they would hang up. So, I didn't you know, >> was it like a female voice? >> Yeah, it was always a female voice. >> When did that start? >> The uh >> Tuesday. Um I just kept getting like it was just weird, but I'm like I have a Google number connected to my phone, too. Yeah. >> Um, so I was just like, well, maybe it's somebody that, you know, the crossing. Like, I really didn't think nothing of it. Um, >> but yeah, other than today, I haven't actually spoken to her. >> Okay. And then, as I understand it, like, how did it all transpire today? You were at Walmart or something. >> Again, when people call my business, like when they call my personal number, they're either talking about business or one of my family members. >> And what number was it that she called you and you were calling? >> She had a regular number that she had before. >> Yeah, that was one of the numbers. >> She got a new phone. >> Yeah, she that's the same number she had before. I didn't save that number because that was her personal number. I only had a text me from before. I had messages from that from that phone >> um from that number before, but I didn't look at it. I just her voice is, you know, recognizable to me. So, I'm looking at my daughter and she's like, "What's wrong?" I'm like, "You need to record." She's like, "What's wrong?" I'm like, "I got to go." So, like we get outside and she's just like, "I want to see you." And I'm like, "Okay, what what's up?" I'm like, "Where are you?" She's like, "I'm home." And I'm like, "Are you at your home? are you at my home? She's like, I'm at. She said, okay, I just want to talk to you. I just don't want to talk to you on the ver phone. And I said, okay. And then she's like, I'm like, are you all right? Is, you know, are you okay? Like, I see you're home now. And she's like, no, I just I just I just want to talk to you. I want, you know, I just I want to talk to you. And I'm like, okay. I'm just saying, okay, so I can cuz I'm looking for another person with a phone cuz my daughter had just died. And there was a lady sitting out um on the bench at Walmart. And I was like, "Your phone." So I was like, "Can you talk to her?" Cuz she doesn't know the voice. Like me and my daughter's voice is alike. So my daughter said something to her. And then she started, you know, they conversed and I called this guy and said, "Hey, this lady's on the porch." Um, >> and have you seen the security camera footage yet at this point? >> No. My son text me and said, "Mom, can you check the cameras?" I tried to lock the door. I don't think it's working. And I said, "Okay, where you you know where you headed?" He said, "I don't want to work." And that was at like 5:00. >> Okay. >> And she started calling me at 5:30. >> Okay. Um, so as she's talking, um, as she's talking and I'm trying to get the phone to my daughter, she's like, she's like, I she's like, I got a gun and I I I I'm ready. And I'm like, you're ready for what? What? What? What's going on? And she's like, I want to kill you. It was going to kill me. Was looking at me and I'm like, just give me the phone. I'm sorry. Like, this [ __ ] is crazy. So, I'm talking to dispatch, but I got my still trying to hear what she's saying with my daughter standing there. And then I got in the car and I came here and the whole time we were on the phone, she was just screaming like um I should kill you. I don't I don't um uh something about my son like um your son being in my life. >> And I I just want to make sure I was clear on this. When you when you when you said when she initially called you and you said where are you at? Did she say she was here at your place or is she okay? So she >> she said home and I said home where you're at your house or you're at my house. And I looked at my daughter. I'm like, I'm record. Like I'm trying to get her to record because her phone was going to die. >> Yeah. >> Um, [clears throat] and like I said, I just called them. I told them that she's at the house. She's sitting on the She said she was sitting on the porch with a gun and she was waiting for me. >> Um, >> and you don't we don't believe that she ever actually made it into the house. Then >> I don't think she went in because of my dog. >> It was being broken or something. >> I think she cut the camera. >> She cut the camera. >> Okay. Before she weren't working. >> But she knows where they are, right? Yeah, she does. She's been in my home. She's I mean, they had sessions in my home. The first The last time she picked my son up, she picked him up on on this side of the street and my camera goes all the way to the pole. >> She knew how to face and everything. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, she when she got here, she probably then disabled your camera and then called. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you never actually saw her on the camera, but >> But I knew she was here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Um, is is it like a ring camera or >> would it have would would there be any video you think of like with my camera have a ring camera and it automatically captures like somebody any kind of sense that somebody did? Is it possible it would have picked her up? >> I don't know cuz I don't know how long the cameras were off. Um, okay. >> I don't know how they >> Well, if you if you do end up finding out at any point that you think that there's camera footage of her there. If not my ne if if not my neighbor with the light right next to me. His he has cameras. That light is a camera. >> So he can see my house too. >> Okay. >> So it shows the porch. >> It does. Oh, perfect. >> It does cuz he asked me about when she got arrested later about getting those camera footage. >> Yeah. He doesn't speak really good English, but I can I'll let him know like, "Hey, I need you to get that." >> Yeah. And then um could you do like if you go to your phone like where it shows that she called you at what time, could you just like a screenshot of that and then text it to that phone number you have for me? >> Um just so I have that. Anything else you can think of? >> He's still I was supposed to pick him up tonight from children. >> Really? >> How's he doing? >> They put him on some meds that he didn't really like. Um >> but he was ready to come home. >> Do you think Do you think he's found guilt from all of this? he is. So the day that the day that I uh that that he went to Children's, it was just like he felt like it was just too much going on with the news. People keep showing up. Um you know, people asking him stuff at school. >> Um and then me trying to get him in with children. It was just like a lot. >> Sorry to go through all that. >> And I mean I'm blown away that she showed up here. I mean you said it. You said, "I'm afraid." And I And I And I >> She knows every She knows everywhere that me and my kids are. >> Um >> and I mean, we told her, you know, "Hey, don't have it." I was afraid. What I was feeling like he was do was that he was going to try to contact >> or Instagram or some other way, but I knew she'd actually show up here. I didn't >> I knew she was going She wasn't going to reach out on social media because she knew that he still had it. >> She knows that the police still have his phone, so she hasn't tried to call him. And if they did talk on Instagram, he hasn't said anything. So, I don't know. >> All right. Well, I did notify the prosecutor as well tonight. He's aware that this is all going on right now, and his response was, "Oh my god, holy shit." You know, so he's he's kind of freaking out, too. And um her lawyer has been advised and all that. So, um hopefully this is going to all get resolved peacefully. We can get her we can take her back and then she'll just stay this time. So, all right. Do you have any questions for me or anything? Man, I suspect you're in pretty capable hands here with everybody. And um we're going to go back, I guess, probably do some paperwork and and get some things wrapped. Okay. All right. Thank you. I appreciate that. So hopefully [groaning] Yeah.
