When did you say let's talk outside of outside of camera from all the men? When have you ever said that? No. And you haven't never said that. You never get You've never given me the opportunity to talk to me outside of the camera from all the men. I don't want to talk to other men. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? I don't want to do that. That's embarrassing as [ __ ] You have no idea what's happened to me. It's embarrassing as [ __ ] I never I never called you. And number one, neighbors called you. Number two, I'm just going to take it off cuz she's cuffed in the front. I mean it we can put baby if you give me the second to talk to you outside of cameras. I can talk to you by myself. Okay. We can put cheese. All right. So, this is what I'm going to do. I'll talk to you by myself. Give me a second. I want to talk to you. I'll talk to you by a woman. I'll talk to her by myself. You can right now. I'm going to go ahead and handcuff you in the back and we're going to add a hobble to you. If you remove the victim, I'll talk if you remove the hobble. The black eye [ __ ] I'll talk to you by myself. We need to secure her. That's sad that you'll do this to a victim. Really true. I'm not resisting. Leave them in the back. I would just want to talk to you. I want to talk to you on this. I want to, but no one let me. Leave the cuffs in the back. I won't let you. I'm just It hurts. It hurts me. And I've not done anything to deserve it in the back. When we get to the station, we'll put them in the front. Tell me we're going to the baby. You act like I'm going to jail and I don't even know what's going on. I want to go home. My dog. I want to picture my dog. Do not put them. Do not put them in the front. Do you understand? Yeah. I asked you if you'd ride back there with me. You said no because I cannot. I don't even know you. I don't even know this guy. You want to be a victim of him? She's going to be driving right behind you. I don't give a [ __ ] about you, [ __ ] There's another guy. Okay. So, we're just going to here. Let me put the seat belt. Leave me alone. Let me put the seat belt on you. Okay. So, at this point, she's not. We're going to do a seat belt. We're just going to transport her to the station. David, just let it be notated. She doesn't want the seat belt. Drive carefully. She's putting her hands in the front. Why is she not hobbled? She's going to get just It's not unless you're you feel unsafe about it. She's not bing like we could do. If she starts banging you, call us over. But she's going to get out of the hobble because she's got her hands in the in the front. At this point, we need chains. They're at the station. Yeah. So, she's not really being crazy. Do you want me to follow him? Follow him. Call out if you need anything. Um, the truck down. The owner of the truck. I already have him. I can get her name. It's going to be on the way or maybe actually previous. Yeah, we'll get it. Sergeant at the station waiting for you guys. 478 to the SPCA. Why do they do this to me? Like, why can't they just let me take my dog home when I've done literally nothing wrong? Cuz I just arrive on scene. Can you guys just call me attorney so you can hear me? Oh god, damn. You guys don't get much action, do you? No. This is the most exciting you had in weeks, days, months. Probably. Update on the reckless driver. It's really $75. Maybe if you're more informed on like ridiculous drivers of domestic violence, you would probably get more answers out of people. But instead, you're so uninformed, you have no idea what the [ __ ] you're doing. and then we'll get it out. Okay. Um, try to find the keys in there if you can. You have the direction. 3125 3125 193 Her boyfriend's wallet and shit's in there, so I might have to put that in the property. 115. Yep. Let brief you real quick so you guys the golf course. like, "Oh, she's like really drunk and she's like all over the place. Like, you guys need to do something." Um, while talking to them, I was actually going to go out in bolo and we see the truck come around the corner and they're like, "That's her. That's hers." Like, "That's that's who we're talking about." So, me and Dolly, we flag her down and as soon as we open, you know, the driver door, she is we get like obvious signs of impairment. So, I immediately detain her. I put her in the back of my car. Um, and we're trying to figure out what's going on with the disturbance, if a domestical occurred or if anything like that. Um, Deli makes contact with the other party. And um, the guy doesn't want to talk. He's just being he's just not talking, being loud. I talked to her and she's saying nothing happened between them. Like, she never threw stuff out that, you know, she's just going crazy. Like, nothing happened. Um, at that point, like, I kept trying to get her name. At first she was like giving it to me and then she started like oh well like why am I detained? Why am I this? And I tried to explain it to her and she was just being unconsensical and just wouldn't answer like the question of like what her name was. I told her, you know, we're conducting a lawful investigation. I tried to explain everything to her that she is lawfully required at this point to provide me her name and she said no. So at that point I put her arrest for um obstruction. And then I waited for David. David came out, asked her several times if she was going to be willing to perform field sobrieties based on her, you know, signs of obvious impairment that she was, you know, having. Uh she said she was not willing. She refused multiple times. So at this point, she's going for obstruction. And cuz we don't even have her ID. I'm sorry for for DUI. She's on her way to you. Just so you know, she kept putting her cuffs in the front. Um she's like really flexible. Not willing to keep the she put her hands in the front like three, four times now. Um I didn't even bother to hobble her cuz she was going to she was going to just put them back in the front and take everything off. So we didn't have the chains. They're at the station. So, we're going to belly train her once we get to the station. Car. I'm taking her taking the dog to the SPCA. And then the the car belongs to the dude that we were out with. It is like halfway on the on the street and on private propert. So, we're getting that towed. The guy is obviously signal one, so we're not going to let him take it. So, we're just going to tow it. So, that's that's pretty much what we got. Um, I don't know if you have any input on that or anything. I went responded to code four for uh Oh, lord. I'm trying to I'm going to uh try to identify her using links right now as soon as I drop this dog off and then that way we can get her cuz I believe her license is out of uh Illinois. So, and I'm pretty sure Dolly and uh this guy David said we have prior contact with them. So, all right. So, I'll work on that and I'll meet you at the station. 4150. The reckless driver is now stationary at the end parking lot. I'll be in route. Where's my dog? Um, they're taking uh the other officer took the dog. Um, I think didn't you say, didn't you give him the address? You give him the address. Yeah, but I want to make sure she's there. I'm not going to talk to anybody until I know where she's at. Okay, this was way And then wait right here. I don't know if he's in there yet. Alexis, spell your name. I a l E X. I have two middle names. Paige. P A I G E. Uh-huh. Teresa T E R E S A T E R S A E S A 7120. And your last name? Um, my last name was originally Trent, but I just got married. So on your ID, what is it? Trent. T R N T. I just got married though, and it's S E Y L E R. S E Y L E R. What's your date of birth? 36 1997. 1997. Yeah. Oh my gosh, you're so young, mama. I know. I just really want my dog to be okay. Please pay attention to the officer. I rescued her from a from a pound eight years ago when I from where where are you from? I'm from St. Louis. All the way for the capital of the United States. Illinois. Is that where is that where your ID is out of? Illinois. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. From Illinois. So you guys are your dad owns that house. It's just right across the river. My dad, he's US Marshall in St. Louis, Missouri. St. Louis. You know where that's at? Murder capital US. That's where my dad's from. He he works there. I'm just lying about that. He worries about me. But I worry about my dog. My dog. So Illinois is your driver's license. That's where my driver's license is exact. I just want my dog to be okay. So when my dad will drive down here and get her if you'll make sure she's okay, please I'll call you like please just make sure she I'm telling you um deputy um Gara, he's very good. And everybody here be okay. She'll stay in the driver whatever. I just need proof that she's okay. I can talk to somebody so I know she's okay. And if she's not okay, then I'm not okay. when he comes back. I'd had her for 8 years and she's so vicious and she's from Illinois, too. The dog. Yeah, I rescued her from a a pound in St. Louis where she was going to get put down the next day. Are you guys allowed to have pits up there or No, pit the pit bolts get put down. Oh, that's why you rescued her. That's why I rescued her. She was on her last day and it was 8 years ago. She's on her last day. She's 8 years old and so she's going to get put down. But that's my baby. She's been with me through everything and I don't want her. So, you had her as a baby? As a baby? Yeah. She's been put through everything with me and that's why I worry about her. So, I don't want her to get put through anything. Did you guys get married here in the Keys? Yeah, we got married 3 weeks ago. And you've been here for 3 weeks? No, we actually went home a week or two weeks ago. Then we just got here. We came back. Yeah. You were on boats here. So, you guys live off and on? Yeah, we live in uh so uh St. is right on the cusp of like um the Mississippi River and it flows down here or whatever. So, they have boats and [ __ ] down here, but like uh we live on the Illinois side where there's like uh he lives in Troy, Illinois. He lives in a house there and I own a house there, too, but he owns a house there and that's where we live. What do you do for work? Huh? What do you do for work? I am the judge's clerk at the courthouse there. Oh, nice. Okay. Yeah. That's why this is really embarrassing. Listen, don't worry. I I hope you get help, mama. I really do. You're so young. You're [Music] okay. Are you here with just your husband? So, you don't have family? Nobody down here? And you don't have friends? I don't know. Just the neighbor. Yeah. And I know that they have a dog and they love their dog. So that's why I keep saying to take my dog there cuz I know she'll be okay there. They won't just give her a score. What happens here? I have mama. You don't want to talk about it? I don't really even sleep. I know you're full of low. Is that from I don't even know what that's from, honestly. That looks like paint or something. Yeah, it does. I don't really I don't know. I just felt my dog. Are you okay with that? Did you fall? Cuz you have pain on your leg, too. Oh my god. Honestly, they've been working on boats and stuff down here. So, if there's something on my leg, it looks like it's probably from the boat. I don't know. It's like paint or something. It's probably just been around it. It might be paint. I'm not my dog me. Okay. I'm so Your dog I promise you I give you my word my dog will be okay. It's just a dog but it's my dog. It's my baby. Like my dog everything and I won't ever do anything as long as my dog's okay. So I have a dog and I was my um my husband works day shift. I work night shift. And she was doing this thing like she was going like this. And I was like, "Oh my god, what is wrong?" I went hysterical. I made him come home. Dogs tell you like they literally tell you my dog. So my dog was like actually she went a month ago. She's only seven but she's a month ago. She and I adopted her when she was only 1 years old. I was by myself. I was 18. My parents picked me up when I was 15 years old. And I was by myself. I lived in which is a rough place outside of St. Louis by myself. I ran an apartment. I worked two jobs. I went to school by myself, you know, and I bought the stuff from from town. And uh then anyway, about a year ago, she uh she got this like her toe like she she jumped up. She grabbed the toy and she broke her foot and so that I took her to the hospital and they wrapped her toe. It's $1,000. They wrapped her they wrapped her foot. But when they wrapped her foot, they wrapped her toe. So I like bent her her bottom toe in. And when they did that, it like it it made her toe so it jumped up in her skin and it became infected and she became septic. And she was like sick as [ __ ] She was like laying down. She was so sick. She wouldn't move. She started throwing up. She had a high fever. And I was like, "Something's wrong with her." Micah, my husband, she he was like, "Let's take her to the doctor." And we took her to the doctor and they were like, "No, she's okay." They they took her for 2 days. $2,000. Jeez. 2 days. And they let her go and she was They said she was fine, but she wasn't fine. She was so sick. She started puking blood. She still after after they 1,000 and then two more thousand. And she still wasn't good. Yeah. [ __ ] blood. Puking blood. And I know my dog like you know I just numb her. She's my baby and she was like lethargic. So I took her to like I don't know it's 24 hours and it's three grand per night. So we paid three nights and they took her there and they were like look her foot is so infected. They're going to have to amputate her leg. They're like the only thing we can do is put honey on it. They said put honey on her leg. Take her home and see what you can do. So we put honey on her leg. We changed her wrap every 3 days and it healed with honey. With honey. Just raw honey. beet raw. We had to find like a like a bee person that like you know gets real bees and like sells bees or whatever like around us. Raw honey or Yeah. But we spent eight grand or something on her foot. Yeah. That's crazy. Yeah. Just for my baby to make sure it's okay. But yeah, it's okay now. Yeah. Thank God. That's my baby. Yeah. I got you. Yeah. I'll be right back in one second. Okay. We'll see you. He is my sergeant. He's the sergeant of this squad. So, what's going on? I I don't know. Um, so I can tell you. Yeah. Well, no, I can tell you what I know. Um, so right now, um, right now they were like they were trying to tell you that they believed you were intoxicated or you have some alcohol in your system. I'm not trying to be a [ __ ] but like the guy the guy that was like talking to you guys stopped me ahead of time. He was like, "Look, they're they're going to stop you. They're talking. They're looking for somebody. They're going to stop you." And I was like, "What the [ __ ] are you talking about?" The guy that like he had the curly hair and like a [ __ ] a button down shirt. A Hawaiian shirt. I was going to the back of the shirt. Yeah. And I was like, "The [ __ ] are you talking about?" I was like, "Get the [ __ ] out of my way cuz I don't know you." And I kept going, you know? And then he dropped me over. But which is crazy because it just seems to me like either you guys have been doing that ahead of time or you were looking for somebody. If you're looking for something that's one thing, but it's not it's not about me, right? So like I don't know that part, but I do know you're here. They're going to ask you if you want to do the breathalyzer. And then after that, I I really don't know anything else that's going on, but I know we're here cuz he's going to ask you if you want to do it. Um, and then from there then Deputy Gara will explain more since I'm just the backup. How long are you guys in town for? Oh, Sunday. Till Sunday. Okay. And I'll probably just ask one of the attorneys. So, what happens after that? Cuz like my attorney always told me like I work at the courthouse and he always says never to blow. Like what happens if you don't blow in the state of Florida? He'll um the sergeant that's gonna do the breathalyzer, he'll explain everything. I only I had like two drinks, but I still over 217 when I first 1954. Just take this as a learning experience. And if you're in a bad situation, this is all signs to get out and take care of you. You did it before, right? You did it alone before. You could do it now. You're a very strong girl. You made it this far and you have a good job. Hell, you work at the cler the clerk of court. Girl, you'll be just fine. Take this as a lesson and move forward. I really got a dirt bag on YouTube. I don't think you're bad at all. I promise you. I don't ever judge anybody. I don't I don't know what you go through. I know. I hope you don't because truly like that's how I learned from working at the courthouse. Like I I I judge people cuz my dad would always teach me like a certain way. I started working there when I was 18 years old. I met a lot of people just through the years cuz my job is I'm the juvenile abuse clerk. Some people abuse their children. I'm the clerk for that judge, you know, and a lot of people abuse their children, but a lot of them are just drug users or whatever, you know, and that makes it correct, but a lot of them just struggle because of what they've been through as children themselves, you know. For sure. Yeah. It's just a different world. Everybody has a story. That's so true. And you have to remember that. Always. Yeah. Always. Yeah. Everybody. They do. Nobody knows what happens behind closed doors. And that's why I don't ever judge anybody. Unless you're doing some hardcore [ __ ] to like kids and [ __ ] [ __ ] you all day, you know. [ __ ] you for real. Yeah. No, most people aren't like that. Yeah. Yeah. Most people on this doc like the doc I was talking like most of them they're just they're just drug users and they're drug users because that's all they know. Their parents were like that. Their grandparents were like, you know, and they're mostly kids themselves. Most of them are under 17, you know. Jesus. Yeah. Yeah. It's crazy back. But there's like uh over a thousand cases a year there, you know, just for abuse. It's probably way more than you guys ever have. You know, down here. Oh, yeah. Down here. Just for the abuse docket. I mean, there's probably 19,000 felonies a year in our county. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. There's a lot. Yeah. But most of them just abuse the abuse of parents because they're just abusive because they've used drugs or whatever. Yeah. They're not charged with felonies there, you know, because it's different. It's different because how do you char, you know, it's just it's a different world. But here so I'm sure but it should be charged there, you know. Yeah. Yeah. It's just different. Well, I'm glad you're calmed down now. I know. I'm sorry. It's okay. No, it's stressful. You're in a stressful situation, you know, like not for like my dad was a comfortable wife, you know. Do you have a relationship with him? I do. Okay, that's good. Yeah, I do. I'm really close when I disappoint him. He's a guy my whole life where I where I work now. He was the sheriff's deputy and then he became a lieutenant and now he's he's retired now as a US marshal. But he um yeah disappointment but like I said if you're going through something and especially you have family lean on your family and take this as a lesson and move forward. Yeah. Move forward. And you seem like you have a good dad. So my dad's great. He's great. He's great. He's never judgmental or anything. He's great. He's always been great and his hands You got yours on? Okay. Hi, I'm Sergeant Motor County Sheriff's Office. All right. Hi. All right. I'm the supervisor that was not on duty today, but is now here. Sorry. So, come on over this way. Okay. Miss Alexa, Alexis. Alexis. Okay, go ahead and have a seat here. Here's what I'm gonna need you to do. I need you to scoot back towards the edge of that door. Okay. All right, Miss Alexis. Um, you might spot district 7 hospital county. All right. Um, if you don't mind, I am dyslexic and I'm not the smartest person in the world to be very honest. So, if you don't mind, can you slowly spell out your first name? A L E X. A L E X I S I S. Middle initial PT P. I have two two middle names. PT P and T. Okay. And then your last name, man. So, I actually just got married, but my main name is current T R E T on my license. Okay. So, it's T R E N T E N T. And then my new name is Siler. S E Y L A R. S E Y L E R. Correct. Okay. And what's your date of birth, man? 36 1997. 361 1997. Do you know your license number? I don't. Okay. What state is it of? Illinois. That's IL number. Okay. Um 111 traffic on a res. There you go. You don't have any dentures or any false plates or anything like that. Nothing foreign in your mouth that I should know about. No, and I'm not I'm not trying to offend you, but no cocaine, no razor blades, no coins, nothing of that nature in your mouth. Okay. Um. All right. So, it should be fine. There is 801. if you don't mind. And I know this sounds laws on the wall. They're not laws. They're just procedures on operating the instrument. Um, the reason why is so obviously this is this is going to check the ambient air. That's right. Yeah. So, I was just reading what's posted on the wall. No, it's just procedures for us like if you need a go by. Yeah, of course. [Music] [Music] 111. I'm far enough. It won't affect anything. You should I need your video anyway. So, you got it downstairs. Yeah. Cuz quite clearly I did not. Did they call you just for this? Yeah, they woke me up. Super in the middle of the day. It's fine. Nobody in county. None of the tangle units are on. No, we were all in training today. I was with all of them. Oh, that's right. Doing the Yeah, I only had like 3 hours of sleep when I went in today. So I just realized I don't know who's taking this. I don't either. Can you leave your camera up there on that on that safe and go write down whoever is for first and last name and all that good stuff for me? Who's taking its first and last name? Yeah. Okay. Do you need their in custody time and everything? I think I have that but Okay. I don't know. Actually, I don't know if I have in custody. I have like in route and arrival. So, yeah. Give me in custody. [Applause] Why? Am I in custody? Yes, ma'am. Why? Um, from what I've been told, you're under arrest for all suspicion, DUI, and obstruction of justice. So, like when they stopped me, no one ever said what they saw before. They just, hey, they take out the car. Like, I thought it was a domestic thing, you know. And so, I got out of the car. I thought I was [Music] in back. No one's still going on here still. No one's an employee that's going on. All right. Um, it's crazy. So, I resisted a little bit because So, what's going on? So, so they had individuals flagging them down. Yeah. Because you were having a domestic or something of that nature with your male. Me or allegedly? I was having it. Your male counterpart? Allegedly. The witnesses literally fingered your car as you were driving by. Listen, you're not an attorney. I let some guy flagged me down. He was like, "Hey, they're not pulling you over. You might want to stop." And I was like, "Okay." The guy in the like unw. Okay. I'm not I'm not asking. I'm just telling you what I'm telling you, too. Yeah. Okay. So, they stopped you for a welfare check to see about the disturbance, which they're allowed to do. And to make sure that you're not DUI because they the people believe that you were DUI that flagged them down. Wrong people. Correct. Yes. Okay. And at this point, you then refuse to identify yourself after being told that you needed to because I'm the victim, not the perpetrator. And also, I have no [ __ ] matter being detained for an investigation. You still have to identify yourself. Correct. Not victim of the UI. Okay. No, no one ever told me that. They just said that's why I'm here because I'm here for I'm sorry to announce you on your super convenient like an inconvenient day cuz you were off work and all the things. I'm not upset about it. I'm fine. I'm sorry. I'm just saying I'm sorry cuz like you know when you're the domestic you're domestic violence, you don't typically like choose the days that it happens or whatever. You know, it just happens to you. So like I'm sorry. Super sorry to interrupt you on this. I I understand. Listen, you you you trying to try [ __ ] [ __ ] I'm not trying to try [ __ ] Trust me. Stay over there. Okay. Try [ __ ] That's okay. Do you know how to spell Agent's name? Who? Agent. Hang on. Sorry. [ __ ] I know how to spell one part of his last name. I don't know how to spell the other. I don't call [ __ ] to this [ __ ] now. Good. Try [ __ ] Have I trained you on domestic violence? I trained you on that. You've been trained how you trained by who? By who? Whatever. Does anyone do situations? Do you even know? He has no idea. This [ __ ] doesn't care. People die in these situations and you have no [ __ ] idea or care in the [ __ ] world. This is disgusting because it's disgusting to be so judgmental in this situation that I interrupted you on your [ __ ] day off, [ __ ] I'm so sorry. So super sorry. It's disgusting. That's why people like you wouldn't be in this [ __ ] situation. That's why you're just laughing hard. more than one. Nope. It's disgusting. Disgusting. Wow. You're really floating to the top, aren't you? You want to work for somebody like this? You want to work for somebody like this? You think you're going to get further? You're so sweet. You're so good at what you do. You want to work for somebody like him? You think you're doing anything for your victims? Do you think you're doing anything to them? Avoid. I've been trying to talk to you. The [ __ ] I've told you in the hallway. But if you know besides just bring it to him who was like, "Oh, locker." No, you you have not talked to me. It's funny. I'm giving the opportunity besides just for what DUI room. No, you you and me were talking here in the hallway and all you said was I don't want to talk. And I said I never said I didn't talk. I said I got married 3 weeks ago. You asked me what my dad did. And I told you what I do. I told you all those things. I told you that. Now I don't trust you. Away from me. You lied, too. Just like all [ __ ] Get away. Did I ask you what happened to your eyes? Did I not ask you? Do you think I get [ __ ] now? You think I trust you? You didn't. You think I trust you? Just wait till you're in this situation, dude. Just wait. I I hope nobody [ __ ] helps you. I tried asking you I'll be up to you now. I tried asking you what happened to your eye and you started yelling and I asked you right now what happened to your eye. Wait in the [ __ ] outside in the hallway. Did I not ask you about your eye? When When did you ask me that? In the hallway. Did I not ask you about your eye? I don't remember my eyes. That's a different story. You never asked me about my my eye in the hallway. Not one time. Okay. Not in the hallway. Not in the hallway. Did you ask me about my eyes? Not one time. Never. Clean it up. Still Can't believe my dad just you guys disgusting. This has been his whole life and I never even knew. It's disgusting. How judgmental. He's also a creature which is like funny cuz like how do you judge people so much just based upon what you just see upon the surface? You know something? It's crazy. No, [ __ ] You're driving me. You already know you are. So gross. Hopefully you never get to see the body camera while you're acting because that is gross. No, just saying the Oh my my eye. It's gross. It's gross. I'm sorry. It's gross. I'm sorry. I really situation I'm in that I never [ __ ] asked to be in, [ __ ] You think it's gross? I said the way you're acting. The way I'm acting. Well, how would you be a victim of [ __ ] domestic violence, [ __ ] And then you judge people on it and say it's gross. I hope you're I hope you're in this situation. I hope you are, dude. I [ __ ] know who you are and then I'll tell you how gross you are. You're gross. You're gross. I'll make that [ __ ] You have a CD license or is it just a regular driver's license? CL just asking cuz you don't have your license on you. So just I have my license on the purse in the truck. Okay. Or not but the truck right there. It's in there. My my license is in the draw. You know, I don't look she look so in there. We should have looked and be alert. You fell. No, I was trying to take care of you. Had you looked? Well, you took care of me twice by crying and literally begging for your help cuz you're a woman. I think you'd be more like sympathetic to the situation. You know, me, but just relate to me. I tell Katie to um get me the breath version of this that was sent to me and my license that's in the truck. The breath? Yeah, there's a breath version of this. Do you need me to get it? Yeah. Invite consent. I need to bring this. Okay. For breath. And if not, then bring me another one of these because I this one up, but I need the breath one. Can I have a water? Um, not right now because we've already started our observation period. So, you're not allowed to ingest anything or anything to that nature at this time. I'm thirsty over an hour. Once we're done with the with with the breath test, then So, I can't keep track of time. Then you will a bit over an hour. Okay. Doesn't matter. Where's the clock at? Doesn't matter. There's no clock. You don't need to know. You're sitting here right now. Okay. Now, once we're done with the breath test, I'll be more than happy to get you a glass of water. Okay. Yeah. All right. Can I call the attorney or? Um, once you're at the jail and you're processed. Yes. Okay. When am I in custody? You're in custody, but you're not at the jail and you haven't been process. Am I under arrest? Yes. Okay. So, I can call my Not right now. You can't. That's my right. This is an administrative function. If I'm under arrest, I should be able to call. Okay. Well, I'm glad. Can you give me my right since I'm under arrest? I should read my rights. And I'll read your rights when I ask you incriminating questions, but I'm not asking you any questions. If you ever if you arrest me, you should read my It's not like television, man. No, I know. I know my rights. Listen, I'm in school for this year. Okay. Well, that's good. Okay. So, when are you going to bring me my rights? Whenever they plan on interviewing you with questions. I'm not doing any more. So, when did you arrest me? Wow. He's not asking. I have your um agency number and the alcohol and that's why you're just going to keep adding comp investigation. I don't have to. I haven't done anything to you guys besides just be in the wrong place at the wrong time or you guys are just trying to [ __ ] arrest me for [ __ ] something. God knows what? Well, being intoxicated and driving. I've done nothing to you being toxic to me while driving. What was the like what was your like why why did you pull me over? I already told you this. And you talked me over over me the whole time I was explaining. No, I'm talking and you got upset. So, I'm not going to talk about it anymore and I forgot. Okay, that's fine. That's right. Two things. Yep. What a waste of a day off, huh? Yeah, it's fine. Just don't bother me one bit. A waste of a day off for you. Stop pushing over here. I told you to stay up by the chair and it's not free to spend on your operational procedures. Go ahead. Why do you guys have them so far away? Because they're not for you to read. They're for us to take down the music. Have a seat, ma'am. Alexis, listen to me. Do not get up and sit there. No, I'm not. Listen to me. Do not get up. Do not get up. What's your problem? I have no problem. You have short? No, not at all. I have no problem being short. He needs the wife. You don't need this one. It's the the two DUI papers. The implied consent. Consent for breath. It's not for me, dog. Understand? I still have to read it to you. It's fine. I'd like to call my attorney who rejected that three times now. Okay. Yeah. Everything, right? When you were processed at the jail, you brought the Rick to make as three times now. I'm just documenting it. This is my fourth time asking for Bryce to call. You're not at the jail. You realize that all our jails and whatever this is, the rooms are connected at home, so we're cool with that. Not everything's connected at home. Where's the deal at? What town? An hour away in Key West. Okay, cool. So there you can call there. Ma'am, I need you to face me. Stop spinning around your [Music] Yeah, I know. There's still a little water. I won't like spend it out already, but everything or not until we're done with this with this portion of the test. And then at that point, as I told you, I make sure that they tie something else like Yeah, that's because you're twisting them around and you're moving them around. Tight on this one. I could hardly even move my wrist. It's all tight. Because you're twisting it around, man. It hurts trying to get it looser. It's so tight. Like this one. It hurts. It's tight as [ __ ] It hurts. You kept putting them in front. It's bruising. This one is so tight. It's cuz I'm trying to get it cuz it's so tight. It's bruising. It's swelling honestly. Look. I can't even get it. This one is fine cuz I can get it past my little ankle here thing. But this one is so tight. Well, then stop trying to pull it down a little. Okay. So, what do I do? I just let it bruise. You just sit it there. Leave it alone and stop moving. Oh, that's unfortunate. Yep. Hey cautious here. So this is the review and then the other one the implant consent. It's going to be in. This is not what I'm looking for. You're looking for the to giggy. It looks something like this and it says breath on. We don't have them. That's why he had to print it ring. Okay. I emailed it to him. Do you have this the Is he printing it? He's getting it for you. No, you already printed them. I had an error. I need another one. And I need the one that actually says breath on. If not, I can scribble it out. Write breath. It's not a huge deal. But this is what it looks like. I didn't even get that phone. Did you see that? Uh-uh. You guys have no jail here. Oh man, it's unfortunate. It's minor inconvenience. Yeah. R of crime, huh? No crime. Take somebody to jail almost every night. We're at P West. One person a night. That's a nice job. Yeah. Spiritual. What have you How long have you worked? 20 years. Yes. That's cool. What have you done this whole time? Take people sergeant. Lieutenant sergeant for 20 years. No. For how long? Doesn't matter. Oh, doesn't matter. Okay. You lieutenant now or still sergeant? You sergeant? Yes. That's how I introduce myself. Okay. Did you pass high school or GP? I don't know. I can't remember honestly. Yeah. [Music] Interesting. Can't remember. Yeah. Can't remember. Kids can't remember. can't remember. Doesn't matter. Have you always remember? I don't know. I'm just not going to answer these questions. How come to make it feel none of your business? It is my business actually. No, it isn't. If you work for Mona, is that not It's not my business. If I stay here, you know that. I already introduced myself and told you I work. Why have questions? Because there's no point answering question. Are you a sergeant or lieutenant? You don't know. You never told me this time. I asked you that yet. Hey, sorry. So, what did you do to get there? Did you see the back copy of it? Nope. It was in the back. All right. He doesn't know. He's not He's not sure. No, not sure. He's super duper confused on everything. Okay. Stay here. Well, the clerical error, they don't print out the wrong things, mother. That's on your deputies. No. Yeah. No, it is. It's super easy to read. Okay, man. Well, I'm glad that you're so prol yelling. I'm just saying that's on your user. You're being very loud and you're being obnoxious and that's not necessary. I'm just being obnoxious back to him cuz he's super duper obnoxious and so hi. You get respect. You get respect. Actually very very nice. Something he's definitely not learned in his 30 so years is what he says being a deputy. What's great is he's been a deputy for 30 years. He's still a lieutenant which is hilarious to me. Okay. All right. So here in a second I'm going to push the start button on this and I'm going to ask you to submit to a breath test. Yeah. I had a I hit a and I didn't need to like No, I'm going to submit I'm going to press this button and we're going to start your breath test. Are you going to submit to your breath test? No. Okay. You can call my attorney. So, on the record, you've now told me you're not submitting to the breath test. Correct. Okay. Which is part of the implied consent of getting a driver's license in the United States. Okay. So, I'm going to read you the implied consent warning for refusal to submit to a breath test. Okay. Okay. I am now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purposes of determining its alcohol content. Will you take the test? No. Okay. If you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, your driving privileges will be suspended for a period of 1 year for the first refusal or 18 months. They took it to allegedly your neighbor. I guess you didn't want or the dog was at the STC. Okay. So, you didn't take it to where you say Well, they couldn't find the person.
