if you fa fail to submit to a breath of your intes determine the content of alcohol in your breath or the presence of chemical or control substances in your urine your privilege to operate a motor vehicle will be suspended for a period of 1 year for a first refusal or a period of 18 months if your driver prives have been previously suspended or if you've been previously fined in a Florida statute 327 35215 as a result of a prior refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath urine or blood as required under chapter 316 or 327 of the Florida Statutes additionally if you refuse to submit to a awful test of your breath or urine and your driving PES have been previously suspended been previously founded Flo statute 327 35215 as a result of a prior refusal to submit to a lawful test of your breath Ur or blood as required under chapter 316 or 327 of Florida Statutes you will be commanding a misdemeanor in the first degree punish was provided in the Florida statute 775.082 or 775.083 in addition to any other penalties provided by law refusing to submit to a breath of UR test is admissible on evidence in any criminal proceeding if you are a commercial driver's license holder we driving a commercial motor vehicle your refusal to submit to testing will result in the disqualification of a CDL for a period of 1 one year in the case of the first refusal or if your CDL was previously disqualified as a result of a refusal to submit to such to any such lawful test you refusal result in the permanent disqualification of CDL so what all that says is if you refuse to do the breath test your driver's license is going to be suspended for one year so are you willing to do the breath [Music] test I'm not huh ask it I just need yes or no are you willing to do it yeah yeah and was like are you okay and she's like I'm sick so they called Medics out and I guess she gave Medics a hard time and wouldn't do anything for them and refused everything so has she ever been arrested for Dy do you know oh she's never no no she's never Dr so she'll have a bond her bond will be $1,000 her mom will make her ass sit there she's coming now she she'll uh her daughter will I mean okay well she'll have to sit there for eight hours at least if not if no one bonds her out she'll have to see a judge in the morning and they'll go from there well I don't know what m nie going her mom her daughter's going to do so all right so we're going to see I yeah I I don't I'm hoping to get a breath test I don't think she's going to be able to because she's that she's that bad um I way over cut everyone off to get the left no thankfully not so she got over here he stopped he's in his personal V he stopped he's like hey are you okay what's going on and he's like are you diabetic or something and she said she was sick so they called Medics out to check her but she she gave Medics a hard time and refused everything cuz she she's not allowed to drink what you she had and there's a reason why she's not allowed to drink it's because she gets like that she she probably only had one drink and that's how she gets she she said she had too is what she told me yeah well she doesn't drink that often and it hits her like is she on any medications she has something she said something she's been trying to say stuff but I can't done I don't know about her shoulder she's had a lot of things done she's not being honest with me cuz if she's on medications with alcoholic pain pills certain CNS depressants if I know she does have depression but I don't think she don't take any okay I was about say some medications if you drink take the medication and drink one one drink it's like 10x is the the effect yeah she's so bad like I said she she she can't walk she can't talk she couple years ago I she was on the floor passed out and she was almost dead that's how we if it wasn't for me she would have been dead took at the hospital she passed out no one knew and that's when they said that she can't have no more or she's she she ciz is there something in her body that like just rejects it I think it was after that stroke she had when she was in her 30s after that they really didn't say what it was but it had to be something that yeah they just said she have one drink and she's like she's intoxicated it don't have to be strong either okay it's just one beer yep so that's why I don't like I said she said she's had at least two drinks tonight that's if she's being truthful with me yeah that's that's probably true so like she so what's going on with like the process so she's going to go down and get booked in her Bond's $1,000 she has to sit there for 8 hours um no she can sit they all weekend um so it is 8 hours from now um if no one pays her bond she will see a judge tomorrow morning um and what the judge would basically just read my report and say yes I agree with you her Bond's $1,000 and basically if no one pays the bond she'll sit there until she when until she goes to court which could be two weeks could be a month like well the only one is billing her out so um if you do want to bond her out if you go through a bond man it's usually 10% so 100 bucks just I'm just giving you the information that's obvious is finish R so that's um like I said and then her cars are going to get towed um yeah and then we'll see what happens with the breath test she she told me she wouldn't do it and then she told me she would yeah know she needs to do it yeah we'll see if she does I I'm honestly questioning if she's even going to be able to honestly she's that
