[Music] right here [Music] okay he lost his front left tires smoking pretty good [Music] what's this mean Tantra we just crossed over Tantra thank you [Music] this guy's left turn signal the speed is about 16. just passed over Arch [Music] potatoes [Music] [Music] zero traffic foreign [Music] making a right turn on Lee Road we might be coming to a stop this truck is smoking pretty heavily [Music] passing up underneath 480 again this tire is completely shredded it's gonna come to a stop we're here by Garfield Heights just don't get in front of the dog when he gets out [Music] I want you to get up here and take over [Music] get up here and take over we're at Telfair we're doing about 20 miles an hour [Music] we're at Tarkington he has completely no front tires down to the rim [Music] classing passing Glenn Park [Music] his car is falling apart I think the root getting bumper and other stuff now [Music] speed is about 37. [Music] zero traffic except for a couple cars up ahead the intersection we're passing South miles he's in the far left lane coming up on the intersection now [Music] okay he might try and Jack somebody the way he's going at these people we're crossing over Miles Road [Music] okay step up on the right a little bit step up on his on his right not too far and I'll stay on his left so anyone coming at us can see us [Music] passing Judson passing Judson stand by left turn on Justin Judson he's got a great pullover on with a red baseball hat backwards blackmail zero traffic speed is about 55. oh [Music] [Music] continuing zero traffic speed is about 40. we're making a right turn here on 151st [Music] thank you [Music] right turn on Harvard standby right turn on Harvard [Music] he's down to pretty much just the calibers and whatever left of that front tire we're passing East 155 radio where's OSP I'm trying to get him back on the line a couple units up ahead of us coming right at him I think we're gonna make a left turn here thank you Josh Josh yeah dress dress up you know say do you know see cut back trash [Music] cash boys yep hey anybody uh I need our cars secure 202 are you secure radio one in custody all right you can press the button press the button push what button that one will never mind nope don't press like that off huh yeah that's cool I just ain't want it to be unlocked Steel doesn't give you easy access to it how the hell did you end up all the way in Strongsville I was going to get some ass man well did you get any man y'all stop me before I can get to it like like the real [ __ ] that's what I was trying to ask the cop like what was the reason even pulling me over like because I wasn't driving I was at a pump like so you don't even know like what the [ __ ] was going on like if the car was out there I just no I I know it was them too okay it was them too like I wouldn't like no cops around go in the gas station come out and just see cops just sitting behind the car I knew they were gonna mess with me but you you didn't talk to him didn't say anything they say they they they say he seen when I came out the car or came out the gas station they watching me go in the car like he was behind my car when I came out the gas station so anything don't camera supposed to be recorded from cameras I thought I heard them say your tags when they ran your tags they it came back to a different vehicle what was the point of running how why run the tags that uh the card is at the pump I'm not them but I can tell you if I can't if I see a car and I can't read the tags I get closer if I can read the tags then I run them but if you can't so it's it's technically a violation if you can't see the tags okay whether it's whether they're posted on your window but it's completely covered in dirt that's what no that's what I was trying to ask him but he was making it a little difficult like because he's giving me yeah giving me two different answers like yeah he's giving me two different answers telling me he got me because uh the tags didn't match the vehicle how would you know if you weren't just like like I got close to it so they could get close enough like so what was it like like what was the point like like if you just riding past you see a car at a gas station you see a car to gas pump and you riding past oh I don't see your place I'm gonna go [ __ ] with this person well we do run a lot of plates in that gas station so I mean it I wouldn't say that you were being singled out we run a ton of tags at that gas station because all the problems we have at the North End so if if there's an anomaly such as he runs a tag and that tag doesn't come back to that vehicle that's one that you start watching you know what I mean so regardless of whether they knew you were in that car or someone else or I don't know pick any person you know until they know what's going on there's a reason to stop and talk at least talk to you I don't know what would have happened it had you stopped maybe they would have searched the car because you could smell the weed it was pretty strong I mean it's a minor misdemeanor but eventually the gun would have probably got you know what's good come on no we're like seriously no what gun is you talking about like seriously like I I have marijuana well foreign so this is the driver's door there's the there's the uh Taurus sitting up right there see that and there's a magazine sitting right next to it oh hell no I don't I don't carry around an extra gun just to plan on people man so but there's there's ammo all over in there there's a 30 round extended mag in there two extra magazines in there there's uh two extra magazines you know what a magazine is clip magazine they're synonymous for for all for one guy well I don't know if they're for that just specific gun but for a gun then there's uh I don't know maybe 122 rounds in there what you know what a 22 round is 22 that's a small gun right yeah and what is that right there what is what that that you what like that that um would you say you found in the door what is that that's a nine millimeter just telling you what what it is it is what it is so uh whose car is it is it your car I mean it's not big we're just two guys talking here man I I really could give a [ __ ] because you know what's up you've been around the block I know what's up I've been around the block really we're just passing time right now yeah I understand you know I understand you and I have been through plenty plenty of rodeos a lot like this it's unfortunate you made bad decisions tonight you'll probably be out tomorrow it is what it is man so I probably won't be out tomorrow four days today with everything that's going on plus Kobe I don't know what your records like I really don't know anything about you I barely even know your first date so I mean we're speculating but it's possible I doubt it well I mean it depends on your ability to post bond you know what I mean but with the way Cuyahoga economy's been lately well I'm gonna put it like this like the weed you guys got that was all the money I had this car like not I'm not living like I said I just I them bags of clothes and the tattoo equipment I just picked that [ __ ] up I just picked it up that's why it was in bags my shoes my clothes my tattoo equipment I just picked it up I was planning to drive like I was gonna drop it off in Strongsville where I was going to drop it off at the females house leave it there for a while like no I don't have a specific spot where I lay my head no I don't like but yes that's like I sell bud I cut trees I like work on houses and cars do all that little miscellaneous [ __ ] to get my money I don't have a nine to five no I don't like it but all this other [ __ ] like now I'm not in it I'm on probation now for a [ __ ] gun I'm not about to like I'm about ready to get off of probation why would I get myself up for the same damn [ __ ] I gotta say though man man you smart enough and intelligent you're you're well spoken you you have to have enough IQ to know there's no way you'd expect me to believe you didn't know that [ __ ] was in that car you know come on man I understand what you're saying but you gotta I don't know what the [ __ ] you expect me to believe that [ __ ] was in that car like real [ __ ] like ain't no [ __ ] like on the driver door on the driver at the door like I see that getting in and out the door getting in and out the car like I'm not gonna miss that that's what I'm saying I find it hard to believe you you wouldn't know it was in there for real like that [ __ ] sounds stupid man like I'm not witty I'm not with it like a real [ __ ] I ain't with it man look man the best thing going for you is nobody no innocent people got hurt in this I'm sorry my dog had to bite you I know that nobody get hurt like I'm a careful driver I'm like like I know I know I wasn't I wasn't going that people I was doing that to lose y'all but clearly y'all wasn't trying to get the [ __ ] off me like I wasn't gonna hit nobody like [ __ ] I ain't trying to cover nobody else's damn it you know what those people didn't I knew it though like you could do Hey listen no like on some real [ __ ] like when you do drugs your vision is so amazing like my vision is so light like your vision is so amazing like you can see some amazing [ __ ] and [ __ ] get very clear but but don't that's a little selfish I mean I know you were trying to get away I know you gotta watch out I mean you see what you mean you think yourself is like a [ __ ] mom with a couple of kids in the back coming back from a trip man absolutely [ __ ] how you know if I like like let's know like how do you know what's going on in my life like real [ __ ] y'all don't know what's going on in my life but to go after these people man I'm not going up to no people I'm going like [ __ ] it's all going after me there's somebody chasing you what you gonna do I'm not gonna run if listen I've been a cop for 20 years even today if I get pulled over I just get pulled over it is what it is if I get caught speeding or doing something listen man listen no on some real [ __ ] I watch I watch the news I watch all this other [ __ ] and I see all this [ __ ] going on with cops like chasing people and [ __ ] ass EC police chasing people today getting killed in all type of [ __ ] ass hell no hey I'm not with that [ __ ] I take my chances like real [ __ ] I take my chances I I rather like me run into a pole and take myself out than let one of y'all kill me none of us here want to kill you I mean I'm not saying I'm not saying y'all personally want to kill kill me but like like [ __ ] that I'm pretty sure if you go ask anyone them ec cause that's what the same [ __ ] they gonna say none of us want to kill you but what they doing they kill this [ __ ] what is that because they killing [ __ ] I was in Shaker jail before they take Cleveland Heaven we'll never get to shoot nothing they killing [ __ ] just like you just said oh I didn't know what I see him playing clothes running up on me I didn't know they taking all the fun did I see the gun coming up what you was gonna shoot me you wanted to shoot me I heard I didn't make sure everybody was safe well you said for real like the dog sitting there biting me every time I stop fighting the dog I'm not fighting I'm trying to get on the ground I was on the ground before the dog started biting me I was on the ground we're gonna get out of here the tow guys here so we if you got more yo yo yo not my mama no all right if you have more questions we'll talk later but uh we're gonna get back okay now any questions I'm mad I just want to um go get this arm treated or something well the squad looked at it and the squad then look at it they just poured peroxide on it and then put Gars on it that's all they did pour peroxide and put Galls if they thought you wouldn't you needed transported they would have trained like my arm is like swelling up like as we speak like I like I don't barely feel my hand listen I promise you when we get jail to look at it go call the doctor and it'll be taken into okay I mean I'm not even saying I want to go in like they don't even got to take me and I just want somebody to look at it because like like on some real [ __ ] like it feels slow like my hand is feeling slow it'll swell that's for damn sure but that [ __ ] like I'm gonna get out of here they're gonna transport you back and the way you can get out of the car okay who gonna transport me you trusting me with them guys well you don't want to ride with my dog yeah that run around with him no you don't that [ __ ] bite like a [ __ ] what do you mean you ain't hear me screaming did you I want him to hurt you did you hear me screaming no no I don't remember no I don't want him to hurt you though nah I didn't scream at all like because he doesn't turn this off bite like a [ __ ] my girl bite harder than that I'm pretty sure the girl in Springfield I was about to get [ __ ] would have Bit Me Harder than that the suspect identified as Chowan McDowell was charged
