Apparently, she threw her cell phone. >> Not a single tear. Just non-stop wailing from someone who clearly thinks everyone owes them something. She even asked if he pulled her over for sticking her middle finger at him. Like, what a clown. Especially when she already has warrants. You know, she's literally sounding inhuman, man. That's crazy. To be honest, I remember acting like this, you know. And then I turned three. >> This is crazy as hell. >> That wasn't the one you picked up. >> Apparently there's a second one. >> This is crazy as hell. Yo, you didn't even have to do that, bro. >> You didn't have to do all that. You didn't have to do all that. >> All everything. >> I didn't do nothing to you, bro. You got my I'm not supposed to help you do anything. >> We're helping you. So, I don't know what your problem is. >> So, it was like right around here. I I don't see it, though. She try to take off. >> No. So I see her on Main Street. I run her plate. It comes back. Uh ATS warrant. So I'm like, "Okay." So I flip around and uh she she beats me through traffic. Uh so she uh turns uh turns on to car avenue and uh I come to the firehouse thinking she's going to come down and make the uh right on Cely. She comes shoots down here, floors it and then we end up here. >> She got down the wrong >> No, she went down the right way. I I don't see it. Hadia, wait. I just told you that. >> You rol You went through that that little They went right through there. YOU WERE NEVER BEHIND me to see that to run my plates or nothing. >> You have a You have a front license plate, right? >> But you weren't even nowhere near me to run any front or the back license plate. >> Okay. >> Come on, bro. YOU GOT MAD CUZ I THREW UP MY MIDDLE FINGER. OKAY. >> I I'LL BE HONEST. I did not see that. If I did see it, I would tell you >> two come racing after me. Four. >> Cuz you have warrants. >> BUT YOU I HAVE ONE WARRANT. >> THREE. Two or three. Actually, >> I don't have two or THREE AT ALL. >> I'M pretty sure you do. And the Oscar for most hysterical performance in a shower cap goes to She clearly has some serious problems with consequences. You know, she knows exactly why the cops are arresting her. And did she really think that she could ignore her court summons just like she ignores every other adult responsibility? You know, under statutory warrant execution rules, having active failure to appear warrants gives officers mandatory authority to take a driver into custody on the spot. Under fourth amendment warrant execution standards and established Supreme Court doctrine, an active failure to appear warrant operates as an immediate judicial command that law enforcement officers are legally required to execute. Courts have repeatedly ruled that once a valid arrest warrant is confirmed during a traffic stop, officers possess full lawful authority to take the individual into custody, regardless of how minor the initial traffic violation was. And furthermore, screaming, refusing to exit the vehicle, or physically pulling away from the officers does not invalidate the warrant. It instantly adds independent criminal charges for obstructing justice and resisting arrest. >> WHY WOULD I HAVE TWO OR THREE WARRANTS FOR WHERE? >> I think Kingsburg. >> I don't know. I have two or three warrants for Kingsburg. What are you TALKING ABOUT? >> OKAY. >> I JUST WENT OUT AND I HAD THE OTHER DAY ONE. I HAVE ONE. >> OKAY. >> What are you talking about, bro? >> Okay. >> Come on, BRO. STOP BEING LIKE THAT, BRO. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE to be like that. Come on. Like, you saw me. Come on, bro. You usually have words. That's what you said. >> Yeah, I did. >> It doesn't matter. Somebody usually have wars, though. >> It does. >> No, it doesn't. >> It does. >> It doesn't matter. Somebody could usually be a criminal. That doesn't mean that you keep pressing them as a criminal. >> That doesn't mean that. You don't get to do that, bro. >> They We were allowed to run you for active warrants. running for you were running for everyone to do as a cop in court where they could fight that. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> You are on body cam. So what you did was not the legal way to do that. >> It's on that. >> It would absolut always be on. >> I understand that. I'm not taking that from you. But the way you just proceeded by doing that as a cop, you know that wasn't right. You know that wasn't right. You were nowhere near behind me. You had no reason to run my place. I didn't make a traffic stop. somebody make a traffic violation or anything. You had no reason to run my plate at all. You just ran it for no reason. Like, come on, bro. Y'all just want to y always want to have a reason, bro. It's okay, though. I understand this municipality. Like, it's not that serious. I have three to four warrants. You know, I don't have no three to four. I have one warrant for one. You didn't have to do that, bro. >> You didn't have to do all you did. >> Oh, you you DID THE MOST. YOU HIT ME WITH THE CAR DOOR. >> After I told you have horns, YOU GO AFTER. >> WELL, she clearly hasn't learned a thing. Somehow it's always someone else's fault. You know, she's still acting clueless. Like, she may need some serious consequences to learn from this. For someone who hates getting arrested, she sure does everything she can to make it happen. Well, the suspect was arrested for eluding police, resisting arrest, and obstructing justice. She also had active warrants for failure to appear in court. Now, an active warrant can give officers legal grounds to take someone into custody. You know, depending on the type of warrant and the local law, and failing to appear in court can also lead to additional legal consequences. Once someone is being arrested, resisting or trying to escape can result in additional charges. When people realize that they're facing consequences, they may experience fear, anger, or denial. You know, some may respond by yelling or blaming others or trying to argue their way out of the situation. But strong emotions don't change the underlying circumstances, and reacting impulsively can make the consequences even more serious. What do you think about her behavior? Do you think she should have just simply accepted the warrants and cooperated with the officers, or do you think her reaction was understandable? Well, share your answer in the comment section below.
