So, I was bringing the motorcycle. >> Okay. Okay. But I left my truck there. Always I didn't see her coming. Okay. She called me cuz she was going to drive in the gate. So, I dropped in on somebody in the back and they were like, "Are you my neighbor?" So, I go back. So, as I'm I'm walking back, I notice that um she has got her car which was parked behind the blue Honda right there. Okay. So, she had her car over here, but she cannot go out cuz my truck is there. Yeah. Cuz I locked my truck up. She hopped in my truck. She reversed all the way. She moved the light and then these people on the scrap metal place. Okay. She was right in the middle. She was right in the middle? Uh my truck. Like she parked it right there where that white semi is at right now. She got in your truck and moved it? My truck she I I left it open. It was my bad. Um She reversed it. And then drove it right ahead into the into the scrap metal place. And then by then I'm I see that she's moving my truck. So, I'm already running. She's running back. She passed by me. I clo- I closed the gate. She drove to the gate. Uh she hit the gate. I should With your truck? No, no. With her car. With her car. >> She left my truck over there. Yeah. Go with her car. Um Always I close the gate. She hit the gate. She hit the gate twice. She opened the door. She got out of the property and then she just Cuz I'm right there between the gate and I didn't close the gate all the way. Okay. So, how did she get through it when we came? Um he was open. I left the gate the same way you see Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cuz I was coming in. You know what I'm saying? And so, but she was trying to get her car that's over there. Her car was parked right behind the blue Honda. That she she got towed earlier. I watched the one on the phone with her car earlier this morning. Um So, she was trying to like steal her car back there. So, don't worry, it's her car. Okay. Um This whole thing is happening that I don't know anything cuz I'm in the third lot over there. So, I don't know nobody's here. So, you come So, you come through here. Yeah. You got to call somebody a buddy because they see her in the lot back lot. >> Yeah, yeah. So, we got two two lots, right? Oh, she was over there in the other lot. >> No, no. She was here. Oh, she Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah, I know you guys got two lots, but this one All right. Yeah, yeah. So, Yeah, he got pepper spray. He got a lot of it. I'm in a And they helped with the burning or Give me something. If they can't, I'll do it. It's It's time, brother. Yeah. So, comes through here, you come through here, you left the gate open, she comes right behind you. But, I left I left um But, you didn't know that. Yes, I did. I left my truck right at the gate cuz like I said, I just got I just came back to work. I'm riding my my motorcycle and like I said, I was putting the white trailer you see all the way in the back. Yeah. I'm putting my motorcycle in there. I don't know if any of this happened. Uh the other code driver the one the one I was just here, he's going to drive here. He's saying he's here. Okay. He noticed that the the office guy with the gun with the hat, he was in the office. So, he calls me and he's like, "Hey, you always like giving the second lot with you." And I'm like, "No, I'm putting my motorcycle there and I noticed somebody there." So, all right. Um so, that's how I walked in back. I see her driving her car, uh the silver Malibu. She stopped right That was already here. Yeah, the Okay. Yep. Uh you got to use it this morning. Uh she stopped right here, literally right here. This body see down the camera but Yeah. When she sees that my truck is there, she runs to my truck. Okay. Okay. >> She backs it up, puts it in the front middle place. So, while she's doing that, I'm running. I recently broke my leg so I I can't run like that. >> Okay. Okay. So, I'm like hopping over here. As I'm running to the gate, she runs back, but I close the gate. Yeah. So she she get back in her car. She runs She kicks the gate twice. With the blue Honda? No, with the with the Malibu. Oh, the Malibu over there that she was in. I guess I guess it's the Malibu. Yeah, yeah. Um but I'm I'm standing between the fence and the gate holding it like this. Yeah. So I'm holding it here. So she opens her driver's side, goes like this, and just pushes her She pushes the thing. Okay. Um did you give her I know stupid you give permission to get inside your car? Did you give permission to private search you? You want to press charges for both? >> Yes. Okay. Um did she pay for her car to get removed here? I seen her over there with the officer. Okay. >> So I parked the car and back then I opened up the trunk and was putting the bags. Okay. >> Back and forth. But the bags was on the ground. When they came and closed the trunk they took her. Okay. The maintenance people sitting outside. I said, "Why y'all didn't do anything about my car?" They was like, "It wasn't close enough to take your car." So they called the company and was like, "Oh, can y'all bring the car back if y'all see the apartment?" They said, "No." So I said, "Okay." So they was like, "Well, you can't get your car because it's a rental car people. They didn't tell me to get it back." So the rental car people called and was like, "She can get it back." It's like she was allowed to get it back. He told me, "Oh, no, they said you can only get your stuff out." So, I called the rental car people and they said, "No, he told us that it's their policy and they're not giving nobody back the car, but you can try." I said, "Okay, well, I just need my stuff out the car cuz I packed all my moving stuff in the car before I left, but I packed my money first and closed the door and then they took the car." So, I was like, "Okay, at least I need my money." So, when I came here, I don't see nobody. I go to the side right there and I see a man. He tell me to get the [ __ ] out of his way. And he's trespassing. I said, "Okay, I don't care. I ain't got time for this." So, he wrote on corporate property. He got his daughter in the car. So, I just walked around him. So, I just go over there. I was pressing the buttons. So, I see the my car. So, I try to get my stuff. You're pressing what button? The key. Okay, okay, okay. So, to see if the car was even here. Yeah. So, I see the car was there. So, I went over there and it was another man in his um way in his car. Another man in his car. [ __ ] it. He was blocking the um lane. So, I went inside the car and got my bag out. So, he came back and was like, "Oh, you moved my car? And cut off my car and then ran and then shut me in the gate." I said, "I was just trying to get my bag." He was like, "Oh, no, well, you going to go to um you going to go to jail for trespassing." I said, "I just wanted my bag." Like you can't keep my >> you at? Were you inside already in the lot? Yeah. It was the gate was open. >> Okay, okay. So, he was like, "Oh, you going to go to jail for trespassing." I said, "I just needed my stuff." And I was like, "I already um talked to the people. They said I can just come and get my stuff." He was like, "No, you got to go um to somebody else, like I guess the office." And I was like, "Well, I tried to talk to somebody." And he told me to get the [ __ ] out of his I really don't know what it is with y'all. I just wanted to get my stuff. He was like, "Well, you're not getting nothing really." So, they started sending me again. >> The bag with the the money in there? Okay, okay. So, he was like, "You're not getting nothing really. So, you can put all the stuff back." So, I was like, "Well, I just want my bag." And he was like, "Well, you got your license and registration?" I said, the back." So, the other man came back and I told him to get the [ __ ] out of the way. He said, "Don't give her [ __ ] Don't give her nothing." So, I said, "Okay, I'm not going to play this game with y'all. Well, I'm just going to go." I said, "You don't have to go." So, they start closing me in the gate. So, I mace I didn't mace uh the man that was holding me in the gate. Okay. >> pulled out a gun and put it in my face and was like, "Get the [ __ ] back." or something. And I was like, "Why do you have this gun in my face?" Yeah. He was like, "Oh, because you trespassed." I said, "Well, why do you have a gun in my face?" So, he put the gun down. I recorded him. He put the gun up. Then he came and talked to me through the window. He was like, "You didn't have to do all that." I said, "I know I didn't have to do all that, but you didn't have to do all that." So, you pepper sprayed them. And then that's when what? You reversed the car back and you guys were trying to discuss like, "Hey, this could have been handled handled better." >> Yes. Yes. That's when we show up. >> He pulled the gun out on me in my face. I said I said, "Why do you have a gun in my face?" Yeah. >> He was like, "Because why are you back there?" I said, "But you got a gun in a little girl's face." Mhm. I'm not doing nothing to you. He put the gun up and he came to the window and he talked to me. Okay. He was like, "I could mace you." And I was like, "For what? I'm talking to you normal." He was like, "Okay, did you um pay?" I said, "I tried to pay. I gave him the money. I showed showed him the money." He was like, "Okay, you just need a slip." I said, "Okay." The man came back and said, "Don't give her [ __ ] She not getting nothing." I was like, "Well, I'm not getting nothing nobody not getting nothing." All right. Um all right, give me a second, okay? Watch your feet, man. The woman was charged with battery and burglary.
