On June 2nd, 2026 at approximately 11:55 p.m. Officers with the Columbus Division of Police were dispatched to the 800 block of Wilson Avenue on a call of domestic violence. The caller stated a suspect assaulted a female and was going for a gun. Officers arrived on scene and heard gunshots coming from the address. Immediately after, they observed Mr. Oswon Foster emerging from an entryway, then turn and fire back at the building. Both officers discharged their weapons.
