I was like, "Okay, >> I'm not going to argue. >> You're in handcuffs and in the back of a police car." >> And then she said she's >> I couldn't say that cuz she wasn't in handcuffs anymore. I was like, "How'd you do that?" I tried to make it fun. I'm like, "How'd you do that?" She's like, "Yeah, okay." >> All right, dude. >> Okay. Um, based on the photo of the registered owner in the vehicle, um, it does match the description of her. >> Okay. Matches the description of who the conductor saw her run. Yes. >> So, Okay. So, she's the she's the driver. Okay. >> Um, I spoke to her. I read her Miranda. Tried to get any questions out of her um on how the vehicle got there. If um >> she wouldn't talk to you about it. Okay. >> Um >> doesn't sound like she would Yeah. >> Yeah. She uh I did smell the odor alcohol um coming from her. Her eyes are very glossy. Um she's very combative. >> Not really answer any questions. >> All right. So, you have concern about whether or not she's impaired, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I was just so even though it's going to be a bad show, let's do what he said over here. >> At least roll the window down her face or whatever. >> Okay. >> It may get thrown out, but at least we did something instead of wrestling around here. >> At least we did that. So, let's pull a train conductor over here. >> Okay. >> And um make sure you get pictures of the front of the train, right? >> Um >> either way, we got enough. It may add to it. They may go out, but but at least at least we we cover that angle. >> So, where's the train coming? >> Um, he's shooting over here. >> Yeah, we'll just put this put the the flashlight here. >> You put the put the flashlight and um And >> where's the train? >> Hey, just make make sure you do the show >> closest to the vehicle. >> You got the show up form? >> Um, no.
