All right. So, you're going to play that game? You serve the public. >> Yes. I'm demanding your supervisor. Welcome to America. Welcome back to the Van Balion channel, guys. Today we head to Ocean Ridge, Florida, courtesy of Body Cam Watch for an absolute doozy of a video starring a more entitled than usual sovereign citizen who finds out the hard way Florida supervisors have absolutely no time for this laws don't apply to me because reasons nonsense. Right, let's get into the video. Careful. How you doing? Yes, I'm Officer Glusco with the town of Ocean Ridge. The reason why I'm pulling you over is your tag is expired. I'll need your license, registration, and insurance, please. Um Why are you pulling me over? Because your tag is expired. Okay. Okay. >> Am I breaking the law? >> Yes, your tag is expired. Any crime? >> Yes, your tag is expired. You have a supervisor? I am the supervisor right now. So, I'll need your license. You have a choice, okay? I'm going to explain this to you really probably once or twice to you, okay? I will call my supervisor, but if you fail to produce your information >> supervisor. I'm not failing to do anything. I'm asking for your No, you Yes, you are. No, I'm asking for your >> demand. I'm demanding your supervisor. No, you don't get to demand my supervisor. You wait. Because You serve the public. >> Yes. Wow, just when I thought this sovereign citizen from a couple of months ago had smugest and most entitled sovereign citizen of 2025 in the bag, along comes a new contender to pip at the post and steal the crown. Or in this case, handcuffs fitted by the supervisor she demanded. Stay tuned for the upcoming ceremony. I didn't call the new time. I didn't hurt anybody. I'm not 526, will you 56 me here? Now, I need your license, please. I'm not doing anything commercially. So >> Your tag is expired. Come here. I'll show you. No. It's right here. Okay. Stay here. Don't move. And surprise, surprise, this confirmatory check on the vehicle reveals the usual and obligatory suspensions and expirations. Expired vehicle registration. Driver license not valid. 2018 white Jeep utility vehicle. So, is this your Jeep? It is not. Okay. I already know that. Right. So, you >> It's still a lawful stop. It's lawful? >> It's a lawful stop. It's a legal stop. >> It's illegal. It's illegal or lawful? >> It's legal and I'm not going to argue with you. >> arguing, sir. I'm asking you a question. I'm asking you for your driver's license. You're driving a vehicle in the state of Florida and you are I'm traveling. I'm traveling. >> [laughter] >> I'm a traveler. Okay. I'm just to answer her question regarding the differences between legal and lawful. Lawful is an adjective that means conforming to the law or in agreement with the law. Legal is an adjective that means permitted by law or following the law. So, I don't think the person driving around without a license while at the same time claiming laws don't apply to her is in a position to question anyone about definitions. So, you're going to play that game? No, I'm not playing any game. This is my This is my freedom Okay. Yeah, it is. And sure I'm talking about you. My sergeant My sergeant's on his way and We're talking about you as a public servant. >> sergeant's on the way and you can talk to him. I can talk to him. Yeah. And I hope you know I hope you know. I hope I do, too. Okay. Do you know, I love that she thinks this sergeant who is just pulling into the parking lot is her knight in shining armor is about to make the arrest all the more satisfying. 526, I'll be going 10-9 to 7 at the bank. Can you have him back out real quick? Not right now. I'm doing I'm on a call, so as soon as possible. I won't hold you up long. Her Kansas tag is expired and she won't produce her driver's license, registration, or insurance. Okay. >> She was traveling. Okay. Hi. Good. How you doing? Good. So, I'm the day shift supervisor. This officer is conducting a lawful traffic stop. >> lawful or illegal? It's It's a lawful traffic stop. It is. And what law am I Okay. breaking? Apparently, your tag What law Okay. Can we see your license and registration? Uh That has nothing to do with >> Okay. 10-15. because Are you You're under arrest. >> Okay. For what? Why are you arresting me? Is your Yeah. You know what for. Right? Welcome to America. Now, that is how we deal with a sovereign citizen. Remind them of the country they're in while placing them in handcuffs. This is why I call Florida the state where the sovereign citizen script goes to die. This is not This isn't Don't resist. I'm not resisting. >> Yes, you are. This is not even my car. I did not Walk this. This is crazy. This is crazy, says the pointy-fingered sovereign citizen who lost her mind over a simple request for her driving documents. I hope your camera is on. >> Oh, it's on. Yeah. Hop in. 526, 10-15. And now to the jail for more shenanigans where she tries to act confused about where she is and of course trots out the old this is kidnap line. What is this place? The Ocean Ridge Police Department. This is kidnap. Step into the cell. Step into the cell. Why is stepping into there? Why are you putting me in here? Why am I putting you in in here? Yes. Why do you think I'm putting you in here? I Why are you putting me in here? This is absurd. It's called the consequences of your actions, dear. Something you obviously know nothing about and clearly because you didn't hear the word no as a child. Turn around. Wow. What you're going to do is provide your driver's license. I don't have a driver's or an ID. I You didn't ask for an ID. You said driver's license and registration. You did not ask for an ID. Mhm. And we'll see that on camera, so Face the wall. Can someone come in here to speak with you? Yeah, what we saw on camera is you playing semantics and sovereign citizen games and this got her charged with driving on a suspended license, driving with an expired tag, and resisting without violence. And according to Body Cam Watch, she would eventually enter into a pre-trial agreement with the state of Florida. The state would dismiss the charges after she paid a $100 fine, obtain her driver's license, or complete 25 hours of community service. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
