October 25th 2024 officers arrived at a Downtown parking lot in Youngstown Ohio after reports of a hit and run Witnesses stated that a black Ford Ranger crashed into a parked car and then moved to a different parking area why would someone leave the scene instead of reporting the accident I'm not talking about I'm not saying the rust but I'm saying the rust from this car and this all right here is all rusted and everything on the car this has been done is Rusted from where it's been done I'm not saying nothing about the rust I'm saying that the rust transfer from this to that car this is we my this is her car that girl over there oh yeah upon arrival the officer found the suspect vehicle unoccupied a 20 9-year-old woman approached the truck and when questioned she showed signs of agitation and defensiveness the officer asked if the vehicle belonged to her but she denied ownership a witness stated that a girl had been driving the truck hit a car looked around and then moved to another lot the officer confirmed with another person who claimed to have seen the truck collide with the parked car and then relocate a long scratch was visible on the suspect vehicle this your car no no I thought it I asked my employees so it was none of those in there so I don't know who call it was who called owner of the federal federal okay all right I'll go talk to him okay all right thanks a girl was driving that truck she's in she got out of the car she's down here somewhere but she hit this car she looked around and she moved into that lot and went about awesome okay but we don't know who car this is though so I thought it was a V2 employee so they came out and it's not theirs Rober yeah he came out I seen him yeah okay did you see it he saw it oh p in she was like pulling in and she's like she just didn't turn just straight smacked right into it and then probably backed out and moved to that spot all right let me drive over here all right thank you thanks another individual approached and admitted ownership of the truck but insisted that it had been parked there for months the individual claimed to have arrived at work at 10: a.m. and denied any involvement in an accident [Music] I don't I any areas there is this your car it is yeah I'm so sorry I didn't know where to park I just had to go get her it's all right I love you I I have a parking a parking permit I could not find the Wells Building well that's not the problem whoever was just driving hit a car in the park a lot over there so I have a witness and I have your plate from and damage to your side of this car in the car that's over there so car the long scratch no literally this car has not here has been here for months cuz my brother backed into a trash can and honestly this car has not what I parked here at 9:00 this or 10:00 this morning I work at um West 30 or 43rd 34 34 she just she just parked here so who just par she waited in the car I waited in the car for this car has not moved when the officer mentioned a witness and matched the damage the individual demanded video proof the officer explained that the license plate and vehicle description had been identified the person continued denying involvement insisting that the truck had not moved the officer stated that a tow truck had been called due to the vehicle being involved in a hit and run the individual refused to accept this and demanded evidence insisting that the keys had been in a bag all day promise like I put on everything there's no way that I hit any sort of Car anywhere this has been just since 9:30 so do they have video once again I have a witness do they have video okay so where did this car get hit cuz this has not in the parking lot over there no where's the video proof absolutely because it did not leave this spot I parked here this morning that has been there from my brother I'm I'm not trying I'm so I'm so I'm sorry I know not your fault it's just l has not moved there's absolutely no way this so if they have video proof of it I would like to see that I I don't know I didn't ask about video proof cuz they gave me the plate they gave me I see damage here I mean obviously that's probably o damage but this whole rust this rust the whole vehicle over there is Rusted where it was hit at it wasn't us so here's we go I called the tow truck because is matching the description I have the plate and I have this now okay but this has not moved you don't understand this has not moved so what what does that mean I'm going to tell the car because whoever hit it left it over there and didn't call to report an accident in parking lot the carely the car these Keys have been inside of West or 34th with me all day long you can go inside and ask anyone of my coworkers they've been in my bag all day listen I'm just giving you what I got that that's this is not getting tough where's the proof where's the proof this has not moved at all I want proof because you're not tell without I did not well you're not going to tell me I'm the officer reiterated that the plate matched the suspect vehicle the individual now frustrated called a family member claiming to be falsely accused the officer pointed out fresh damage on the vehicle but the individual maintained that the truck had been stationary since the morning I can't here you call my mom all of these marks have been on it it has not moved no damage single okay but this somebody's saying that I hit their car in another parking lot while I was at work through past five [ __ ] hours there's the scratch that Danny put on the side of the Ranger apparently somebody in the parking lot door said that I hit their car and now they're coming to tow this and I'm not okay with no I know that and it hasn't moved my keys have been inside with me all day Mom you have a GPS tracker on it no Mom they're going to tell the car because somebody some [ __ ] dumbass who probably hit their own car and doesn't have insurance is taking it out on me so here's the thing this all this rust right here and all this the vehicle this all this right here yeah matches the the damage to that car and when did this happen and they gave me this place I'm not talking about I'm not saying the rust but I'm saying the rust from this car and this all right here is all rusted and everything on the car this has been done is Rusted from where it's been done I'm not saying nothing about the rust I'm saying that the rust transer from this to that car this is we this is her car yeah hold on I'm giving her the phone the point is even if damage to this vehicle has been there forever the other vehicle is she doesn't she never left she was at work for 5 hours you want to go talk to my coworkers no I was just was my serving she's going to work Mommy she don't want to hear your [ __ ] I know I love you to death just another [ __ ] thing on the you know I can't catch a fing break yeah I was at work all day and apparently my car left while I was at work and hit somebody because it's rusted so it's an easy target she's been with me at work since 11:15 hasn't arrived that's fine somebody gave me this plate this description and told me this car was over here and I hit a car and the par there it's a piece of [ __ ] why not blame it on it not because of that because they were in the parking lot when it happened not not because it's a piece of [ __ ] I mean the scratch from my brother they want to blame it on that I'm not even going to say that's a scratch but this is fresh right here and this rust from this corner is on that car over there is what I'm explaining to you I there might be rust over there but none of this is fresh you can look at the back side of the car no the the car that was hit has rust on it which no I'm saying there might be rust on it but it's not from this cuz I've been inside of my work since 10 or 11:00 this morning 10:45 did somebody else drive the car no my friend who was sleeping in my car I had her walk down there that was 15 minutes ago who was sleeping in your car my friend the one that was just up here yeah I have insurance like I wouldn't hit and run I've been hit run L honestly I'm well that's what I'm saying did she drive your car no she my keys have been inside with me do you do you honestly think she didn't or did she no I'm positive she didn't my keys have been inside did you see the car over there that was hit no I started pulling into there okay I was just I was coming over there so I can show you okay so she my car par it's been parked here since 10:45 this morning I work at West 34 34 yeah okay so here's the issue I've had my keys my the guy uh I can't even think which restaurant but they gave me this plate this description and tell me that this was a car that hit the car over here this car does have damage in the front which I call Luc to to it because she just came out but talk to my mom the car over here has rust on it from the front of that car it does have damage from the front of the car wait rust on it look at this for me this right here she seems very defensive yeah the car is Rusted and old whatever but this right here is fresh yeah as we both know and this over here the the car over there is a silver malib and it has rust all on it from whatever car H it yeah so I was goinging over there to show you because I I was about to th this car because where we hit it just left the lot of yeah where you can see that I pulled in this morning and left it there um I don't believe there are cameras right here we we be back am I allow well she said I could see the other car I just while I'm doing an investigation I don't like people following me and and you know but just let us do our thing for a minute a discussion followed between the officer and a witness who confirmed that the driver had hit the parked car relocated and remained in the lot for 20 to 30 minutes before exiting the witness believed that the person currently present was covering for a friend who had been driving the officer decided to proceed with Towing the vehicle due to the confirmed hit and run where you calling to make a report yes you weren't out here when I came no I weren't right there this are right here you can see like the rust R from that other that matches that yeah to me have the other car I believe how you I think we do here so and we have a witness who says they saw where it drove to and they pointed it out to us and they gave us say m since clate yep so what do I need to do I've never had this out I'm just going of this give us a few minutes wel yeah that lady was way too defensive for me I feel like the friend that walked away is the one that was driving she wants to claim that her keys was in her purse the whole time did you see the girl did he see the girl that was driving he didn't he watched the truck hit the car the truck pulled out went and sat in that lot the girl sat in that lot for 20 30 minutes it's the friend it's not the one that proba the friend it was the friend and when we saw you guys I think she was still in the car at that point but R did see one of the girls get out and walk that help it was a friend okay as the situation escalated the individual became more agitated the officer ordered the person to stop interfering but the individual continued arguing the officer issued a final warning before arresting for disorderly conduct and obstruction of official business I don't understand either but no I to fight withman end of jail you I think we all understand what happened yeah it's it's the friend that left her here to take the blame for her hitting somebody's car over there and that's have to go and talk young lady watch out there's we don't want you to get run over come Crashing Down I don't know who the person is that can make up a fing story you want to give him the car car yeah I got to go get okay okay you have the KE she's going to get him I just knew as soon as you called me on this and I showed up and I saw him fast walking with you anytime I see people fast walking oh my gosh I know I know I know you know I hate to call you and I'm just like no
