Unlock it. You just hit my car. I will bust this window out. Unlock it. >> Yank his ass out right now if he doesn't get out. >> Welcome back to the Van Valian channel, guys. Today we head to Arkansas, courtesy of Natural State Transparency, who were kind enough to send this video to me, where the state police respond to calls about a swerving car and the driver throwing objects lit on fire out of the car. This leads to a crazy traffic stop where the driver refuses to cooperate and tries to flee, leading to one of the most epic window busts of the year so far. Get your popcorn ready for this one. 1024 10 4 exit 132 [Applause] Unlock it. Unlock it. Yeah. Roll the window down. Keep on rolling. [Music] Hey, roll the window down. >> I can't I can't hear you. No, I can't hear you. I don't know what you're saying. >> If what the trooper stopped short of saying during a conversation with a colleague because he gets interrupted by the suspect trying to flee is anything to go by, this guy could be using the sovereign citizen defense, but we can only hear one side of the conversation. And there was no arrest report available according to NST. The only thing I can confirm is we are dealing with the same level of stupid. Hey, go ahead and get your driver license for me. >> Go ahead and hand it out here to me. You got your registration is not registered. >> Huh? >> It's not registered at >> You got your uh you got your bill of sale. Uh, yes, sir. >> All right. Well, let's see it. Who Who do it belong to? >> You have to speak up. >> It belongs to my girlfriend. >> Girlfriend? Where is she? >> Ah, yes. The old it's not my vehicle argument. Meaning, anything you find in it during the inevitable search is not mine. because that's always worked out so well for these guys in the past. >> What are you driving all over the road for? >> Okay. What'd you do at the uh what'd you do at the White Oak overpass? Did you throw something out that was on fire? >> Huh? >> No, sir. Not at all. You have to talk to me louder. >> You didn't set a fire out there? >> No, sir. I did, but I didn't dis. >> All right, we'll see. You still live in Pine Bluff or you live here? >> Say again. business. >> Going to business trail. Where you going? >> Do what now? >> You're going the wrong way. Trooper Young, who goes on to perform arguably the best window removal this year, confirms the VIN of the vehicle, notifies his sergeant that things are okay for the moment, but agrees that he will need backup. >> 64 to 9 1050. or you need another unit. >> Uh we can get one come up here. He's got all his windows rolling up. Just roll him down a little bit. So once I figure out who he is and what's going on, I'll know better. Then >> for me and 22. Trooper Monroe arrives and parks in front to block the suspect in and trooper Shik parks up behind Trooper Young. The suspect doesn't like the look of this, so responds by doing one of the dumbest things possible. I'll [ __ ] shoot you. Put your hands up right now. I'll [ __ ] kill you right now. >> You piece of [ __ ] >> Get him outside. What's going on with him? >> Oh, I don't know. He don't want to open up his windows or anything. He's one of them that He's one of them that uh >> I'll [ __ ] shoot you. Put your hands up right now. Put your hands up right now. Goddamn hand, you piece of [ __ ] >> And now on to arguably one of the best window busts I think I've seen so far this year. >> Unlock it. Unlock it. Unlock it. You just hit my car. I will bust this window out. Unlock it. You ain't getting passed out right now if he doesn't get out. >> Get your ass out now. >> Now, if that window bus doesn't deserve a place in the Vanalian window break hall of fame alongside legends such as Lieutenant Cochran and Officer Shipley, I don't know what does. Get down anyway. I'm trying to over this way. Okay. Get out or get out. On the ground. On the ground. Okay. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hands behind your back right now, sir. >> And now for the window bus from Trooper Young's very own dash cam. >> Unlock it. Unlock it. You just hit my car. I will bust this window out. Unlock it. >> Take his ass out right now if he doesn't get >> Get your ass out now. >> Get out. Beat me up anyway. Watch out. Let me over here. >> Yeah, you brought it on. You brought it this way. The guy face down in the asphalt and about to be charged with two class D felonies and five misdemeanors. All of which we will take a look at soon is the person you should expect to hear the truth from. Do you? You don't have to put my face in. >> All right. As soon as you start complying, you'll start relaxing. >> Who is that? Why do you [ __ ] break? You get it? >> Why is he doing double? >> Okay, I see. Stop moving. Do you understand? Stop moving. You're under arrest. Stop it. >> Why am I under flexing? Seesaw flex. Stop. >> Why is he moving my wrist like this? >> What the hell is he doing my wrist like this? >> You're undercuffled up. So you need to chill and relax. >> I damn chill and relax. >> Handcuffs are not exactly made for comfort. Even less so when you resist arrest. >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving your feet. >> I will stop it. >> You're under arrest. You're handcuffed. Stop. >> Does that mean that you put my hand when you're flexed up on me? He didn't chill. >> Why did he put himself on you? >> He did. He's trying to double lock. >> Why is he trying to double locker? >> No, he's not. >> No, his husband is here. >> What kind of weapon you got? >> I have to kind of weapon you got fired. >> What kind of weapon you got? >> I don't have a weapon. >> I don't carry your guns. >> Why were you drawing the flee as soon as I pulled up in front of you? >> Because you you cut him up and hit me. Yeah. They find out why he was so eager to get away from the state police when they do the search of the vehicle. >> You have the right to name. Anything you say will be used to get you to court law. You have the right to attorney present. When we ask you questions and award attorney will be no cost. All right. You have the right to stop answering questions until an attorney is present. Listen to me. We had a 911 call. They said you were trying to light fires on the road. >> Okay. What happened? What do you mean? What happened? A lot of people talk almost. >> Do you have a weapon? Do you have a pistol? Do you have a knife? Why are you trying to flee as soon as I walk scared? There's no reason to be scared. Okay, we're all state troopers. We're all here to help you, too. >> Okay, then can you undo my phone? >> Nope. Listen. >> Yeah, drop the act, mate. The only thing you're in fear of is the class D felony waiting to be discovered during the search of the vehicle. >> What's going on? >> Well, you I don't know. Y'all tell me. >> I just told you everything. I told you everything we got. >> Okay. So, why am I Why is it so aggressive for a fire? >> Why are you trying to flee? >> It's not for a fire. >> I said I was scared.
