um I ran over an ex-boyfriend you ran over your ex-boyfriend trying to H how's it going hey I'm just stopping you for the windshield not a big deal I'm not looking to write you a ticket just letting you know um seemed pretty nervous I kind of I kind of just was getting a sense that she was wanted or something just by just by the initial contact with her run her driver's license info and checker for warrants and immediately we get a hit just a plethora of charges I think it was about 13 felony charges total one one of the heftiest warrants in state that I've seen with that many charges stolen vehicle illegally conducting an Enterprise and conspiracy kind of gives you a picture right of the person you're dealing with that you thought maybe just had a correct windshield I just need to input the insurance information can you I don't want to hold your phone and drop it can you step out so I can just in the insurance information on my computer so you do have a warrant for your arrest set a Tucson okay so put your hands behind your back yep for a stolen vehicle okay come back to my car they're going to confirm it but it's shown it's an active arrest warrant at a Tucson for stolen vehicle and then conducting a criminal Enterprise here we go right here I asked her if there is any weapons in the vehicle she said no but the first thing we find during a vehicle inventory the firearm are you not supposed to have firearms no I'm not are you prohibited possessor yeah one are the agravated assault charges from um I ran over an ex-boyfriend you ran over your ex-boyfriend for trying to hit me for trying to hit you when was that so 8 years ago you tried to run over your ex-boyfriend and then you got the aggravated assault charges okay so she's not allowed to possess Firearms so on top of the felony arrest warrant for the vehicle theft and operating a criminal Enterprise she's going to have local charges for uh weapons misconduct and a prohibited possessor in possession of a firearm okay we're going to get going to the anex to get her booked in and on to the next
