The suspect was identified as 20-year-old Lucia Shupo Shupo Tup Tu [music] Po Shupo and transported to the Valuchia County Jail where she was booked for window tent violations resisting an officer with violence, threats against a public official and battery on law enforcement officer. Court records indicate Lucia entered into a plea agreement with the state where she was sentenced to one year in jail, 5 years of probation, 50 hours of community service, and assessed a $618 fine.
