what he did was Bull he's getting a complain on his ass I will make damn sure on August 15th 2024 law enforcement officers were dispatched to a residence following a report from a father who claimed that his son was involved in a domestic dispute with his girlfriend the father also mentioned that children were present in the home which added urgency to the situation times worse that was stupid as well you guys could have let me get my dog put her up there you knew I come out every come come out every time the way you were acting were you going to come out you know I was yell at us I was trying to get my dog get your ass over there you go over there talking upon arrival the officers met the father who had initiated the call the father explained the situation and guided the officers to the couple's room as the officers approached the room it became evident that the situation inside was tense the couple was engaged in a highly aggressive argument and their voices could be heard outside the [Music] door this way this way [Applause] when the officers entered the room they immediately observed the couple's hosle Behavior the man and woman were both acting erratically and combatively showing no signs of cooperation with the officers the officers recognizing the need to address the situation quickly attempted to begin their investigation they wanted to separate the couple and understand the events that led to the domestic dispute however the man and woman were both argumentative and refused to cooperate no way I Ain interested Police Department I don't care about none of that a interested well we got called here for for domestic so you need to open the door what it is you guys go on somewhere else you need to open up the door and come [Music] out said your away I don't care what you said come out of the room now I'm coming through it open the door give me your show me your hands get out of the room get out of the room get out of the I told you once I don't care I told you once okay baby no we don't I got to grab that dog watch out he's all right he's all right Parish Parish why you do that yeah like you care now call for domestic they called and I got here and you were yelling you were both up here yelling screaming here go downstairs go downstairs I'm going to come in there and bring your ass out go down there go down there go down there what are you I'm telling you to go down for domestic get get down instead of answering the officer questions they continued to argue with each other and the officers asking the residents to intervene and distribute the investigation the officers tried to calmly explain their role and the importance of gathering information but the couple ignored their instructions and remained uncooperative with the situation escalating and the couple's Behavior becoming more unmanageable the officers decided to remove them from the apartment in an attempt to restore order they asked them to step outside so that the investigation could proceed in a safer and more controlled environment the man complied with the request but continued to cause a disturbance by shouting and acting aggressively his behavior indicated that he was unwilling to comply with the officer's Authority and it became clear that further intervention was necessary come on it's something wrong no don't do this in front of the kids bro don't you do in front of the kid I'm ready let's go let's go we'll go together no stay up like a't nothing wrong they're just stay back you get the my room I said get your ass out ass me I'll give it to you get downstairs go now we got separ look what he we ain't fighting this is what we got called for dude who cares what you get called for that dude you guys made it 100 times worse that was stupid as well let me get my dog put her up there you knew I come out every come come out every stay the way you were acting were you going to come out you know I was was yell at trying to get my dog get your ass over there you go over there go over talking to her you're to go to jail look what he did hey you did you go to jail I want to file complain sure aat when I went to get the dog he went have a seat for it [ __ ] came as the man continued to act disruptively the officers determined that he posed a significant risk to the safety and Order of the situation in light of his behavior the officers arrested the man on suspicion of being involved in a domestic dispute his actions up to that point including making loud noises and resisting the officer's attempts to gain control LED the officers to believe that he was the primary suspect in the incident the officers needed to ensure he would not further disrupt the investigation or harm anyone involved turn around turn around me smoke what are you doing is what he said turn around put your hands your back go ahead making a complain on you you me up anyway soon as I walked out try to get my dog you pushed me up against the on you know it should have listened the first time Jo you know what you were there for I told you what I was there for you dumb ass we had Jes shut up you shut the up you need to do something with his okay dude what the okay he going do that knock on the door said oh open the door we're going to kick it in I went over there unlocked it opened it a little bit had K and he had his taser gun whatever right there in my face he said come on out come on out I told him hold on we got dogs and kidss right now hold on a second you know got me the dog and everything out of the way I told him hold on and he start pushing it open Talking Reckless as I said what the like I didn't do nothing to you mother open the door and everything told you hold on and we got dogs and [ __ ] in here told him to give me a second was going to come down and everything what are you doing dude while the male suspect was was being arrested the female who had been involved in the dispute displayed even more extreme Behavior she began screaming and moving erratically around the area the officers repeatedly asked her to calm down but she refused to listen her behavior was a cause for concern as it disrupted the arrest and made it difficult for the officers to maintain control of the situation the officers repeated their requests for her to settle down but she continued to yell showing no regard for the authority of the law enforcement officers happened between you and Jo we're just fine we were verbally arguing and then mother called the cops cuz they don't even want us here like we don't need them we're just fine you need to back up now back up up back up I'll tell you what happened that weird mother had his [ __ ] point in my face right when I opened up the just sit in the car right now hey what's your name dude do okay sit in the car for me you're interfering with an arrest right now you're going to get arrest arrest for what I don't know what they're doing I'm working with you right now okay arrest for what I don't know well then go ask I'm working with you right now go ask ask I'm working with you go ask them we didn't we didn't need go ask them go ask them what it's for I will go ask them right now I just want you to calm down okay I know you're worked up I just want you to calm down okay what he did was [ __ ] he's getting a complain on his I will make damn sure here why to jail what charge obstruction he was told to come out of the to come out of the room numerous times he told why we were there he [Applause] said I'm to open this that when I got here I could hear the yelling coming from upstairs one might be too tight at that c that for no reason no no get away I'll go you know you can't the we got called down here for a domestic when I got here they're yelling screaming I met uh no no no no dad George Joe Thomas no Joe yeah Joe at the front door he let me in L me up I go up the stairs I'm standing there knock on the door I'm standing to you know the door's here I'm standing down at the top of the stairs yep so the door's up here on the right I'm sitting here I knock on the door I you know Police Department open the door he said I you go I don't want I said no it's not that way we were here you need to come out he said I out so I knocked in I said come out now and right there bro what is that okay goe at that point Paul still wasn't here yet so I come up the stairs and I come over to the side knock on the and I tell him open the you know explain everything already again to him he says no it's just I'm I don't know you look at again they they they open up the door finally open right and like I said I'm the only one here so I did have my my sidearm out I had it out here I said come out now blah blah blah at this time and I didn't see it I'm be honest dog did go running right by me okay think about back on it now I remember dog hit my leg so at that point Joe flings the door open and comes flying right through me so I'm grabbing a hold of him telling him not he flings his arm back trying to away from me he ends up hitting his arm on the look dude she was open up the door my girl open up the door she said he got a gun I said huh I pulled the door up that's when the dog went out I was like bro you got got to move when I tried to get past him he was on some [ __ ] he straight like pushed me up against the wall I said I'm not trying to do nothing I'm not trying to do nothing to you bro I just need to go down and get the dog so I slid past he ran me down the wall I want even mad about that I just wanted to make sure I got the dog before her she bit somebody and you guys had shoot her you know what I mean yeah I get it and he just keeps saying he's not coming out he's not coming out well she comes up to the door and she starts putting her hand in my face [ __ ] saying you know you don't even know why here blah blah blah so I got to hold her him come out Joe's moving around all over the place up there I don't know what the hell's going on so I grabbed a hold of her and pull her out then Joe grabs a hold of her pulls her back then grabs me and says don't do that to her blah blah blah some other you know colorful words okay so that point Joe goes in so I push the door further open so I can get getting an eye on everybody up there at that point I saw Joe had up so I was like Joe cuz he got a baby in his arms but I still trying to pull her out and get them separated Joe put the baby down and then he go like he's got up in my face he's ready to do this blah blah blah so at that point it was just craziness uh she ended up coming down then Jo followed back behind her are you still here by yourself no no h Hall got here okay at that point when they came down so then we're standing over here and he starts going on and on I'm like shut the Joe I was like you're about to go to jail for obstruction and he started running and then she started on her mouth and I told her several times go up go up there go up to the steps go up to the sidewalk separated mhm right and that be um I kind of like walked behind her I didn't push her or touch her or anything else I just said you know go go over there and then Joe comes over get off her mother blah other like getting about me too I was like shut I'm going to take your ass to jail for instruction too and when he was down here over here who was all here them two then his daughter is her there's four kids up in that room up there oh okay so I did shut the door to the room when I came down because the dog is still in there yeah and then there's you know the four kids but um Dad was here and can't remember what her name is Grandma they were both in the kitchen so you put him in cardly obing obstruction okay all right REO check just miss that car swing for but it was never like never there was no like major use of force do you know what I mean like it was just you just turn around yeah okay so um there the norm way we would if was somebody that's agitated or combative or so are you charging with tring at the minimum then um I said I was going to I read in his rights okay um I'm going to talk to H OIC Sergeant look over tonight so won't talk out of here in a minut oh yeah what are we doing there old OIC Sergeant I mean I put him myru definitely coming out of the room all why don't you start is it your call then why don't you just start on the obstructing and something happen dise with it don't come up on options like that okay I was trying to come up on my dad to try to call understand 100% but to us it looks like you're trying to interfere with what's going on right I wasn't I was trying to help you guys honestly true true to God I was trying to help you guys I was trying to tell him to calm the [ __ ] down cuz I seen him trying to resist and stuff so I want toal down so I wasn't trying to interfere with you guys that's why I got so upset because I truly was just trying to climb him down I was trying to tell him to listen to you guys cuz I know whenever my dad gets mad he doesn't listen to nobody it's just he listens to me I've known him for 25 years so I believe he listen me too so that's why I was trying from my perspective it looked like you were trying to get in the middle of what was going on so I don't want you to get hurt because we misperceive what you're trying to accomplish right later the man was presented to court where he faced charges of domestic disturbance domestic violence and disorderly conduct for resisting an officer the legal proceedings address the severity of his actions during the domestic dispute and his disruptive behavior during the arrest the court would examine the evidence assess the facts and determine the appropriate legal consequences based on the charges against him
