I'm not so bus. >> You guys ARE PUSHING ME. I'M I was asking you how many TIMES I I DID I ask you not to car I own the house at in my driveway. I don't even smoke while driving. I don't even come outside. >> I always thought a simple traffic stop for [music] expired plates would be a quick fix it ticket. But on February 29th, 2024, these passengers [music] turned it into a full-blown drama. Officers just wanted to talk about some December tags, but they decided to provide a much more [music] interesting story. They went from, "I know my plates are old," to, "I have a pocket full of trouble." Faster than a sports car. It was a spectacular display of bad choices. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Hey, I'm stopping you cuz your plates are expired since December. >> Yes, I know. >> Do you have people in the back? I can't see through window. >> No, no, there's no one in the back. >> Okay. Do you have license and insurance on you, miss? Yes, I have my license. >> I have to look for my insurance on my license. >> Okay. >> Can you look for your insurance? >> What's this tied off bag in your pocket right there? >> That that bag right there in your pocket. Is it weed? Yeah. >> Let me get it. >> You got any other? >> Yeah. Pull out the whole bag that's in your pocket. My guy >> is more than weed, right? >> Is cocaine. >> Come out the car. >> We car, man. Walk right here, my partner. Keep your hand out your pockets. Keep your hand on your pockets. Walk my partner. Coke. I got it. You got what? Coke. >> Anything else in the car, man? >> Okay. He's got coke on. So, hey, we're going to search cars. Is there anything else in this car? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Do you mind if I search your car real quick? Make sure there's no other drugs in there. >> Do I have a choice? >> I'm I'm just asking yes or no. >> I'm asking no. I would not like you to search for >> I'm asking you because it's your car and like to ask people out of courtesy. Your car is going to get searched up for me. >> Well, it's a traffic stop. So, does do I have to get searched? >> Your car is getting >> The officer started off perfectly polite, but the man decided to be honest at the worst possible time. It was mind-blowing how he just handed over his future like it was a piece of candy. The driver thought she could play the victim, but her car smelled like a dispensary and her man was literally holding the evidence. She created her own mess the moment she decided to argue while surrounded by illegal substances. >> Come out. Come out of the car. >> Why? >> Because your car smells like queen and we just arrested him and coke out of your car. Step out of the car. >> Step on out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I'm asking you to step out of the car. Please don't make me remove you from the car. Step out of the car. >> I don't want to because I mean why are you touching my car? >> Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Yes, you do have to step out of the car. >> I will arrest you for obstructing. Step out of the car. I'm not trying to make it difficult. >> Out of the car. I explain it to you three times. >> I don't have to. >> Step Yes, you do have to step out of the car. Step out of the car. I don't want to yank you. Step out of the car. >> I don't have to step out. >> Yes, you do. Step out of >> Let me go. >> Oh god. Here we go. Okay, leave me alone. >> You guys are pushing me and [ __ ] You're pulling away. Stop pulling away. >> I'm not pulling away. >> Stop pulling away. >> Pulling. >> STOP PULLING AWAY. >> WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? >> How many times did I >> How many times do it stop? >> IT'S TOO BAD. HOW MANY TIMES did I ask you? >> How many times did I ask you nicely? Let's go. >> You asked me what? You suddenly I'm arrested for a traffic stop. You >> stand over here. >> You're annoying, bro. Literally, you don't >> on the curb. >> No, I'm not. I sit on my >> stand. Fine. I don't care. You're going to get searched by a female, so that's fine. Whatever you want. >> Female. I don't give a you three. >> How many times did I ask you? How many times did I ask you? >> It doesn't matter. I'm ask I was asking you HOW MANY TIMES I I DID I [ __ ] as you not >> for caries. >> How many times did I ask you? >> I ask you and I told you don't make me pull you out. >> I asked you why are you arresting me? >> And I told you your car smells like weed without blood. >> Smoking weed. I can smoke WEED IN MY CAR IN MY >> in my house. >> Your car smells like [screaming] weed. She really tried to claim she didn't have to get out of the car, which was just a loudmouth, low IQ move. I absolutely loved how the cop matched her energy. She clearly didn't know what to do when her screaming didn't work. She kept yelling about her rights while being a total potato head regarding the actual law. It turns out that yelling, a nasty attitude, [music] and blatant disrespect will get you exactly nowhere but the curb. WEED IN MY CAR IN MY DRIVEWAY WHERE I OWN IT. DOESN'T matter if it's >> I'm not saying it smells like old burnt weed. I'm not saying it smells like old burnt weed. That's not what I'm saying. And >> have to get out of the car anytime a cop asks you to get >> also you have to get out of the car. No matter what reason the cop asks you to for you do have to get out of the car. >> Uncomfortable. I'm asking you >> because I arrested your boyfriend or whoever for coke. That's why you're uncomfortable. Are you serious right now? Was I not so nice asking you to get out of the car? Nonsense. You could have been on your way in 5 10 minutes, but No, you're not. >> I'm an [ __ ] >> Yes, you're an [ __ ] >> You made us yank you out the car cuz you're acting like a yank you out the car. >> You are an >> You are I don't give a call names. This ain't personal. >> Go ahead. Do it. I don't give a Hey, you guys. >> Did he call for a female breath? >> Okay. >> You guys are crazy as >> Hey, you want to escalate? >> You haven't said [ __ ] this whole time. Stop talking to me. >> Well, I'm going to say something cuz you're making no sense. >> Shut up. You don't make any sense, mother. I just wanted to go get food and go. >> You don't have that option. >> Obviously not right now cuz you guys >> You had that option before. You don't have that option. How many times I ask you 10 time to get out of the car? I don't want to drag a woman out the car, but you made me do it. And I told you it's going to >> He's being rude. I'm sorry. Like, he's being rude. >> Stop talking. My name is Sergeant Murray. Okay. I'm supervisor. I want you to understand something. >> The way you're acting is a is a huge indicator to these officers that there's something Stop. Don't interrupt me. I'm explaining to you why this happened. The way you were acting is a huge indicator to these officers that there's something going on inside that car, which is obviously true cuz they just took cocaine off that off the other individual. Right. >> I don't have any cocaine. I don't have any. >> Well, you may not, but the way you acted told them that there's something going on in that car. >> The officer finally gave her some real talk, calling out her lies and pointing out how ridiculous her claims were. Life is tough when you're stupid, and she was making it much harder by fighting every single instruction. Even when the sergeant explained that her behavior was a huge red flag, she just kept digging her own hole. It was a classic case of arrogance meeting [music] the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court won that round easily. >> Understand this now. We're seizing this car. >> Why? >> Because it's been used in the transportation of a controlled substance. >> I I literally just came to pick I just came out to hang out with my friend. I don't even go like, come on now. I don't even go outside. that he was being rude to me that I only asked. Yes, I battled him a little bit because of course I'm going to try to price my rights. I have rights. I said why am >> you don't have the right to stay in that car when you're ordered out. >> I do. >> Period. Supreme Court says so. >> I never I never rebuttal. I never had a rebuttal for that. I only said why. And he got he got like using his >> We don't we don't have to explain anything until the time is is right. And the time is right once the scene is secure and people are safe. >> Can you please zip up my jacket, BRO? I'M COLD. >> STOP. I CAN'T DO it if you're walking away from me. Try to face me. >> What the going on, man? >> What's going on is you're under arrest right now, at least for obstructing. Your car is being seized. Your partner, whatever his name is, he's going to jail for the cocaine. Okay. I This doesn't zip up around. >> IT DOES ZIP UP. >> OH MY GOD. >> I'M NOT GOING TO tear your I'm not going to tear your sweatshirts. >> Can you just unlock the cuff so I can just ZIP UP MY COLD? >> NO, MA'AM. I'm cold, too. You're going to be in the back of a police car very shortly as soon as you're searched by a female officer. Let me ask you this. Is there anything on your person right now that shouldn't be cuz we're going to find it. All right. If there is and you don't tell us when we bring it into the the police department, >> you should say yes. >> I mean, I can smell. >> Come on. You know what it is. I can smell when I walked out of my car. >> Your radio be covered up by the camera. So, don't try any of the nonsense right under your radio. >> I don't have any way that I get I get from the dispenser. I smoke it in my parking lot where I own the house at in my driveway. I don't even smoke while driving. I don't even come outside. You know, we he's like he's he's he's musling me. He's he's being like extra authority. He literally I asked him. >> Let me ask you, how many how many traffic stops a day do you think me and >> I've never EVEN HAD A TRAFFIC TICKET? I'VE NEVER STOP. Answer my question. How many traffic stops a day do you think we make? I >> I'll answer it for you. 20 or 30. How many times do you think we have? >> She actually had the nerve to ask the officer to zip up her jacket while she was being arrested for obstruction. The entitlement was staggering, especially after her boyfriend was caught transporting enough coke to start a party. She kept claiming she never even had a traffic ticket, as if that gave her a get out of jail free card for a drug bust. You truly cannot [music] fix stupid, but you can definitely arrest it and put it in cuffs. >> The car because they refused to get out. >> Almost never. >> They didn't have to pull me out. They absolutely did. That's why he was impatient. That's all he was. It's not a matter of patience. Listen to me. What are you doing? When you're told when you're told you have to get out of THE CAR, DO NOT PULL AWAY. >> OKAY. DON'T ME. What the wrong with y'all? >> WHAT'S WHAT'S WRONG WITH US is that there's rules. There's ways to do this and you're not doing it and it MAKES US FEEL [screaming] OVER A MESS. WHY are you janking me like that? What the gosp >> I don't have human rights as a be like I'm being not am I being >> what right what right is what right is it that you're you're claiming you're >> going to stick the mail you have anything on you no anything you're not supposed to have drugs welcome to master There's no need TO YELL. >> THERE IS. YOU GUYS ARE YELLING at me. You just pulled me off after you were trying to play gun. Stop like you. Follow Officer Gilbert's orders. legal orders. >> The soon the sooner you do that, the sooner you get in the car and get warm. >> We're bogus. >> Okay, that's fine. We're bogus. >> Okay. >> That's fine. But you don't have to overdo it. LIKE I AM I LIKE WHAT? YO, you want to yell at me? I'm not yelling. I'M JUST TALKING. YOU GUYS ARE >> literally the definition of yellow. >> I'm not yelling, ma'am. Please. Ma'am, I'm not yelling. >> Make sure you don't I don't have any underwear. I'm not getting down here. >> In the end, her loudmouth and horrible attitude turned a simple plate issue into a trip to the local jail. She thought she could outar argue the law while sitting on a pile of lies, which is a bold strategy that never works. The officers showed a lot of patience before they finally had to drag her into reality. She learned that being a rebel queen doesn't work when there's cocaine in the passenger seat. She was officially charged with resisting arrest without violence, trafficking in a controlled substance, and driving with an expired registration.
