driver if she had been drinking the young woman admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages indicating that she had been drinking when the officer inquired about any medical conditions or recent injuries the driver stated that she was medically fit and had no heart issues or other relevant medical concerns just to drive to drive use them for walking too no no are you able to walk with your other friends we went we had a drink then my other friend showed up and then um we had another drink she bought us a drink then I had two other friends showed up and they were like orgu with some guy to drive Arwin obviously she's whose car is that Irwin Irwin's car yeah okay she's in the passenger but okay um so I said like this is what I have to do like I'm going to drive home like we can stay here and we can Uber or you guys can like take us if you guys are okay and they were like basically didn't answer us like they just ended up going home that's pretty much just happened nobody ever answered us so we're like okay well we have to get home at some point I have to go to church in the morning like how much ala have you consume I've had two um tequila Red Bulls and I've had one shot of um not teramana what is it um what is it okay well total three okay right yeah okay and when did you stop drinking after that last shot what was that last shot 30 minutes ago 45 minutes ago yeah probably like 45 minutes agoes ago because she said that she couldn't drive and I was like well I know that Arwin can't drive and she has her car so I was like okay I'm going to stop drinking so I stopped drinking then I was under the impression that they were going to Uber us we were all going to Uber together okay that didn't end up happening they left us before we could even order the Uber or anything we were like right down the street and we like okay well you think it was pretty smart to drive no no you drink no it's not legal to drink and drive I know I understand that but if you
