So, since like last week, Thursday or something, I was talking to this girl and she's been sleeping at my house and apparently she was in a relationship with that guy at the same time. And I didn't know that. So, I was here packing up the stuff that she had and as I was carrying it out door, she came up the stairs to me and grabbed it anyways, but then he came in after she was just trying to leave and started talking a bunch of trash to me, asking why I was being so scared of talking to him about it and that's when I found out that they were actually still together and then he started making threats and [ __ ] calling me a [ __ ] So, my brother stepped in, told him to get out. He said he wasn't going to. So, my brother shoved him out the door and then he went and reached for it and my brother saw it. As soon as he saw him reaching, he socked him twice and then he still got it out and cocked it and then we all just ran. I don't know if my brother's okay, but he was still in the house with him for like 2 minutes afterwards. I didn't hear any shots, but everybody just ran away and Yeah, right over there. He said he wasn't leaving, so he kind of gave him a shove to get out and he lifted his sweatshirt and put his hand on something and then Wade rocked him twice and then Yeah, he pulled it out the rest of the way, cocked it. Shorts and a hoodie. >> So, right now we don't we don't have the physical evidence of the gun, but we have the holster. We have three witnesses saying that they saw the gun. Um, going on non-intoxicated, second degree reckless endangerment, safety, criminal damage property, resisting and my favorite, disorderly conduct. Investigators then began looking for the female who had been seen walking with him earlier. Did you see her come out? Yeah, I didn't either. So, she is. How's it going? Hi. >> You Summer? Yes. We need to have a chat. Okay. Let me go across the street here. I'm going to run and contact with Summer. We just called to see when his bond goes. He doesn't have a bond. He's staying the weekend. Right there's good. So, why don't you just tell me what happened? So, alls I wanted was to grab my stuff my wallet and everything because I broke up with Zack. Well, I tried to, but he didn't want to be an adult and shooed me away like a fly. >> Okay. So, Santana was walking me around town so I wasn't alone and he came with me there to make sure everything was fine because I have an issue with men and when they get angry and [ __ ] So, he came with me. He stayed outside, but he heard Zack say something to me and he did not like it and so he snapped. Okay. So, then he told them like, "I don't know why you're kicking her out. Like I understand that you're breaking up and stuff, but like she has nowhere to go. I'm homeless." So, he uh It wasn't him, but Wade was the one who swung first three times and that set Santana off. >> Okay. So, after that everything was a blur and I don't really remember everything. I was trying to get Santana out of this situation and Wade just kept talking [ __ ] and >> Okay. that was not Okay. So, that's all that happened and I'm just I'm really stressing out because I feel bad and I feel like it's my fault because alls I wanted was my [ __ ] and Santana was just trying to defend me. Okay. Did you So, obviously we got reports that a gun was displayed. Did you see a gun? No. I did not. Okay. So, Santana didn't give you a gun when you guys were walking away when I drove by you guys? >> No. I mean, I do have one that's mine The gun's in there. >> myself. Really? >> And basically everybody that was in the house saw Santana reach for a gun. I didn't >> when he got punched, everybody in there said after he got punched, he pulled the gun. I didn't see anything. I was behind him. Okay. >> And then when I came forward, I didn't see it and I was trying to like push him out the door. Like get out. >> Okay. But So, you said you you don't have a holster for the gun at all? You've never had one? >> No, it stays in the So, if that gun were to match the holster that we found, would that raise some questions, do you think? Is it loaded right now? I have no clue. Someone gave it to me. It's going to match. Black 1911. They said it was, but >> 1911. So, that gun fits the holster that we picked up. >> Yes. [ __ ] Did Santana have that gun on him? I didn't see a gun or anything, so I I I Again, like here's the problem is that everybody there said that they saw him take a gun out of his waistband and we found we found a waistband holster in the front lawn. I didn't And that holster, that gun will fit in that holster perfectly. It's mine, so In the beginning after Wade punched him, I didn't see the gun until he was by Wade's room. He didn't point it at anybody. He was just swinging it around. Freaking I I don't know if he has bipolar or not. Okay. But he just he snapped and I was trying to get him out. And he freaking smashed our TV and I was like we need to go. You've You've done enough. Let's go. And so we walked off. And Yeah, he did give it to me. So is that actually your gun or did he have that in his waistband the whole time? >> it. Okay. People could have could have lost their lives tonight, okay? Okay. So I'm I'm really thankful that you realize that and that you decided to be honest and forthcoming with everything, okay? Am I going to be released tonight? What's that? Um there would be operating firearm intoxicated. Disorderly conduct. And then secondary reckless endangerment. The what? Which ones did you miss? All of it cuz I was over there. So resisting officer. Okay. Resisting officer. Obstructing. Disorderly conduct. Uh secondary recklessly endangering safety firearm while intoxicated. How late could we be out of here tonight? I was on the street. Okay. Oh, I mean we tried to ask you about that and you didn't want to talk to us. So I guess You mean you tased me? Right. Right. Santana was arrested on several charges including disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, second degree recklessly endangering safety, operate firearm while intoxicated, carrying concealed weapon, criminal damage to property, all repeaters. Court records show that Santana initially pleaded not guilty. However, on November 4th, 2024, the case was resolved with a plea agreement. Santana entered no contest pleas to two charges, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Both counts included a repeater modifier and the disorderly conduct charge also included a dangerous weapon modifier. The court found Santana guilty based on the no contest pleas. The remaining charges, including the felony reckless endangerment charge and several firearm related offenses, were dismissed but read in as part of the plea agreement. For the two convictions, the court withheld a formal sentence and placed Santana on probation for 12 months.
