Someone had to write sorry letters to the cops and now they're locked up in a jail cell. >> Don't you kick that car again. Wait, we just might have to put you out. >> On Friday, December 12th, a normal talk with the police suddenly goes totally wrong. A person ends up in a big fight with the officers leading to a massive mess with the law. Things get extremely heated in a matter of seconds pushing everyone involved past the breaking point. How does this routine encounter turn so completely out of control into a massive legal disaster? Jump straight into the video with me right now to find out. >> It's a little strange. I don't know how the conversation I had with her, she's like, "You do whatever the [ __ ] you want to do." I said, "I'm just trying to get a payment because you paid up till the 10th. However, we need payment moving forward. And your car is currently being declined. So, sorry. We're just doing our due diligence. And so, she's like, "You do what you have to do." >> West Palm Beach police. >> Hello. >> Can I have your serial number real quick? >> Sure it is. >> Sorry. >> That's all right. >> Get off of me. No, no. >> I want you to get off of my arm. >> Nope. >> You chose this for yourself. We gave you plenty of options. >> [snorts] >> Stop it. >> No, you made me Wait, I already got it. >> Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. You need to >> Get off of me. >> Get off of me. You started to kick me. Why would I get my foot off of you? >> Get off of >> She acts like a total child when things don't go her way. Oh, sure, just lock yourself inside and pretend nobody's out there. Well, that little trick never works, and now the cops have the master key ready. She really thought that she could just ignore a hotel bill and hide out all day. Look at her trying to act tough while walking out in cuffs. She acts surprised, but she brought this whole mess right onto herself. >> Get off of me. >> Don't you kick that car again. Wait, we just might have to put you in hobbles. You getting in the car? >> Get off of me. I'm not getting in the car. >> Okay, get in the car. >> We're going to hobble her. >> You going to hobble her? >> Get the hobbles. Put them on her right here. >> You got it? >> She just spit in his face. >> You got spit mask, too? Here I got You got one here. All right, we're going to lift you up and we'll put you in the car. Let me get the other arm. >> Good. >> She behaves all tough, right? But spitting on someone who's just doing their job shows zero respect, man. Of course, the officers bring out the spit mask right away because nobody wants to deal with that disgusting mess. Well, she keeps fighting and kicking like a toddler throwing a massive tantrum in the middle of the street. It's embarrassing to watch a grown adult act this way over a simple hotel bill. >> Your side? >> I guess so. >> Yeah, her heart is that way, so Hi, Chrissy. Let's see. >> Get your [ __ ] hands off me. Oh, no, no, no, no. Don't be trying to take that. NEVER GOING TO SEE YOUR [ __ ] ASS FACE AGAIN. >> OKAY. >> DON'T TALK ME THROUGH [ __ ] [ __ ] Do your [ __ ] job. >> All that means. All right. >> Get out of here. You better You better not rip my skirt. You better not rip my dress. You can't even afford it, [ __ ] >> Okay. >> You can't afford it. >> You got the bottle? >> I got her feet, though. >> I'm about to cut this dress off. >> afford it. >> Cut it, bro. >> All right. >> NO, CUT MY DRESS. [ __ ] YOU WISH YOU HAD ONE. >> HI, KAREN. >> YEAH, OKAY. YEAH, I'm a sassy mother >> [laughter] >> I can't. I'm just going to cut you THROUGH THIS. OKAY, SIS. I'm going TO CUT YOUR DRESS. OH, OH MY GOD. >> ARE YOU GOING TO GET IN THE car easily this time? >> to me. WHY DON'T YOU GET SOMEBODY ELSE? GET SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO >> with me. You're stuck with me. >> I'm not. >> Yeah. >> I'm not. >> Yes. >> I'm not I'm not even here by my own. >> Huh? >> What are you from? >> Put your sandals on, please. I'm from I'm from New York. I'm from Brooklyn. >> No, you wish. >> Come on, let's go. Let's go. >> You want to do this again or >> I don't Hopefully we won't have to. I would like not to hobble her. >> I would like to not. Put your FEET >> A LITERAL PAIN IN MY ASS. >> PUT YOUR FEET IN. Put your feet in so I CAN >> EVERYBODY HERE IS OLDER THAN ME. THAT'S THAT'S CRAZY TO ME. >> OKAY, put your feet in so I can TAKE IT OFF. >> EVERYBODY HERE IS OLDER THAN ME. >> All right. Okay, I'll take this off. >> Patrolling [ __ ] I'VE GOT YOU RUN THE STREETS. I GOT YOU RUN THE STREETS. YOU'RE ON A THING ON THESE STREETS. THIS THIS IS FLORIDA IT'S NOT THE MOTHER FLORIDA OUT HERE. WHAT the dick You You think you think you're running, dick? >> She's on her own. >> Okay. >> I said if you touch my car I will never HAVE TO SEE YOU AGAIN. THAT'S WHAT'S PISSING ME OFF. SORRY. >> You're a pain in my >> Okay, now she's throwing a complete meltdown over her dress like an absolute brat while officers try to get her inside by threatening to cut her clothes just to force compliance is wild. Yet, she thinks insulting everyone and screaming random nonsense will magically make them let her go. >> I was at the airport to a vet that's happening >> You okay? You okay? >> I know you? >> No? All right, get out. >> She's from Brooklyn. >> I'm here. >> You say that [ __ ] one more time. You You sucking my Come on, man. I'm telling Let's go. I'm asking you a simple thing, like leave the hotel. You don't do that. You don't do the simple things. So, now you have two felonies and a misdemeanor charge on you. Okay, get out. Walk. >> You're obsessed with me. I'm telling You, come fix my screen. >> Yeah, come on. >> No, come fix it. >> Come on. >> I'm not playing good cop, bad cop with y'all. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah, work for it, [ __ ] Work for it. Yeah. Work for it. >> What are you doing? >> You guys don't understand anything. >> Take these shits off. Take these shits. >> Stop. Come on. Put her on the bench and then we'll Put her down, Connor. Okay, let's go. Let's go, Connor. Connor, let's go. Connor? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I got this. >> Stop. >> You want me to cuss? I'm going to cuss. >> Hobble her. Bring the hobble. >> Oh my gosh. >> There's some kind of crazy problem. So. >> Back to kicking the car doors again because nothing gets through to her. Yes, screaming insults and acting completely out of control is definitely going to convince the officer to just open the door and wave goodbye. She refuses to stop fighting the process, like proving once again that she has zero ability to act like a rational adult. Well, things shift from a bad decision into a heavy legal territory fast. And when someone physically fights or spits [music] on the officer during a routine call, the situation instantly crosses the line from a simple [music] civil dispute into a serious felony charge. State laws treat assaulting emergency workers who are just trying to do their jobs with zero leniency. Meaning every extra kick and swing inside that police car permanently seals a harsher outcome in front of a judge. >> Okay, got the auxiliary out. She has to clean her hands. >> Can you take them off? >> Yeah, I'm going to make you work for it. You want to say no? >> Okay, have a seat. >> him in. We'll bring him >> Have a seat. >> We'll bring him in. >> Have a seat. >> Cold word, Brooklyn. Yeah, cold word. Brooklyn, she's from Brooklyn. You will never humble me. You will never humble me. You will see me in the streets and be like, "Damn, be like, that [ __ ] I wish I could be like her." You know how they always try to pull my hair out? >> They tried to pull your hair out? >> That [ __ ] >> No, I didn't see that. >> It's not on camera? >> It might be on camera, yeah. My camera's on, so if it happened, it's on camera. >> She's sitting there giggling like she's sitting there thinking that I'm sitting in the cell I'm listening to her ignore me and giggle after that with y'all. >> No, you were filming us. >> Bored. It's all her on board. >> Okay, she's bored, Jackie. >> Excuse me, I'm a lady. >> Go ahead. I'll put your seatbelt on, okay? >> I'm here all the way over here. So, watch y'all watch me ignore me. I was going blind where I was at. This is all an attempt to destabilize my stabulation. You guys don't know real [ __ ] >> Oh, yes. Shouting that everyone wished that they could be like her from a jail cell is truly inspiring because she honestly thinks acting completely unhinged makes her look powerful. Yeah, blaming officers while throwing non-stop tantrums is peak delusion and watching her face real consequences is deeply satisfying, man. When the legal process finally came to an end, the punishment caught up with her. She admitted in court that she had attacked a law enforcement officer and fought against the police during her earlier July arrest. The judge decided to withhold formal judgement giving her a sentence of 141 days in lockup. Though she got full credit from the time that she already sat in jail. Looking back at this whole mess, there's a big takeaway for everyone. You know when people get angry and refuse to listen to police officers, things only get worse. Fighting back or swinging at cops never solves anything and just brings heavy trouble later. This video teaches us that losing your temper only guarantees a much harder punishment in front of a judge. A calm head and a little bit of patience could have stopped her from losing months of her life behind bars. Instead, she ended up with two years of probation, 50 hours of unpaid community service, and the embarrassing job of writing apology letters to the very officer she fought. What do you think? Did she make the situation completely unavoidable by refusing [music] to cooperate from the start? Or could things have gone another way? Drop your thoughts in the comments below.
