no don't do anything please get under let me go I can walking on February 16th 2023 in Ohio officers were dispatched to a local homeless shelter following a 911 call reporting a woman who is acting rude and aggressively toward the staff the call was accompanied by background noise of shouting and cursing which highlighted the intensity of the disturbance oh if it's this chick she's going to be good good to go on a indictment fonus assault on a PO when officers arrived they immediately knew who the suspect was because they had been called to the same exact place over five times within a month Alexis far you hit on scene 114a dispatch for myself on 18a scene please upon arriving at the shelter the officer went inside to assess the situation the officer began by speaking with the woman involved to understand her perspective and gather her side of the story Additionally the officer spoke with the shelter employee to obtain detailed information about the disturbance did that tra come out 22 what is going on on my radio I'm doing well how are you oh okay you just told me huh you told me that okay man how you doing he a he already knew your name already know they got last night you're going to come outside put not a big deal you guys just help me you know okay that's fine he already knew your name and everything I'm not doing anything she ain't going the officer asked the woman for her name and discovered that she had multiple active warrants out for her arrest the warrants indicated that her behavior was not only a matter of concern at the shelter but also involved broader legal issues the officer requested the woman to cooperate and comply with their instructions but she refused to listen ain't going back like I'm going to fight you guys I appreciate that you're arresting me well you have a warrant that makes no sense I did nothing I did nothing you want to go to the ground I did nothing you know you want to go to the ground I did nothing stop you no I did nothing stop toight quit then let me go I did nothing stop stop I did nothing stop resisting I quit Alexis Alexis stop okay it's just not going to work okay [Applause] nothing I did nothing just just stop I literally have nowhere to stay i l don't know [ __ ] all right and I've already been to jail once just give me the hand no I Alex stop that's fine get get a purchase on her arm all right out use your leg you guys are arresting me for no [ __ ] reason are you going to make us carry you out would you like H why are you guys even arresting me [ __ ] sad listen to me I didn't nothing Alexis listen to me we just fought with you on the ground I already just pissed me for a damn year fine okay well let's figure it out outside instead of making a scene in here in front all these nice people the officer's primary goal was to ensure the safety of everyone inside the shelter however the woman's continued aggressive behavior obstructed this objective she persistently created disturbances yelled at staff members and even assaulted other individuals present okay you guys are just going to take me to jail well you said you wanted somewhere to sleep I don't want to sleep there you can just take me to my goddamn friend's house all right come on you can't just take me to my goddamn friend's house I'll think about it if you get up no you won't I know you won't you're right I won't you need to get up and come on no you you are not arresting me would you like a whole another charge I did nothing we're going to scare you out I literally did nothing wrong okay well if you did nothing stand up and walk out here got to carry out you're just going to arrest me anyway for no reason can we borrow one of these 18 dispatch can I have a single not be Reon right 113 you're still going to [ __ ] arrest right what I'm not going to lie to you so let's just go no let's go like an adult no I'll do the instruction you guys are arresting me for no gting official business because you refuse to get up stand up and walk out on your own okay listen to me this is your last this is your last opportunity I'm going to drag you out let's go no ow [ __ ] you [ __ ] oh disorderly conduct no [ __ ] you [ __ ] another disorderly conduct no three no you guys are you know you guys are [ __ ] arresting me for no reason on died by it wasn't assault I just bumped her your the conduct obstructing official business that's got to hurt your hands come on all right let's just turn now on white car you all the way J you guys are arresting me for no goddamn reason you know right what you guys are arresting me for no reason now you're just being a child you're sitting on the floor crying because you guys cuz you hit your P officer I didn't I treated you with respect in there I didn't hit her I bumped her okay I don't care then grow up and fight it like an adult instead of throwing like a child I'm not going back to jail you're throwing a tantrum no I'm not there's nothing there's no matter what check on us I'm not going to jail did we got on the radio when we heard that she's like the officer decided to take the female into custody as they did so she started to resist and aggressively demanded to be released even physically assaulting the officers in the process consequently the officer made the decision to formally arrest her calling foro oh I was just calling for another crew to help B carried her out already I did nothing she did nothing wrong okay well if they want you gone you still got to go I know that's why I am want to go to my friend's house no this one this is this is like I can fit two fingers in it's so freaking HT ma'am I can fit four fingers in here it's I can fit three I can fit three handcuffs aren't the most com and especially when you're in to fighte fight probably cuz I have a goddamn watch on I mean it's take it off real quick no can't take off ow ow am I literally have work tomorrow come on do not touch me one all right you just hobbler I'm got to Hob in my car all right you're going it's just you're going to make this all worse on you now it's just embarrassing nowar then you're going to be in jail a lot from here on now no I'm not I literally have work tomorrow and now you're not going to make it cuz you went from going just for the warrant to now trying to kick me I tried but officer attempt is still a crime I kicking someone door to break in but they scare me off did I still attempt to break into their home she has that hand she's up just let go I did nothing no wait a moment [ __ ] now we can't loosen them what the [ __ ] are you doing okay we got just spring up my leg is that all you're doing no don't do that can't do that that counts as a Haw tie we don't have time for policy okay we it ow let you stand up ow we should get underneath her let me go I going to walk you know refuse to do it are you going to kick him again no all right youing me too much let's just carry out like person no don't not go they walk I'm frying ow you guys are course ow why just let me go please just let me go I did nothing watch your head now I don't care I too tight later the woman was brought before the court facing charges of disorderly conduct assaulting an officer and resisting arrest these charges stemmed from her aggressive behavior and refusal to comply during the incident at the
