I I told you I was his crazy ex cutting his tires, right? >> So, this is the other guy that's involved. >> Um, he had my my period though. >> Water was going off. He's nasty, y'all. >> Back on July 15th, 2023, a shocking incident came to light when a breakup turned into a complete disaster. What should have been a simple separation escalated into chaos. A woman aggressively damaged her boyfriend's car and created a full public scene right in front of officers. Instead of acting calmly, she chose to argue non-stop, making the situation far worse. Watch till the end to see how officers handled this intense and messy situation. >> Hey, come here. >> Hey, come here. >> That's why your car. >> Hey, >> I don't give a >> Relax. Relax. I need you out of the road. Come sit over here with me. Okay. >> Yeah, me up. >> Okay, that's why Okay, come out of the road with me. Stop. Stop. Come out of the road with me on the sidewalk. >> Hey, what's going on? >> He cheating on me. >> He's a line >> and that's my car. >> That's my car. >> This is your car. >> Both of them are mine. >> Okay. What happened to it? >> No, I wasn't. First, I told you I was his crazy ex got in his tires, right? What is so this is the other guy that's involved? >> Um yeah, that's my ex-wife. >> What's your date of birth? >> Matter of fact, can't nothing. >> He's the other one. >> The lunchroom if you want to talk to him. >> He ain't nothing to say. >> Hey Niger, what's your name? >> I'm trying to help him. Emma, >> okay, come over here so he can't hear us talking. Let's just come over here. >> He He don't even know what he >> over here. Just wait by your car over here. >> So what what's Tell me what's going on. >> I was trying to help him. >> Okay. How? >> That's all I'm going to say. >> That's all you want to tell me? I was I was trying to help him. >> Okay. Well, you know, if that's all you're going to tell me and he says something different, >> but you have no evidence, right? >> Nigeria started the night by claiming she was just a victim of a cheating man. She stood in the middle of the road looking like a fashion disaster in an outfit that was certainly something. She told the officers she was actually trying to help her ex-boyfriend make some gas money through Uber Eats. It was truly embarrassing. She was living in a car with her children, but claimed she had the resources to help him. >> Right. >> I got in her car cuz she said she needed me to >> cuz we just broke up today. I took everything off her phone, all my Uber Eats and stuff. So, she wanted me to do Uber Eats orders with her, >> you know, so she can make money at gas money. She picked me up. She drove me. >> She picked me up. We left the car here, you know, take let my car take a break. >> The evidence. >> It's on your car. You >> Hey, don't don't talk to He's going to talk to her right now. Just talk to me. Um, >> so what happened? So she picked you up to do Uber Eats and then what? >> Yeah, she uh >> she drove me all the way right here to Orange and Lemon. >> Uhhuh. And >> where'd she pick you up from? >> She picked me up from right here. >> Okay. >> And she drove me to Orange Street in Lemon. We got there, she started going off on me, start hitting on me like just out of nowhere, start blasting. I thought we was cool. >> She gave me an okey to come hang with her. I was like, "Okay, fine. I'm going to come let you do some orders so you get gas in your car." >> Yeah. So she did she came >> with the girl. So she was asking for >> she she came >> and picked me up from here. We drove all the way down tent right here. >> Got to like Lemon a little past Lemon. >> Mhm. >> And she just starting on me. Told me to get out her car. So I grabbed all my all my keys and stuff. >> Did she Did she say anything to you before she started hitting you? >> Yeah. She was just start she saw she got mad because we broke up today. We were homeless together. You know, I was helping her. >> Yeah. My auntie let me come take a shower at her house. She got mad, try to assume that I'm just doing everything wrong cuz I went and took a shower and started welling on me and then she kicked me out the car was started hitting me then and there then tried to hit me with her car right there >> right there on 10th street. So I had to hide behind the post two times right here. We're walking down the road. I walked down the road. She told me she was going to out my car and this is what she did. >> Is that her car? >> Yes. >> And then whose car is this? >> Mine. >> This is your car? >> Yeah. She just did all this. >> She said it was her car. I mean, is it >> This is my car. >> Okay. >> Um, we It's ours, but it it belongs to him, but it's ours. >> Okay. Do you make payments on it or >> No, it we riding it because my car was down for a little bit, but we share everything is what I'm trying to say. >> We share everything. >> Okay. >> But it's just his name. This is in my name. The ex-boyfriend explained a very different version of the evening's delivery service. Meanwhile, Nigeria's story about sharing everything didn't quite cover the part where she smashed his car into a pulp. She was acting crazy because he supposedly cheated and now everyone was suffering the consequences of her lack of chill. >> Okay. Uh where do you stay at? >> I sleep in my car with my kids. >> Okay. >> I have three little kids in there. I sleep in my car with my kids. >> Okay. and he's trying to cook us, but he cheated on me. >> Mhm. >> With the girl, so she was acting crazy. So now I'm acting crazy. Y'all acting crazy. >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened tonight? >> Huh? I I just told you. >> Okay. So what? You caught him cheating on you or what? >> Yes, I caught him cheating on me. >> I don't know. I'm I'm saying I caught him cheating in general. The lies, everything. I caught him cheating. I don't have to go fill in depth cuz it's none of your business. I know this is your job and everything. You have a suit on, but I don't really have to ask any questions cuz I already told you. So, I don't have to repeat myself. I know the law. >> All right. I'm not I'm not trying to be rude to you or anything. I just I want to get a full picture. >> I'm just hostile and you should know that your job. So, of course, I'm going to look at you that you're like you're against me. You know what I mean? Because somebody had called on me. So, it's just like, oh, I'm the bad guy. I'm hostile. But, I was trying to help him. >> Okay. And what happened to his car? How'd all that get there? >> I don't know. You have cameras around here. You could probably look it up and see. I can't tell you. >> So, you didn't see anything? >> Nope. >> Why are you so sweaty? >> Because I was running. >> Where were you running? >> Why? I was running. That's why I'm sweaty. Don't you sweat when you're running? >> Yeah. Thank you. >> So, were you randomly going for a jog tonight? >> I told you I was running after the girl, right? >> You didn't tell me that. >> I said that me and his ex, she was over here trying to up. So, I chased after her. She ran that way. >> Okay. And I'm just trying to look for her, but I jump back in my car window, look for him, and he's walking down the road. And I'm like, well, it's over. Is she an assh? >> So his ex did this to the car? >> Yes, his ex. >> And what's her name? >> I don't know. Ask her >> what she look like. >> She's black. >> You guys got kids together? >> No, I have no kids. All of her kids. >> How long you guys been together? >> For like probably a month now. >> Just a month. >> Yeah. >> She She swear I was cheating on her. Show her proof and evidence. I wasn't even people was telling her she used >> Is this car registering your name? >> Yes, this is my name. You can check the license. Everything's good. >> What? Only his. >> Things got confusing when the topic of car titles came up. Nigeria claimed both cars were hers, then said they shared everything, then finally admitted the smashed one was in his name. She tried to play the homeless mother card, mentioning her three kids were sleeping in the back seat. It was a touching story, except for the part where she used that same car as a battering ramp. Yeah, >> she was saying it was hers initially. >> I know. I just I just ran it though. It's only his. >> Yes, it's only my car. >> Yeah, >> they said they broke up today. Um, >> how did the side damage occur? >> Oh, if you go check her car, she got a flat tire right now. She did all that. You go check her whole [ __ ] car. >> Wait, she crashed into it? >> Yeah, she crashed into my car and got out and did all those different stuff. My car was straight. It was literally looking like a regular car. >> So, but she she crashed into your vehicle. >> Yes. >> With her vehicle? >> Yes. And were her kids in the car when this happened? >> There's there's three or four kids in that car right now. >> All right. >> Then he was >> He was saying that he had to hide behind the pole over there, too, cuz she was going to run them down. >> I was show She threw me out on the side of the road and I had to walk here. There was no way for me to get to my car. >> Where did When did she cr Were you in the car with her when she crashed into your car? >> No, she kicked me out the road and she came and did it. >> Oh. While you were walking up here? >> Yeah, she got out a couple times. >> He was walking. He was walking. >> Did you see her do it? Huh? >> Did you see her crashing into your car? >> No, she told me she went that far. My car Her car would did not have that much damage. She has a flat tire right now on the front of her car. >> My car wasn't >> She parked here and altercation happened right here clearly cuz this car is parked there. So, she ran this way after I was running after her. So, she I'm fat so I can't really catch up to her. I tried but hey, it is what it is. >> And so, >> what? >> So, this is not even between you. It's between him and his girl. >> It's between all of us because you're cheating on me, right? What if your wife cheats on you with a third party? You're not going to be You're not going to be happy, are you? >> No, I wouldn't be happy. >> Thank you. So, it's just like I'm kind of hostile right now because he's a big liar. And sir, I have stuff on my car from way before tonight. So, don't even listen to this. because I my car is a used car and I have dances on top. Can I show you? I got dancing stuff all over my car. >> You have fresh damage on your car, too, though. >> I have fresh damage on my car. >> Nigeria's memories seemed to be failing her when it came to the fresh damage on her own vehicle. She tried to blame the crazy X for the dents, but the officer wasn't buying the I hit a curb excuse for a fresh scrape that matched the victim's car. It was highle delusion to think a professional wouldn't notice a fresh paint transfer. >> It's fresh damage. >> I can see that it's a fresh scrape. I can see what's old right here. And I can see this fresh damage right here that just occurred >> when tonight. >> Yes. >> Or yesterday or a week ago or two weeks ago. >> Okay. Well, how'd you get your flat tire, ma'am? >> I hit the curb. >> 56. It's literally a video on Facebook of her doing this at my job. >> What's What's the zip code? >> Huh? >> What's the zip code? What was your car doing here? >> Oh, we were supposed to go Uber Eats together. >> Actually, so you just parked it here. >> Yeah, just for a second because she wanted to do like one or two orders, put gas in her car, and then she did this. I can show you the text. >> So, she was you you jumped in with her? >> Yeah. >> What' you guys break up for? >> Because she swear I was cheating on her. >> Okay. And you guys only dating for a month? >> Yes. >> Okay. Never live together? Oh, she would stay with me with my aunt and then we got kicked out of my aunt's house cuz she got in a fight with my sister. >> Okay. So, she was staying with you in Branson. >> Yes. >> Where did she stay now? >> We were staying in the car. She actually got her car back. I literally just paid for her car everything to get fixed like the tires cuz it was parked over there. >> Okay. >> For a while. >> So, you jump in to do some Uber Eats for her. >> Yeah. She >> She accuses you of cheating. >> She's been accusing me of cheating for weeks now, but I'm telling her I'm not cheating. I don't even I don't even got time for that. >> How did she hit you in the car? Or she just like while she's driving, she's trying to >> She's literally swerving in the car in the road and was on me. I'm literally going like >> as you're going down. >> No, we turned down by Orange Avenue. >> We turned down Orange Avenue, I believe. >> That's the little I don't know if it's Orange or the one next to it. >> And she started whailing on me. >> Were you guys married or was it uh >> The timeline of their one-mon relationship was a total train wreck. The man claimed she was staying with his aunt, but got kicked out after a fight, which sounds like a standard Tuesday for her. He was just trying to make some gas money, but instead he got a front row seat to Nigeria's complete mental breakdown and a very expensive repair bill. >> No, we're in a relationship. And he told me all this crazy, you know, how people be telling lies to get some. That's what he did. So that's our problem. >> How How long were you guys together? >> I think two months. >> Two months. >> Yeah. We just got together and now it's over. >> And I might be pregnant and I'm getting an abortion. >> You got to know that the baby going >> Nigeria daddy. >> So juvenile. >> What did What exactly did you see? >> H >> what exactly did you see with uh >> like >> But it's something you saw though. >> He was there too. He's just lying. >> Okay. >> My three kids. Don't wake them up. >> Where are they at? >> Who? >> Your three kids. >> I just told you they're in the back seat. Are you not paying attention? Come on now, man. >> You're not listening to nothing. It's like you're trying to catch me in the lie and I'm not lying. Do you have evidence? >> I'm not I'm not here to play games with you. I'm >> I understand that. But do you have evidence? >> We're in the middle of doing our investigation right now. I just want you to know that you're not free to leave at this point. Does that >> I don't give a >> Okay. I'm just telling you that I didn't do that. >> So, what happened to you car then? >> I don't know. I wasn't here like I told you. >> Well, you told me two different things now. >> What I told you? I just told you that. >> Did I tell you she ran that way and she hit the car? Did I just tell you that? >> Yeah, but you wouldn't tell me what you saw exactly. And then you're saying you don't know. >> She really jacked up. >> Yeah, she's going to live by up and down. >> And I got from the back seat. You got uh you got insurance? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Just don't don't pay her anything. She's all up. So, >> either way, it'll go through your insurance company. >> You know what? At this point, I am done talking. Our officers, don't ask me any any more questions. >> Just hang out for us. You have no other prior relationship with her. Just you guys been together for about a month. >> Yeah. Give or take. Okay. >> Things got even weirder when Nigeria casually dropped that she might be pregnant and was planning on getting an abortion. It was a lot of information that absolutely nobody asked for. The officer was more concerned about the three tiny humans sitting in the back seat without car seats. Nigeria's response was to catch an attitude, accusing the police of not helping the community. What a audacity. >> Hey, are you guys okay back here? >> Hey buddy, what's your name? I'm checking I'm checking on his welfare right now. >> I understand that. >> We can't we can't question a minor without his parent. We can talk to them and ask about as well. Very absolutely we can. >> Especially if we think the mother might be being be neglectful right now. >> He's supposed to be in a car seat. They're not even seat belted in. You were driving your vehicle without that. >> I just told them about their car seats. Their car seats are dizzy. If you want to see them, come out, too. If you want or need to help, try to help anybody, try to help you get cars. Don't try to hurt me. I'm already homeless. Thank you. >> Okay. It's still not lawful for you to drive around. >> I understand that. But what I'm trying to say is you're here to help the community, not here to hurt. Right. So I'm kind of in trouble to even have somewhere to stay, even lay my head, even wash even wash my ass. You could try to ask, "Hey, puppetry are curses. Do they need anything?" You know, try to be >> right. But I try to talk to them to ask about their welfare and you say talk to his mother instead of talking to him. >> But he can't talk, >> right? Got an attitude like that. >> Uh, no, not really. But like when it comes out, you just act like this because like literally I can show you a video on my phone if I I was trying to get into my car. So I cheated on you first. I cheated on you first couple times. She never tried me. She never tried me. Jump on that [ __ ] >> For you. >> For you? >> So how soon after she picked you up? >> Nigeria's parenting style was just as questionable as her driving. She told the officers not to wake the kids up as if a police investigation was a bedtime story. When the officer pointed out the lack of car seats, she turned it into a lecture. It was a classic case of someone who only cares about themselves while claiming to love their children. >> And was it as soon as she picked you up from here and you guys started going down the street, she accused you right away. >> We met at Publix and 41. >> Yes. When we drove here, we she said, "Okay, okie dokie." And stuff like that. Why did you park here instead of just parking at Publix? >> Because I didn't know we were allowed to park at Publix. >> I got you. I got you. >> Both of you. Are you trying to press charges? >> Cuz I knew >> you trying to press char. >> Yeah, cuz I didn't >> I cheated on you first couple times. >> My baby. >> I'm going to check on my child. Check on my baby. >> That's fine. Just don't actually go in the car. >> You can shut the door. >> I got my kitten. I don't give a about you. Hey, I'm being cool with you, Nigeria. You got to be cool with me. All right, >> I understand that. >> This should go a lot different. I'm giving you a lot of lenency. Check on the kids and come back over here. Go ahead. >> Watch his foot. >> Lay back. >> Oh, now you need your assistance cuz you got cheated on. Your heart broken. >> Niger, stop. >> I'm not going to go over there. Okay. >> Right here. I was in the back and I heard like >> I'm going to write I'm going to write it down. Okay. >> I heard like a honk and I walked to see like what it was. I checked to see if it was my car cuz it seemed close. And then I walked over there and that uh like a gold car pulled off and then came back and was like just driving back into it. >> Backing into or like >> No, like like purposely hitting it. >> So it drove off circ and then she got out. I start I filmed it. >> See the the woman the black woman right there. >> I mean I I have it on video. >> If I sent you a link, would you be able to upload it? >> Yeah. >> Can I watch the video? >> Yeah. Yeah. Uh so this is what she is. >> A witness stepped forward with the ultimate receipts. A full video of Nigeria ramming the car and smashing it with a crowbar. Seeing her in the same outfit on camera really sealed the deal. She had driven off, came back, and then pretended like she was just a bystander. The witness even captured her getting out and doing a full lap of destruction around the car and then backing up. And then she just took off. That was like the second time. And then this uh she like got out and started like smashing it. It's hard to There you go. >> She starts going around the whole thing. >> Okay. >> Just pretty much going to town on it and then she took off. >> You're watching as recording it. >> Yeah. And then she took off again down that this road and then came back around but didn't seem to try to hit it this way. >> It didn't try to hit us. >> Okay. I watched it. She see her the same outfit. She You see the car? He said it went down in the video footage. started and she wasn't ramming it back and forth and she came back and pulled up like next to it kind of like this way. She got if you see her get out and she's wearing the same outfit. She takes a crowbar and it's like smashing it. >> Where's Do we know what happened to the crowbar? >> So after she is smashing the car with the crowbar, did you see what she did with the crowbar? Did she get back in the car with it? >> I I mean I'm I'm assuming it was a crowbar. I didn't really see it, but >> Well, when like when she was smashing it, did you see if she like threw it? If she got back in the car? >> Maybe probably got back in the car with it. I can probably look at it. >> All right. Thank you. >> video and I I didn't tell. >> Did you see what direction she went after the very last time she did anything? >> That way. >> She drove this way. >> That way. >> Okay. And then did you see her come back at all before we showed up? >> Then she went then she came back this way and parked right there >> and parked. So she initially went that way after it, came back, parked. >> Yeah, cuz she she came Yeah, she hit left, came back this way, hit it or >> Yeah. Did that went that way and then came back this way. Do you know how long of a time frame between her coming this way and back this way? >> I think it was like I think that next road that makes you that you can take a right as as long as it was. So she probably >> the very next street and then took a right. Yeah. >> I don't care. I don't care who takes it. It just needs to be done properly cuz we got kids involved. So >> her excuses collapsed once solid video evidence surfaced. Witness statements clearly supported the case against her. There was no time left for stories or drama and the evidence played a key role in untangling the entire situation. >> Um I'm I'm my primary concern is these kids right here. So >> I said I've got them. They have it on video for raming the car and then getting out and messing it up. >> Yeah. So definitely 100% on uh childhood child matter. But it's a traffic. >> Hey buddy. >> Just relax. I love y'all. >> Nobody touching my kids now. >> My kids make sure they're taking care of. >> I love y'all. >> Oh yeah. >> Should be open. >> But I need the break. What's up? >> You need a break? >> I do. from the kids. >> Yeah. >> This is the most heartbreaking part as Nigeria admitted she needed a break from her kids. If you're living in a car and using it as a battering ram, you don't need a break. You need to stop having children you can't care for. She was more interested in roasting her ex for being bald-headed and nasty. Her priorities were completely upside down, focusing on her heartbreak over her children's safety. >> That should be your pride and joy right there. You know >> it is, but I need a break. I'm not saying it in a bad way. >> I got you. >> Yeah. >> What you call me? >> No, I'm talking about another officer. >> We got cheated on and I don't care. Bye. >> And that's not their daddy. Okay. Don't send them with them. >> No, we know. be mad at this baby the whole pregnancy already. You got cheated on. >> You got cheated on nasty nasty my period going off. He's nasty y'all. I was like, "This a nasty. This a nasty." That's why you baldhead too. That's why you baldhead too. You and you got by everybody. They're okay. Yeah. >> Put him in jail. Yeah. You see him? You see him? Where my arms? You see my arms? >> No. >> I see. >> Thank you. I got bruises all take him to jail. Oh, I'm just the aggressor. In the end, Nigeria's victim act was a complete failure. Causing chaos and then lying to a cop's face about the damage is a special kind of crazy that usually ends in handcuffs. It was a messy, loud, and incredibly sad display of a woman who chose her own ego over her family's future. She was hit with a massive list of charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief, dating violence, and battery. Most importantly, she faced multiple counts of child neglect for her reckless behavior with her children in the car. She also didn't have a valid license because why follow one law when you're busy breaking them all? Her children were thankfully taken into the care of protective services. If you think this woman deserves a long break in a prison cell, let us know your thoughts below. Don't forget to like and subscribe for more wild body cam breakdowns.
