In May 2024, police were dispatched to a roadway in Sebastian, Florida in response to a report of a reckless driver. Upon arrival, an officer located the suspect vehicle in a grocery store parking lot and observed a 31-year-old woman named Rebecca sitting in the driver's seat. When approached by the officer, he observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her person. It is noteworthy that Rebecca has a significant history with law enforcement having previously been arrested on charges that include driving under the influence, disorderly intoxication, threats, and resisting arrest.
