officers quickly responded to the call and as they approached the property they immediately detected the strong odor of marijuana the officers proceeded to investigate suspecting other illegal activities could be happening the situation appeared to involve underage drinking potential marijuana possession and disorderly Behavior as they continued their assessment the officers prepared to address these violations and take the necessary actions to manage the situation how could the host have better handled the event to vent legal issues my girlfriend's doesn't matter it's not oh it's upon entering they observed several veral young individuals consuming alcohol which is illegal for anyone under 21 one individual who claimed to be the host admitted to being responsible for the Gathering however the officers explained that underage drinking is a misdemeanor and they would take appropriate legal [Music] action everybody's car is about to get towed all right I smell the weed challenging as the officers began addressing the noise complaint the Gathering was causing significant disruption with several cars parked illegally blocking the road and creating additional chaos the officers ordered everyone to leave and clarified that individuals under 21 could not stay they also informed the group that if anyone were found intoxicated they would face further legal consequences individuals resisted and argued with the officers refusing to cooperate the officers continued to ask the individuals to leave but the crowd became increasingly hostile carck or there's no under I'm the legal implications of their actions they explained that underage drinking alone was enough to lead to criminal charges in addition to underage drinking the officers reminded the group that even being in physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated is illegal this includes situations where the car is not in motion which could lead to Serious consequences such as fines imprisonment or a criminal record the officers stressed the potential dangers associated with impaired driving as it could lead to accidents or harm to others the officers cleared the Gathering instructing the remaining individuals to leave they warned the group that future parties or Gatherings would be monitored closely to prevent further disturbances where you staring at I'm looking for my truck truck
