on March 23rd 2024 a police officer was dispatched to a local beach bar after receiving reports of a disturbance involving a group of patrons The Establishment had asked these patrons to leave due to non-compliance with the bar's rules against a car place your feet apart I've done this before my parents are B 70 come on can I have another unit I've done this before sir upon arrival the officer was confronted with a group of individuals and it became clear that the disturbance was more complex than a simple refusal to leave the premises the officer began speaking to witnesses to get a clearer picture of what had happened as the investigation unfolded it became evident that one female in particular was at the center of the disruption are you which one no this is the third with the yeah the group stepped forward to Aid the woman however this intervention only added to the chaos the the woman now seemingly more agitated began to physically fight with the individual who had attempted to assist her this unexpected confrontation further complicated the officer's role in managing the scene as the officer had to separate the parties involved to prevent further escalation hey guys wait attempted to take the female into custody the woman already emotionally and physically heightened resisted strongly she screamed loudly demanding that the officer let her go while struggling against individual posed a continued threat to public order explained to the woman that her actions were contributing to the disturbance the officer further explained that she was being arrested for disorder ly conduct which includes behaviors such as disturbing the peace acting aggressively and resisting law enforcement anything don't move I'm not a person don't move I'm not the person you want to arrest her why is that because one wrong slang that I said one wrong word one wrong word that's what I there's a problem when another person is hold on stop stop talking when there's another guy trying to help you he's trying to take you away out of the problem and now you are telling him to step away which that's why I stepped in problem okay so now you are about to start a fight with another guy because he's trying to help you I'm not okay and I gave you instructions to put your hands behind your back you said no I listen I will listen please we are beyond that line right now we are please you have any property the woman however refused to comply with the officer's instructions she continued to resist and her behavior became increasingly erratic after some struggle the officer he'll give you more information he said trespassing trespassing so there should be a bond that we only have one jail it's 5501 College Road I'm I'm it's at 5501 College Road call them and uh not right now but when I leave and ask if there's a bond for trespass if there's a bond you can go over there that address and bond her out okay okay understood all right take care your friend girlfriend came around and and this happened this is out of my hands understood that's a city situation we put you in and I'm sorry for that that's I try to get you as quick as I could I saw you y had like something I like bro just get her out of here as best as possible I love you I love you so much later the woman was presented in court where she faced charges of public disorderly intoxication resisting an
