I'm trying to but they're not letting you in she's got something that is different than what she normally takes okay cace on August 23rd 2022 law enforcement officers were dispatched to a reported trespassing incident dispatch had relayed information from the complainant who stated that a white female and a black male were outside his trailer attempting to enter and looking around suspiciously the situation prompted an immediate response from officers given the potential risk of unlawful entry or other criminal activities does sit down okay you you can't sit down [Music] stop stop right now upon arriving at the scene officers observed the female near the location in question recognizing the need for prompt action the officer approached her to begin an investigation however the interaction did not proceed smoothly the female displayed a clear lack of cooperation which complicated the officer's efforts to gather information and assess the situation her behavior was described as erratic and uncooperative resembling someone in a state of extreme agitation or distress she assumed peculiar postures and actions that further escalated the tension this unorthodox conduct made it she refused to comply her actions were disruptive and appeared to be an intentional effort to resist the officer's inquiries huh what's your name no what's your name you have an ID on you no you know I knew someone was physically touching my camper even with the listening to the radio so I opened the door and uh the one individual male or female the male I'm guessing was in this vicinity as I opened the door he shot this way so he ended up about right here she was I the only thing I can think of is she was trying to get in here cuz I mean I could hear yeah I was like what the heck is that she was either very mentally challenged or very messed up what you talking about that what is that that was her I know is that your friend up there hey were you out there with a female just a little bit ago up the street yeah I saw he like be I think trying to steal something but she all right somebody saw you two rumaging through they said their stuff and looking through car windows do you have you going through somebody's car okay okay I mean you're okay the female's Behavior was not only uncooperative but also began to draw attention creating a scene that added unnecessary complexity to the already tense situation during this interaction she suddenly attempted to flee the scene further heightening the officer's concerns goad that's the other one on the bottom if you open your wallet out again ID is right there I can just run the number so again um the other officer's out there with her I don't know exactly what he's doing um but you were just involved so just hang tight do you quickly pursued her the officer managed to apprehend her but the situation escalated further as she began to resist arrest she cried out loudly and struggled against the officer's attempts to detain her despite her resistance the officer used reasonable Force to secure her and take her into custody this step was essential to prevent any further disruption or potential harm to herself or others in roll it up thank you once the female was under control the officer shifted Focus to gathering information from the complainant who owned the trailer the homeowner provided a detailed account of the incident which proved to be invaluable for the investigation he described how he had observed the two individuals outside his trailer behaving suspiciously and attempting to gain entry his testimony helped the officers piece together the sequence of events and assess the level of threat posed by the individuals yeah yeah he actually found her and took her into custody so we got her the one in the green yeah the dress thing I don't know I'll give her the benefit of Doubt but I think she was whacked out on something she came when I she has a history with andal I said you know I mean open the door I was alone I was like get out of here you know what are you doing and he backed up put his hands up and she came at me and I looked at him and I looked at her I said don't yeah don't yeah please I you know not that I I don't have the means to do anything I get you but I don't want to go there I just want to stay here and be in peace man but when he's looking at my truck I lock everything up at night these are my tools this my livelihood I mean I got to fix my window I just I feel very vulnerable right now and that's this is the third time there have been hands on my camper in less than a month okay so basically they were just kind of looking they hadn't taken anything at that point Miss and I don't know that she well I don't know that this thing's got to the lock doesn't work there's really nothing in here this is really yeah I don't think hard to turn not any really she was I mean I don't know what else she was trying to get at I get you um so with her trying to get in there there's there's the attempt of burglary if you're interested in that um we we have our own charges if you're not interested in the burglary but we just got to make sure I mean if I need to do something hopefully this doesn't go anywhere but right now let's let you guys handle okay cuz I do my my time here is indefinite yeah this Bob you know Bob I just saw him so I told him what happen yeah like I said this is the third time one time I think was innocent enough time I saw the two guys and the little girl yeah that was I know who that was it's in the truck okay yeah you're good and this happened all hours of the day right the the two previous times were at night okay you know later on and like close to when I was looking ready to lay down isn't late yeah well I just had a house check up we getting officer in and out of here evening hours um I mean I don't even like I hate calling you guys there but I no I mean if they're not doing it to you or if you don't call they're going to go somewhere else and do it right so we' rather find them now get them identified concerned about her mental and physical state the officers decided to take her to a hospital for a medical evaluation this step was taken to ensure that she did not require immediate medical attention and to rule out any underlying conditions that might have contributed to her erratic Behavior the medical personnel conducted an examination and cleared her confirming that she did not have any apparent medical issues that required urgent attention hi there hi let's go this way sure I have lots of experience with her she doesn't act like that she's gotten into something that is different with what she normally takes okay so we either need to go to crisis MH intervention or at least to the ER to get fluids in her and get her cleaned out all right uh let me go call my supervisor real Qui and we really would like Crisis management if it's a possibility we're supposed to have all this great programs and stuff that's what she crisis like a CIT officer like Advantage a crisis officer would be great let's try something different cuz we keep doing the same thing we keep getting the same and it's escalating so okay all right let's try something different all right little there it is all right so just you to wait in the car what okay that's yeah she has to wait in the car okay all right you got to wait in the car are you taking someone or are you operating no so this is Miss Candace um she was arrested for obstruction but the jail refus Serv said that parent ingestion of unknown substance unable to maintain medically oh security know you're here right they're familiar with her they said leave her in the car okay yeah would you help me help correct we will not be waiting for her if that's what you're asking yes after she's discharged or if she leaves willingly then um but she is she is definitely experiencing mental health and possibly substance abuse as well um a lot of ramblings similar to schizophrenia I always to have PR going to keep these people you know well you know that's that's what happened in the 70s they got rid of all those places cuz of that One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest movie but you know it it's not a barbaric thing because these people they need structure 24/7 structure because you treat them they get back out they don't have any job nowhere to go they go back out on the street you know probably do more subtances get hurt by people that are very mean and then we get called when they're trying to break into people's cars and stuff yeah and exactly it is following the medical evaluation the officers continued their investigation and determined that the female had not been involved in any significant criminal activity beyond the trespassing incident based on the evidence and testimonies gathered the officers concluded that her actions while disruptive and suspicious did not warrant serious criminal charges hey you can't be they issued her a warrant for loitering and prowling which which are offenses commonly associated with unauthorized presence and suspicious behavior in public or private spaces after issuing the warrant the officers decided to release the female this decision was based on the relatively minor nature of the offenses and the absence of evidence linking her to more severe criminal acts the resolution of the incident highlighted the officer's balanced approach to law enforcement prioritizing Public Safety while also considering the circumstances and severity of the individual's actions
