on April 22nd 2024 an officer arrived and ordered a suspect to step back the officer claimed that the suspect crashed into multiple cars but the suspect denied it now I'm going to put you in the car no you're not I have a right to no I have my right to my attorney I have a right to put I'm not put your feet in or I'm going to force you to put your call my attorney I'll call your attorney when you put your feet in I absolutely put your feet in I did not do anything right okay then chill out and we'll figure it out in a minute put your feet in the officer insisted and decided to detain the suspect so that further investigation could be done the suspect protested and mentioned an attorney but the officer ignored the request and ordered compliance the suspect resisted leading to a struggle before being placed in the patrol car hey come here get back back yeah yeah you you uh crashed into a bunch of cars I did not yeah you did I did not here take these take these from you and okay turn around and put your hands behind your back for the moment till we figure out what's going on okay okay turn around put your hands behind your back okaying for a while well you crap turn around okay you crap stop okay what you crash into a bunch of cars I not okay we got a bunch of cars on you huh I didn't you're not you're not no no no we got to call my attorney I don't care about your attorney right now okay okay so what do I do stop no you're going to stop you're going to stop don't make me okay there someone not doing this I know stop okay I don't care what we're doing okay now I'm going to put you in the car no you're not the suspect refused to put both feet inside prompting the officer to warn about using Force the suspect eventually complied but complained about the handcuffs being too tight the officer explained that resistance caused this issue the suspect kept insisting on innocence but Witnesses and video evidence contradicted those claims I right to no I have my right to my attorney I have a right to put I'm not put your feet in or I'm going to force you to put your feet in call my attorney I'll call your attorney when you put your feet in I absolutely put your Fe in I did not do anything right then chill out and we'll figure it out in a minute put your feet [Applause] in really tight well because you kept trying to snatch away from me I did not my handcuffs are really tight they are bleeding they're not bleeding um they're hurting me really bad well they're not comfortable they're really bad well you shouldn't have tried to snatch your arms back bring your arms back AR tight they're not too tight damage on the vehicle matched the hit and run reports the suspect argued that the damage came from a prior accident but the officer dismissed that explanation haven't had a chance to look at her car but she's hammered I saw her driving Dam right here yeah oh yeah fantastic I told you you hit a bunch of cars in the in the Duran Pavilion parking lot you got damage all over your car we got the image my car previous accident yeah we got a bunch we got a bunch of witnesses okay who's the accent a bunch Witnesses a bunch so we're we're going to deal with it shortly that's fine that's fine I didn't get a single call well a bunch of people said you did I did and we got it on video show me the'll you'll see it don't worry don't worry that's fine please super TI I tried but you weren't cooperating with me okay hurting I was trying but you weren't cooperating the officer detected a strong smell of alcohol and questioned the suspect about drinking the suspect denied being involved in any crash and insisted that law enforcement had never attempted a traffic stop earlier the officer proceeded with a DUI investigation instructing the suspect to step out for sobriety tests the suspect revealed working as an adult dancer and cooperated with the tests the officer reassured that no judgment was being passed on the profession well my name is Deb Evans with the Sheriff's Office and and uh I smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from your breast you've been drinking well it since you hit a car you you're involved in a hit and run okay I never hit a car they never pulled the hor no one did anything that's what I'm saying like well they saw you okay if they would have pulled me over I would have said something the whole time okay that's what I'm saying well here's what I'm going to do I'm going to conduct a uh criminal investigation for DUI okay and since you were seen driving a vehicle on to make sure that you're okay I am absolutely okay so what we're going to so so what we're going to do yeah yeah yeah so so what we're going to do we're going to take them off and then uh we're going to do some what's called field Friday test there's a nice white line over there come on out young lady I what's your first thing you can step out Anastasia Anastasia yes sir go and step out I'll take them off so bad I'll take them off for you okay no you okay no no I'm making okay I don't need to well how about we pull this up for you we don't want you to be naked okay go and turn around we'll take them off for you thank you all right when I tell you to do so what I want you to do is put your right hand on top of your head until I tell you to take it down all right all right all right I appreciate your you're okay give me a favor this line right here what I I need for you to do is put your together mom who there somebody calling you great I got it as the suspect struggled with balance the officer made an arrest while being placed in handcuffs again the suspect initially thanked the officer but later accused another officer of tripping the officer denied the claim and continued securing the read legal rights explaining the charges the suspect argued that alcohol odor was only an assumption the officer pointed out that the suspect admitted to drinking earlier you have the right to remain silent anything you say can be used against you in court we have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice before we ask any questions do you understand each of these rights that I have exp you yes I do all right with these rights of mind you want to talk to me about what's going on today I wonder why you calling okay well we'll start with the well the hit and run okay over in the P Co Park you hit a car okay so you were seen by a person mhm hitting their car okay okay you have damage consistent with the damage actually I have damage from my consistent from my previous accident two months ago that I didn't fix from Mercedes I can testify to the mercedesbenz accident because I was hit 2 months ago that is not true at this F I can show you that record I can I'm not doing I'm not doing the crash investigation Deputy cler is doing the crash investigation and what'll happen is you'll get the paperwork for that yeah that's fine but I'm doing the criminal investigation and that's for Bui okay you were seen drive a motor vehicle okay I smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage alcohol okay emitting from your breath okay okay and that's what you assume now I can smell it you can smell it so your smell is alol I did not tell you you told me that you had some drinks at the no that's not what I told you the suspect resisted fully entering the car causing further warnings additional Force became necessary to secure the suspect inside later the officer informed a family member about the arrest and explained the situation go ahead and slide your feet that way okay oh what slide your feet that I yes yes yes okay slide your feet that okay all right I don't want you to close the door I want you to close the door we'll talk about it no if in put your feet in you are going to jaal you're under arrest um I'm not okay put your free in I'm not if you resist you're going to catch another charge so I'm going to give you one more opportunity sir you said one more put your feet in the car you said was if I am sh up stop being ridiculous stop okay relax I'm going to sit you back up and we're going to shut the door okay relax just sit up please we going to have can you pull her over we put her all right I'm going to shut this door and then we're going to have to kick her feet up good nice I'm not resist you talking about what are you and we're going to have to to be going to jail tonight what okay she would hit a bunch of cars in the parking lot and she's real drunk so yeah um are you is there anybody else that can come hang out with you or you good by
