the claim was made that no alcohol had been consumed but after further questioning the admission came that two drinks had been consumed the officer pointed out that the legal drinking age was 21 and multiple attempts contact was finally made and the officer explained the situation to the parent the officer observed that the individual's loud outbursts were disturbing the neighborhood although there were multiple warnings to lower the volume the yelling persisted drawing unwanted attention the escalating noise made it difficult to maintain control of the situation would cooperation have
